In the present work,some novel α-amino nitriles were prepared:amino-2-(anthracen-9-yl)acetonitrile(AAN),and 2-(naphthalen-1-yl)-2-((triethoxysilyl)propyl)amino)acetonitrile(Si-AN).With the aid of other org.nic compounds(3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane“APTES”and tetraethyl orthosilicate“TEOS”),the following.carb.n nanotub.s“CNT”and mag.etite“Mag.b.sed adsorb.nts were prepared:CNT-AAN,Mag.SiO_(2),Mag.SiO_(2)-APTES,Mag.SiO_(2)-*** FT-IR,1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy proved the formation of(C triple b.nd N)and(NH-)b.nds which indicated successful amino nitrile modification of the *** ab.lity of the ab.ve-mentioned adsorb.nts to remove cadmium“Cd(II)”from water was studied at various pH *** modification with AAN reduced Cd(II)uptake,while all Mag.modifications increased Cd *** addition of AAN to the extraction medium with CNT sorb.nt reduced Cd(II)*** addition of TEOS and Si-AN to the extraction medium for Cd(II)removal using.Mag.was studied where a positive impact was *** on the ab.ve experiments,it was decided to use Mag.as adsorb.nt with the addition of Si-AN to the extraction *** optimization recommended pH 8 and Cd:Si-AN molar ratio of 1:*** maximum adsorption capacity towards Cd(II)achieved in this study was 65 mg.g.(−1).The method selectivity,re-usab.lity and applicab.lity on well water and tap water samples g.ve appropriate *** adsorption of Cd(II)on Mag.in the presence of Si-AN was fast,endothermic,spontaneous,favored and physi-sorption was predominant.

We fit various color–mag.itude diag.ams(CMDs) of the hig.-latitude g.lactic g.ob.lar clusters Ng. 5024(M53),Ng. 5053,Ng. 5272(M3),Ng. 5466,and Ng. 7099(M30) b. isochrones from the Dartmouth Stellar Evolution Datab.se and b.g.of Stellar Tracks and Isochrones for α–enrichment [α/Fe] = +*** the CMDs,we use data sets from Hub.le Space Telescope,g.ia,and other sources utilizing.at least,25 photometric filters for each *** ob.ain the following.characteristics with their statistical uncertainties for Ng. 5024,Ng. 5053,Ng. 5272,Ng. 5466,and Ng. 7099,respectively:metallicities [Fe/H] =-1.93 ± 0.02,-2.08 ± 0.03,-1.60 ± 0.02,-1.95 ± 0.02,and-2.07 ± 0.04 dex with their systematic uncertainty 0.1 dex;ag.s 13.00 ± 0.11,12.70 ± 0.11,11.63 ± 0.07,12.15 ± 0.11,and 12.80 ± 0.17 g.r with their systematic uncertainty 0.8 g.r;distances(systematic uncertainty added) 18.22 ± 0.06 ± 0.60,16.99 ± 0.06 ± 0.56,10.08 ± 0.04 ± 0.33,15.59 ±0.03 ± 0.51,and 8.29 ± 0.03 ± 0.27 kpc;reddening. E(b.V) = 0.023 ± 0.004,0.017 ± 0.004,0.023 ± 0.004,0.023 ± 0.003,and 0.045 ± 0.002 mag.with their systematic uncertainty 0.01 mag.extinctions AV= 0.08 ± 0.01,0.06 ± 0.01,0.08 ± 0.01,0.08 ± 0.01,and 0.16 ± 0.01 mag.with their systematic uncertainty 0.03 mag.which sug.est the total g.lactic extinction AV= 0.08 across the whole g.lactic dust to extrag.lactic ob.ects at the North g.lactic *** horizontal b.anch morpholog. difference of these clusters is explained b. their different metallicity,ag.,mass-loss efficiency,and loss of low-mass memb.rs in the evolution of the core-collapse cluster Ng. 7099 and loose clusters Ng. 5053 and Ng. 5466.

The impact of g.ain size, rang.ng.from 0.9 μm to 9 μm, on the mechanical properties of commercially pure Mg.is investig.ted at temperatures of 4K, 78K, and 298K. The mechanisms g.verning.plastic flow are influenced b. b.th g.ain size and temperature. At 4K and 78K, dominant deformation modes in Mg.involve dislocation g.ide and extension twinning. reg.rdless of g.ain size. The interactions b.tween b.sal and non-b.sal dislocations and dislocations with g.ain b.undaries promote an unusually hig. rate of work hardening.in the plastic reg.me, leading.to premature failure. The yield stress follows the Hall-Petch relationship σy~ k/√d, with the slope k increasing.with decreasing.temperature. At 298K, in addition to dislocation g.ide and twinning. g.ain b.undary sliding.g.S) b.comes sig.ificant in samples with g.ain sizes b.low 3 μm, considerab.y enhancing.the material's deformab.lity. g.S activation provides an additional recovery mechanism for dislocations accumulating.at g.ain b.undaries, facilitating.their ab.orption during.sliding.and rotation. Analysis of σ Θ relationship sug.ests that the b.sal slip is the dominant dislocation mode in Mg.at 298K. Decreasing.g.ain size suppresses dislocation activity and twinning.and increases g.S, resulting.in lower Θ and σ Θ values. Suppressing.conventional deformation modes coupled with enhanced g.S yields stress softening. b.eaking.down the Hall-Petch relationship in Mg.b.low 3 μm g.ain size, leading.to an inverse Hall-Petch b.haviour. The work reports new data on the streng.h, ductility, work hardening.and fracture b.haviour, and their variations with Mg.g.ain size across different temperature reg.mes.

A novel series of 5-（（5-sub.tituted-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl）methyl）-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothieno[3,2-c]pyr- idines 5（a-i） has b.en synthesized from thienopyridine hydrazide, sub.tituted aromatic nitriles using.4- dimethylaminopyridine （DMAP） as a catalyst under microwave irradiation and evaluated for their in vitro antifung.l activity. Compound 5g.is found to b. more potent ag.inst Candida alb.cans when compared with miconazole. Docking.study of the newly synthesized compounds was performed, and results showed g.od b.nding.mode in the active site of fung.l enzyme P450 cytochrome lanosterol 14α- demethylase. ADMET properties of synthesized compounds were also analyzed and showed g.od drug.like properties. The results of in vitro antifung.l activity, docking.study and ADMET prediction revealed that the synthesized compounds have potential antifung.l activity and can b. further optimized and developed as a lead compound.

Zr,Nb.Mo,V,Hf,and Ta,which matches experimental results of measured *** ratio of a metal in the carb.de phase to the content of the same metal in the corresponding.metal b.ride had a linear trend with the chang. in standard g.b.s'free energ. of reaction for a metal carb.de reacting.with b.(4)C to produce its corresponding.metal b.ride and *** proposed model was used to predict the chang.s in standard g.b.s'free energ. for CrC→Crb.(2) to b.−260 kJ and WC→Wb.(2) to b. 148 kJ,which indicates that Cr has the strong.st seg.eg.tion to the b.ride and W has the strong.st seg.eg.tion to the *** proposed model can b. used to estimate the seg.eg.tion of metals in dual phase hig. entropy b.ride-carb.de ceramics of any b.ride/carb.de ratio or metal content.
