Recommendation Information Systems(RIS)are pivotal in helping users in swiftly locating desired content from t.e vast amount of information available on t.e *** Convolution Network(GCN)algorithms have been employed to implement t.e RIS ***,t.e GCN algorithm faces limitations in terms of performance enhancement owing to t.e due to t.e embedding value-vanishing problem that occurs during t.e learning *** address this issue,we propose a Weighted Forwarding method using t.e GCN(WF-GCN)*** proposed method involves multiplying t.e embedding results with different weights for each hop layer during graph *** applying t.e WF-GCN algorithm,which adjusts weights for each hop layer before forwarding to t.e next,nodes with many neighbors achieve higher embedding *** approach facilitates t.e learning of more hop layers within t.e GCN *** efficacy of t.e WF-GCN was demonstrated through its application to various *** t.e MovieLens dataset,t.e implementation of WF-GCN in LightGCN resulted in significant performance improvements,with recall and NDCG increasing by up to+163.64%and+132.04%,***,in t.e *** dataset,LightGCN using WF-GCN enhanced with WF-GCN showed substantial improvements,with t.e recall and NDCG metrics rising by up to+174.40%and+169.95%,***,t.e application of WF-GCN to Self-supervised Graph Learning(SGL)and Simple Graph Contrastive Learning(SimGCL)also demonstrated notable enhancements in both recall and NDCG across t.ese datasets.

Phot.electrochemical(PeC)energy conversion has emerged as a promising and efficient approach to sustainable energy harvesting and *** utilizing semiconductor phot.electrodes,PeC devices can harness solar energy and drive electrochemical reactions such as water splitting or carbon dioxide(CO_(2))reduction to generate clean fuels and value-added ***,PeC energy conversion faces several challenges such as high overpotential,sluggish reaction kinetics,charge carrier recombination,and stability issues,which limit its practical ***,significant research has been conducted to improve t.e overall conversion efficiency of PeC *** particularly promising approach is t.e use of cocatalysts,which involves introducing specific cocatalysts onto t.e phot.electrode surface to promote charge separation,improve reaction kinetics,and reduce t.e overpotential,t.ereby enhancing t.e overall performance of PeC energy *** review provides a comprehensive overview of t.e recent developments in t.e earth-abundant cocatalysts for PeC water splitting and CO_(2) *** main earth-abundant catalysts for t.e PeC water splitting include transition-metal dichalcogenide(tMD)-based materials,metal phosphides/carbides,and metal oxides/***,PeC-CO_(2)RR was divided into C_(1) and C_(2+)based on t.e final product since various products could be produced,focusing on diverse earth-abundant materials-based *** addition,we provide and highlight key advancements achieved in t.e very recent reports on novel PeC system design engineering with ***,t.e current problems associated with PeC systems are discussed along with a suggested direction to overcome t.ese obstacles.

Lipid phosphorylation by diacylglycerol kinase(DGK)that produces phosphatidic acid(PA)plays important roles in various biological processes,including st.ess responses,but t.e underlying mechanisms remain ***,we show that DGK5 and its lipid product PA suppress ABA biosynt.esis by interacting withABA-DeFICIeNt2(ABA2),a key ABA biosynt.esis enzyme,to negatively modulate plant responseto abiotic st.ess tested in Arabidopsis *** of DGK5 function rendered plants less damaged,whereas overexpression(Oe)of DGK5 enhanced plant damage to water and salt *** dgk5 mutant plants exhibited decreased total cellular and nuclear levels of PA with increased levels of diacylglycerol,whereas DGK5-Oe plants displayed t.e opposite ***,we found that both DGK5 and PA bind to t.e ABA-synt.esizing enzyme ABA2 and suppress its enzymatic ***,t.e dgk5 mutant plants exhibited increased levels of ABA,while DGK5-Oe plants showed reduced ABA *** addition,we showed that both DGK5 and ABA2 are detected in and outside t.e nuclei,and loss of DGK5 function decreased t.e nuclear association of *** found that both DGK5 activity and PA promote nuclear association of *** toget.er,t.ese results indicate that both DGK5 and PA interact with ABA2 to inhibit its enzymatic activity and promote its nuclear sequestration,t.ereby sup-pressing ABA production in response to abiotic *** study reveals a sophisticated mechanism by which DGK5 and PA regulate plant st.ess responses.

t.e exposure pat.erns of pest control and disinfection workers have changed after t.e coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)outbreak,but t.e health risks of chemical exposure have not been *** identified t.ese workers’chemical exposure pat.erns and risks before and after t.e COVID-19 *** used data conducted bet.een 2018(pre-pandemic)and 2021(post-pandemic)from three-year cross-sectional surveys on pest control and disinfection *** and dermal exposure concentrations were estimated using equations based on a biocidal product risk assessment model from t.e Korean National Institute of environmental *** non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risks of chemicals were calculated using t.e United States environmental Protection Agency risk assessment *** found that t.e annual work frequency(50^(th)percentile)of foggers using disinfectants increased t.e most among all t.e work types,from 140 uses/year to 176 uses/year after t.e COVID-19 ***,all chemicals’non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risks increased regardless of exposure *** t.e worst scenario(95^(th)percentile),t.e margin of exposure for citric acid,benzethonium chloride,benzyl-C12-16-alkyldimethyl chlorides,and sodium chlorite of inhalation exposure,and isopropyl alcohol and benzyl-C12-16-alkyldimethyl chlorides of dermal exposure were acceptable(>100)before t.e COVID-19outbreak but became unacceptable(ter t.e COVID-19 *** risks of dichlorvos from inhalation and dermal exposure were above acceptable levels(>10^(-6))before and after t.e COVID-19 outbreak but comparatively high after t.e COVID-19 ***,significantly more workers experienced health symptoms after t.e COVID-19outbreak(pth t.e most common being muscle lethargy(31%),skin/face stinging(28.7%),and breath short.ess/neck pain(24.1%).

In t.e field of hepatology,managing complications in pat.ents with liver diseases is of paramount *** t.ese,acute kidney injury(AKI)in pat.ents with acute-on-chronic liver failure(ACLF)stands out due to its prevalence and significant impact on pat.ent outcomes(1,2).AKI in ACLF differs substantially from AKI in simple liver cirrhosis in its clinical significance(3).AKI developed in ACLF is a manifestation of a multi-organ failure syndrome and is closely associated with a high mortality rate and severe complications.

Mutualistic interactions bet.een marine phototrophs and associated bacteria are an important strategy for t.eir success-ful survival in t.e ocean,but litt.e is known about t.eir metabolic ***,bacterial communit.es in t.e algal sphere(AS)and bulk solution(BS)of nine marine red algal cultures were analyzed,and Roseibium and Phycisphaera were identified significantly more abundantly in AS than in *** metabolic features of Roseibium RMAR6-6(isolated and genome-sequenced),Phycisphaera MAG 12(obtained by metagenomic sequencing),and a marine red alga,Porphyridium purpureum CCMP1328(from GenBank),were analyzed ***6-6 has t.e genetic capability to fix nitrogen and produce B vitamins(B1,B2,B5,B6,B9,and B12),bacterioferritin,dimethylsulfoniopropionate(DMSP),and phenylacetate that may enhance algal growth,whereas MAG 12 may have a limited metabolic capability,not producing vitamins B9 and B12,DMSP,phenylacetate,and siderophores,but with t.e ability to produce bacitracin,possibly modulating algal *** CCMP1328 lacks t.e genetic capability to fix nitrogen and produce vitamin B12,DMSP,phenylacetate,and *** was shown that t.e nitrogen-fixing ability of RMAR6-6 promoted t.e growth of ***-pureum,and DMSP reduced t.e oxidative st.ess of *** metabolic interactions bet.een strain RMAR6-6 and *** CCMP1328 were also investigated by t.e transcriptomic analyses of t.eir monoculture and *** toget.er,potential metabolic relationships bet.een Roseibium and *** were *** study provides a bet-ter understanding of t.e metabolic relationships bet.een marine algae and algae-associated bacteria for successful growth.

Lung cancer has t.e highest mortality rate among all cancers,in part because it readily *** tumor microenvironment,comprising blood vessels,fibroblasts,immune cells,and macrophages[including tumor-associated macrophages(tAMs)],is closely related to cancer cell growth,migration,and *** secrete several cytokines,including interleukin(IL)-1β,which participate in cancer migration and invasion.p21-activated kinase 1(PAK1),an important signaling molecule,induces cell migration and invasion in several ***responsive enhancer-binding protein(toneBP)is also known to participate in cancer cell growth,migration,and ***,t.e mechanisms by which it increases lung cancer migration remain ***,in this study,we aimed to elucidate t.e mechanisms by which IL-1βand toneBP affect lung cancer cell migration and *** found that A549 cocultured-MΦ-secreted IL-1βinduced A549 cell migration and invasion via t.e PAK1 *** deficiency reduced A549 cell migration and invasion and increased responsiveness to IL-1β–induced migration and ***1 phosphorylation,which was promoted by IL-1β,was reduced when toneBP was *** results suggest that toneBP plays an important role in IL-1βinduction and invasiveness of A549 cells via t.e PAK1 *** findings could be valuable in identifying potential targets for lung cancer t.eat.ent.

this review article provides overall understanding of stainless,environment-friendly,and nonflammable Mg alloys(SeN alloys)recently developed at t.e Korea Institute of Materials *** alloys are produced by adding small amounts of Ca and Y(eacht%)into commercial Mg–Al based alloys,resulting in exceptional ignition and corrosion resistances and impressive mechanical *** main advantages of SeN alloys are as follows.(1)A dense multi-oxide layer of SeN alloys comprising MgO,CaO,and Y_(2)O_(3) impedes t.e outward dispersion of Mg vapor and t.e inward penetration of O_(2) during oxidation,t.ereby enhancing t.e oxidation and ignition resistances.(2)t.e presence of Ca-and Y-based second-phase particles in SeN alloys can enhance t.eir corrosion resistance because Ca-containing particles prevent t.e spread of corrosion,and t.e replacement of Al-containing particles with less noble ones containing Y(e.g.,Al–Mn–Y or Al–Y particles)retards corrosion.(3)t.e addition of minor amounts of Ca and Y renders excellent mechanical propert.es due to improved st.engt.ening *** enhanced propert.es are attributed to more pronounced dynamic recrystallization and grain refining behaviors caused by t.e second-phase particles during extrusion.(4)Despite t.e presence of various types of second-phase particles,t.e fatigue propert.es of SeN9 alloys are similar to those of commercial AZ91 alloys.(5)Simultaneous introduction of Ca and Y suppresses t.e formation of Mg17Al12 discontinuous precipitates during aging,leading to t.e enhanced elongation of aged SeN alloys.(6)Adding mischmetal into t.e SeN9 alloy leads to a six-fold enhancement in ***,t.e studies conducted on SeN alloys demonstrate t.eir excellent ignition and corrosion resistances and mechanical propert.es,which broaden t.e industrial applications of Mg alloys by addressing t.eir inherent weaknesses.
