从2015年以来,难民危机在欧洲等愈演愈烈,续发酵的难民危机对欧洲经济复苏、文化价值理念、政治生态稳定以及社会安全等方面产生了较大影响,这也是欧洲自二战以来面临的最大难民危机问题,并引发了全世界的关注。因此,本文针对当前欧洲难民危机发展态势进行研究,从难民输出和难民流向两个角度分析欧洲难民危机爆发的原因,总体来看,欧洲难民危机的产生有其复杂而深刻的原因,其中包括欧洲和西亚北非地区便捷的地理条件,欧洲发达经济条件和较好的社会福利待遇,非法人口组织对难民的宣传和输送等,可以说,欧洲难民危机是由多方面的各种因素共同导致的。本课题还从经济层面、政治层面、社会文化价值层面以及社会安全层面论述了欧洲难民危机对欧洲一体化影响。综合来看,欧洲难民危机的爆发在经济层面加重了欧洲各国财政负担,对欧洲经济恢复产生消极作用,进一步加深了欧洲劳动力失业状态;在政治上引发了欧洲各国分歧和隔阂,影响欧盟内部团结,助长了右倾民族主义和脱欧倾向;在社会文化层面上加剧了民族和宗教冲突,撕裂了欧洲文化价值观,对欧洲文化多元化政策产生冲击;在社会安全层面上导致了多起恐怖主义事件的产生,激化了欧洲居民与难民矛盾,加剧了欧洲社会动荡情况。本文分析了不同阶段欧盟针对难民危机所采取的政策,总体来说,欧盟在难民危机中的立场和政策由最初的谨慎观念到积极应对。并且本文在欧盟对难民危机采取政策以及实施效果的基础上,对欧盟一体化的困境进行分析,欧盟在难民政策的推进过程中开展缓慢,多项政策难以落实到位折射出了欧盟一体化过程中面临的机制困境、认同困境和主权困境,这成为了欧盟难民政策难以落实重要原因所在。最后,本文还针对欧盟应对难民危机提出建议策略。未来,欧盟各国需要积极从难民根源、内部体制、难民融入以及边境管理都层面采取有效措施,争取早日解决难民问题。

目的探讨急性缺血性卒中(AIS)血管内介入治疗(EVT)术后不同时间段双能量CT(DECT)在鉴别脑出血转化及对比剂外渗中的应用价值,观察不同时间段经DECT诊断的单纯对比剂外渗后续发生迟发性出血的比例。方法回顾性连续纳入2018年1月至2022年5月期间浙江大学医学院附属杭州市第一人民医院神经内科收治的因AIS进行EVT,并于术后即刻(术后0~3 h)和术后24 h[术后(24±6) h]均进行DECT扫描的患者200例,获得混合能量图[MIX相,模拟单能CT(SECT)]、虚拟平扫图像(VnC)和碘叠加图像(IOM),并将其诊断结果(出血转化、单纯对比剂外渗)与术后2~7 d头部SECT的最终诊断进行比较。结果 EVT术后即刻和24 h两个时间段DECT检查分别改变了20.5%(41/200)和9.5%(19/200)模拟SECT对于出血转化的诊断,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.47,P=0.002)。术后即刻DECT预测最终出血转化的敏感度为34.0%(33/97),特异度为100.0%(103/103),阳性预测值为100.0%(33/33),阴性预测值为61.0%(103/167),约登指数为0.34。术后24 h DECT预测最终出血转化的敏感度为82.5%(80/97),特异度为100.0%(103/103),阳性预测值为100.0%(80/80),阴性预测值为86.0%(103/120),约登指数为0.82。术后24 h DECT预测最终出血转化的敏感度、约登指数、阴性预测值均高于术后即刻DECT检查,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为46.82、46.82、20.11,均P<0.01);其特异度、阳性预测值与术后即刻DECT检查比较,差异均无统计学意义(χ^(2)值均为0,均P=1.000)。131例术后即刻经DECT诊断为单纯对比剂外渗的患者中有63例(48.1%)在术后2~7 d出现迟发性出血,40例术后24 h经DECT诊断为单纯对比剂外渗患者中,有16例(40.0%)在术后2~7 d出现迟发性出血。结论 AIS患者EVT术后即刻和24 h两个时间段DECT检查均改变了部分MIX相(模拟SECT)对于出血转化的诊断,其中术后即刻DECT检查改变的比例更大;术后24 h相比术后即刻DECT对于最终诊断出血转化预测的敏感度、阴性预测值和约登指数均更大;术后即刻与术后24 h DECT诊断的单纯对比剂外渗患者均有不小比例会出现迟发性出血,这可能会影响DECT复查时间的决策。

Atrial fibrillation(AF)is the most common cardiac arrhythmia worldwide.The prevalence of the disease increases with age,strongly implying an age-related process underlying the pathology.At a time when people are living longer than ever before,an exponential increase in disease prevalence is predicted worldwide.Hence unraveling the underlying mechanics of the disease is paramount for the development of innovative treatment and prevention strategies.The role of voltage-gated sodium channels is fundamental in cardiac electrophysiology and may provide novel insights into the arrhythmogenesis of AF.na_v1.5 is the predominant cardiac isoform,responsible for the action potential upstroke.Recent studies have demonstrated that na_v1.8(an isoform predominantly expressed within the peripheral nervous system)is responsible for cellular arrhythmogenesis through the enhancement of pro-arrhythmogenic currents.Animal studies have shown a decline in na_v1.5 leading to a diminished action potential upstroke during phase 0.Furthermore,the study of human tissue demonstrates an inverse expression of sodium channel isoforms;reduction of na_v1.5 and increase of na_v1.8 in both heart failure and ventricular hypertrophy.This strongly suggests that the expression of voltage-gated sodium channels play a crucial role in the development of arrhythmias in the diseased heart.Targeting aberrant sodium currents has led to novel therapeutic approaches in tackling AF and continues to be an area of emerging research.This review will explore how voltage-gated sodium channels may predispose the elderly heart to AF through the examination of laboratory and clinical based evidence.

本论文的题目是“中国五年计划的功能及其对马达加斯加的启示”,文章通过对中国的五年计划的内容、功能进行全面介绍和系统研究以及对马达加斯加共和国系统经济的优势和劣势进行探索,旨在通过对比研究探寻中国的五年计划对于马达加斯加的启示作用。在此基础上,文章分为4个部分进行探讨研究,分别是:第一部分,背景和目的;第二部分,五年计划的功能;第三部分,对于马达加斯加经济、社会、发展的启示及诊断;以及第四部分,建议和结论。文章的第一部分是背景和目的,该部分内容针对选题的背景和目的进行了详细介绍。第二次世界大战以后,在毛泽东的带领下,中国人民建立了社会主义制度,1978年以来,邓小平及历任领导人将中国的经济制度由计划经济转向市场经济,顺利实现了产出倍增。随着市场经济的不断深化,中国人民的生活水平急剧提高,个人选择空间迅速扩展。中国作为仅次于美国的全球第二大经济体,聚焦了全球投资者的目光,关于中国的每一个话题都会引起全世界的共同关注。五年计划作为中国经济发展的规划和蓝图,对于中国经济的跨越式发展起到了关键作用。而另一方面,马达加斯加作为早期法国殖民地,自从1960年独立以来,由于政治、气候等多方面因素,经济遭遇危机,是世界上较为贫穷的国家之一。基于此,作者选定题目“中国五年计划的功能及其对马达加斯加的启示”,希望通过对中国五年计划的内容和功能的研究以及对马达加斯加经济优势和劣势的分析,探索中国的五年计划对于马达加斯加经济发展的启示。文献法和对比分析法是本文采用的主要分析方法。文中对于中国经济的发展历程,五年计划的概念、内容、功能以及马达加斯加经济的发展历程、优势、劣势均采用文献法进行搜集、整理、分析。而中国五年计划对于马达加斯加经济发展的启示作用通过比较分析法得出。文章的第二部分对中国的五年计划及其功能进行了详细介绍。五年计划是政府设定五年间生产目标的经济规划文件,五年计划最早应用于苏联,从1928年到1932年的第一个五年计划,直至1991年的第十三个五年计划,后来,五年计划出现在其他社会主义国家,例如中国。从1953年第一个五年计划开始,到2016年,中国开始执行第十三个五年计划。每一个五年计划都是国家领导人针对当时的社会具体情况,提出的符合中国经济发展状况的美好规划和蓝图,对中国经济的健康、平稳发展起到了至关重要的作用。第十三个五年计划以“创新、平衡、绿色、开放、共享”为主题,提出了“大众创业,万众创新”、“中国制造2025”、“构建法治经济”、“国家新型城镇化”等一系列政策。2016年到2020年的第十三个五年计划为未来五年中国的发展指明了方向,为未来五年中国经济的增长带来了全新的机会。除了介绍五年计划的概念和内容之外,本章还对中国经济的整体发展历程进行了回顾。1978年以前,中国经济处于计划经济时期,这一时期的中国经济遭受过挫折,也经历了发展,1978年以后,中国经济由计划经济过渡到市场经济,迎来了高速发展时期。从毛泽东时代的早期经济到计划经济体制再到社会主义市场经济体制,中国经济经历了漫长的岁月,在这个过程中,五年计划始终对中国经济的发展与腾飞起着关键作用,各界对于第十三个五年计划给予了高度评价。本章最后对中国五年计划的执行过程进行了图解。在整个五年计划执行过程中,第一年三月整体框架正式通过,第三年中期回顾,第三到第五年修订计划,第四到第五年起草下一个五年计划,直至第五年十月,纲要公布,意味着上一个五年计划结束,新的五年计划启动。五年计划的执行是一个循环,在每一个五年中,不仅要不断回顾、修订正在执行的五年计划,还要起草新的五年计划,正是在这样一个个循序渐进的过程中,中国经济实现了平稳、健康、快速的发展。文章第三部分对马达加斯加经济、社会、发展进行了诊断。该部分首先介绍了马达加斯加的发展历史。马达加斯加曾经是法国殖民地,并且这对马达加斯加经济的影响在取得独立之后仍然远远没有结束。马达加斯加的发展历史包括法国殖民地时期、1958年到1960年的新殖民主义时期以及第二共和国、第三共和国时期。从1960年独立以来,马达加斯加经济长期处于萎靡状态的根本原因在于仍然受到前殖民力量的影响,这种影响尤其表现在国际关系方面。在马达加斯加的经济构成中,农业占据很大一部分,因此,本章第二节针对马达加斯加基于农业的经济状况进行了简要介绍。马达加斯加的经济体制是市场经济,并且以发展成熟的农业和正在兴起的旅游业、纺织业、采矿业为主。马达加斯加的农业生产典型的粮食作物,例如大米和木薯,以及经济作物,例如香草和咖啡。马达加斯加的自然资源财富支撑了它的大规模矿业开采。除此之外,马达加斯加发展中国家的身份,使得它能够享受很多税收优惠,这些优惠支撑了马达加斯加纺织业的发展。尽管存在这些自然资源和发展中产业,2009年马达加斯加的政治危机使得马达加斯加的外资大大减少,经济走向衰退。农业,包括渔业和林业,是马达加斯加最大的产业,雇佣了全国劳动力的80%。马达加斯加的多样化

The role of aggression in range expansion and biological invasions

Traits that aid in the invasion process should exhibit a gradient across the expansion range in response to changing selection pressures. Aggression has been repeatedly associated with invasion success in many taxa, as it may help invaders to wrestle the resources from other species which enhances their success in a novel environment. However, aggression primarily allows individuals to overcome conspecific rivals, providing advantages in competition over resources. Agonistic prowess could therefore increase fitness at both ends of the expansion gradient. Here we review the role of aggression in range expansion of invasive species, and its potential role as a driver of range expansion. We analyze how these different mechanisms could affect trait variation in expanding and invasive populations. Specifically, we look at how aggression could help dilate the edges of a population through niche competition, as well as lead to exclusion from the center (i.e. areas of high population density) by the conspe-cifics. Both of these processes will result in a characteristic spatial distribution of phenotypes related to aggression that could provide insights into the ecological pressures and dynamics of expanding populations, potentially providing clues to their success as niche competitors and invasive species.

Mating disruption(MD)is an effective environmentally-friendly control method against the striped rice stem borer(RSB),Chilo suppressalis(Lepidoptera:Crambidae).In this study,the current MD dispensers release the pheromone exponentially,with higher initial release rates that decrease throughout the time.To adjust the timing of dispensers'deployment and evaluate the importance of controlling the early first or the second male flight,field trials were carried out to test the efficacy of two strategies:the early dispenser deployment prior to the first male flight(May)and the late deployment prior to the second flight(June).The early dispenser deployment was more effective in reducing plant damage inflicted by RSB when assessed at harvest.However,neither of these strategies was able to inhibit the male catches of the third flight due to the dispensers5 depletion.Attending to the airborne pheromone concentrations obtained,around 1.60 ng/m3 were capable to inhib社C.suppressalis male flight effectively.

Biodegradable magnesium alloys are promising candidates for temporary fracture fixation devices in orthopedics;nevertheless,its fast degradation rate at the initial stage after implantation remains as one of the main challenges to be resolved.ZrO_(2)-based coatings to reduce the degradation rate of the Mg-implants are an attractive solution since they show high biocompatibility and stability.In this work,the degradation,cytotoxicity,and antibacterial performance of ZrO_(2)thin films deposited by magnetron sputtering on a Mg-Zn-Ca alloy was evaluated.Short-term degradation of ZrO_(2)-coated and uncoated samples was assessed considering electrochemical techniques and H_(2)evolution(gas chromatography).Additionally,long term degradation was assessed by mass-loss measurements.The results showed that a 380 nm ZrO_(2)coating reduces the degradation rate and H_(2)evolution of the alloy during the initial 3 days after immersion but allows the degradation of the bare alloy for the long-term.The ZrO_(2)coating does not compromise the biocompatibility of the alloy and permits better cell adhesion and proliferation of mesenchymal stem cells directly on its surface,in comparison to the bare alloy.Finally,the ZrO_(2)coating prevents the adhesion and biofilm formation of S.aureus.

Utilizing melt crystallization fundamentals in the development of a new tabletting technology

Increasing production effeciency and lowering costs are some of the many advantages melt crystallization technology offers over the conventional methodology of tabletting. A normal tablet consists of a pure shell or a coat and a separate core constituting the pharmaceutical active ingredient. Great emphasis is put on the purity of the shell since its purpose is to solely protect and deliver the active ingredient to its target. Melt crystallization is a purification （separation） process. It is discussed here for its ability to produce coated tablets, by separating the ＂coating＂ material from the ＂to be coated＂ material coming from one molten mixture. Molten drops of lutrol-ibuprofen mixture are produced using the drop forming technique. The subsequent analysis involves proving and quantifying the phase separation （coat purity）. The mechanism of a crystallizing drop is shown as direct evidence of the ongoing process. Moreover, solidified tablet batches are analyzed for the purity of their coating by measuring the ibuprofen concentration. This optimization process is carried out through multiple stages of development and condition enhancements in order to produce the most pure tablet coating. As a result, a trial showing an almost purely coated tablet is presented here.
