Catastr.phic natur.l hazar.s,such as ear.hquake,pose ser.ous thr.ats to pr.per.ies and human lives in ur.an ***,ear.hquake r.sk assessment(Er.)is indispensable in disaster.*** is an integr.tion of the extent of pr.bability and vulner.bility of *** study develops an integr.ted model by using the ar.ificial neur.l networ.–analytic hier.r.hy pr.cess(ANN–AHP)model for.constr.cting the Er. *** aim of the study is to quantify ur.an population r.sk that may be caused by impending *** model is applied to the city of Banda Aceh in Indonesia,a seismically active zone of Aceh pr.vince fr.quently affected by devastating *** is used for.pr.bability mapping,wher.as AHP is used to assess ur.an vulner.bility after.the hazar. map is cr.ated with the aid of ear.hquake intensity var.ation thematic *** r.sk map is subsequently cr.ated by combining the pr.bability,hazar.,and vulner.bility ***,the r.sk levels of var.ous zones ar. *** validation pr.cess r.veals that the pr.posed model can map the ear.hquake pr.bability based on histor.cal events with an accur.cy of 84%.Fur.her.or.,r.sults show that the centr.l and southeaster. r.gions of the city have moder.te to ver. high r.sk classifications,wher.as the other.par.s of the city fall under.low to ver. low ear.hquake r.sk *** findings of this r.sear.h ar. useful for.gover.ment agencies and decision maker.,par.icular.y in estimating r.sk dimensions in ur.an ar.as and for.the futur. studies to pr.ject the pr.par.dness str.tegies for.Banda Aceh.

作者使用Embase、Medline、Pub Med等数据库，检索到了232项全膝置换术后感染的一期翻修研究，最终选取26项。一期翻修总体成功率为73%～100%，与二期翻修相当。一期翻修的指针为:确定微生物、充分的软组织覆盖、免疫功能正常、患者耐...

作者使用Embase、Medline、Pub Med等数据库，检索到了232项全膝置换术后感染的一期翻修研究，最终选取26项。一期翻修总体成功率为73%～100%，与二期翻修相当。一期翻修的指针为:确定微生物、充分的软组织覆盖、免疫功能正常、患者耐受抗生素。一期翻修与二期翻修的最大区别是间隔期为几分钟和6周。适当的局部和术中应用抗生素、术后充分全身应用抗生素是确保成功的关键。一期翻修的主要优势是降低病死率、减少并发症(包括纤维化和麻醉相关并发症)、优化功能、早期恢复活动、减少假体相关机械并发症、提高患者满意率。

Ti-6A1-4V super.alloy is an impor.ant engi- neer.ng mater.al with good str.ngth to weight r.tio and a wide r.nge of applications in a number.of engineer.ng fields because of its excellent physical and mechanical pr.per.ies. This wor. deter.ines optimum pr.cess par.meter. such as pulse on time, peak cur.ent, gap voltage and flushing pr.ssur., which influence the micr.-electr. dischar.e machining （EDM） pr.cess dur.ng machining of Ti-6AI-4V using combined methods of r.sponse sur.ace methodology （r.M） and fuzzy-technique for.or.er.pr.f- er.nce by similar.ty to ideal solution （TOPSIS）. Centr.l composite design （CCD） is used in the exper.mental investigation. A decision making model is developed to identify the optimum pr.cess par.meter. in the micr.- EDM pr.cess, which influences sever.l machining cr.ter.- ons such as mater.al r.moval r.te （Mr.）, tool wear.r.te （TWr., over.ut （OC） and taper. Tr.angular.fuzzy number. ar. used to deter.ine the weighting factor.for.each pr.cess cr.ter.on. Fur.her.a fuzzy-TOPSIS method is used to select the most desir.ble factor.level combinations. The pr.posed technique can be used to select optimal pr.cess par.meter. fr.m var.ous sets of combinations of pr.cess par.meter. in a micr.-EDM pr.cess.
