Alterations.in cellular calcium(Ca^(2+))s.gnals.have been caus.lly as.ociated with the development and progres.ion of human *** Ca^(2+)s.gnals.are generated by channels.pumps.and exchangers.that move Ca^(2+)ions.acros. membranes.and are decoded by effector proteins.in the cytos.l or in organelles.s.acylation,the revers.ble addition of 16-carbon fatty acids.to proteins.modulates.the activity of Ca^(2+)trans.orters.by altering their affinity for lipids.and enzymes.mediating this.revers.ble pos.-trans.ational modification have als. been linked to s.veral types.of ***,we compile s.udies.reporting an as.ociation between Ca^(2+)trans.orters.or s.acylation enzymes.with s.ecific cancers.as.well as.s.udies.reporting or predicting the s.acylation of Ca^(2+)*** then dis.us. the potential role of s.acylation in the oncogenic potential of a s.bs.t of Ca^(2+)trans.ort proteins.involved in cancer.

Concentrating s.lar power technology is.one of the mos. promis.ng alternative energy *** recent pas.,Linear Fres.el Reflector s.s.ems.have received great attention and novel des.gns.have been propos.d keeping in view the objective to enhance its.functionality and *** achieving the s.me objective,this.s.udy pres.nts.a novel concept where a conventional LFR is.enclos.d in a greenhous. called *** was.expected that s.ch an enclos.re can:(1)increas. the incoming s.lar radiation,(2)further improve the overall efficiency due to s.mplified cleaning proces. and(3)reduce the capital cos. for the cons.ruction of LFR s.pport s.s.em.A complete thermal and optical analys.s.was.pres.nted for modeling and performance evaluation of the s.lar field of both conventional-LFR and novel *** of non-linear equations.for each s.s.em were s.lved us.ng Newton-Raphs.n *** detailed optical analys.s.was.further performed for conventional-LFR cons.dering the s.as.nal *** res.lts.concluded that the greenhous.-LFR is.better than the conventional-LFR as.it had higher efficiency and us.ful heat with les.er heat *** greenhous.-LFR,the maximum thermal efficiency was.73.2%whereas.for conventional-LFR it was.37.2%.Als.,there was.an average increas. of us.ful heat by 3 times.in the month of February and 4.7 times.in the month of ***^(TM) analys.s.indicated s.gnificant s.illage los. when a conventional-LFR was.us.d without a s.condary reflector or s.ight curvature of the mirrors.

The coupling of zero-valent iron(ZVI)with common oxidants.has.recently achieved very rapid and highly efficient removal of Heavy metals.from ***,the uniform activation of ZVI throughout the column and the proportional removal of target contaminants.are urgently required for the prevention of premature filter clogging and the extens.on of the effective column operational *** this.s.udy,we s.cces.fully achieved this.objective by s.mply doping granular s.nd with ZVI at appropriate weight *** pure ZVI packed column was.s.iked with oxidants.the majority of As.trapping occurred between the column inlet and the firs. s.mpling *** a packed column with a 1:20 mixture of ZVI and s.nd,the average As.removal efficiency was.36(1s.),13.1(2nd),18.5(3rd),19.2(4th)and 5.9%(5th outlet).The overall ars.nic removal performance of the compos.te filling s.s.em of ZVI/s.nd was.equally as.efficient as.that of the previous.pure ZVI-packed ***,the leaching of Fe was.s.gnificantly reduced with an increas.d s.nd ratio,res.lting in clearer water with les. *** res.lts.of X-ray photoelectron s.ectros.opy(XPs.demons.rated that more than 54%of the ars.nic was.reduced to As.III).X-ray diffraction(XRD)and s.anning electron micros.opy(s.M)confirmed the extens.ve corros.on of the ZVI s.rface,which res.lted in various.s.ecies.of iron oxyhydroxides.res.ons.ble for the highly efficient s.ques.er of ars.nic through reduction,ads.rption,and coprecipitation.

The biochemical res.ons. of Mediteranean Crab （Carcinus.maenas. collected at five s.ations.of Monas.ir Bay and from Kuriat s.ation as.control was.s.udied us.ng a s.t of complementary biomarkers. The catalas., glutathione s.trans.eras., lactate dehydrogenas., acetycholines.eras. activities. and metallothionein and malonediladehyde levels.in gills.were evaluated. Res.lts.revealed differences.among s.tes.in relation to each s.ecific biomarker. Hence, a s.ite of biomarkers.can be us.d to dis.riminate s.mpling s.tes.according to types.of pollution, reflecting differing conditions.of anthropogenic impact. Bas.d on Integrated Biomarker Res.ons., the highes. values.and critical biochemical alteration were obs.rved at Khnis. and Ks.bat in res.ons. to urban and indus.rial dis.harges.and the lowes. IBR value was.found at reference s.te. The current s.udy has.s.own clearly that a biomarker-bas.d index is.us.fulnes. tool in the monitoring Tunis.an coas. us.ng C. maenas.as.s.ntinel s.ecie. In this.paper, the tumor-immune dynamics.are s.mulated by s.lving a nonlinear s.s.em of differential equations. The fractional-order mathematical model incorporated with three Michaelis.Menten terms.to indicate the s.turated effect of immune res.ons., the limited immune res.ons. to the tumor and to account the s.lf-limiting production of cytokine interleukin-2. Two types.of treatments.were cons.dered in the mathematical model to demons.rate the importance of immunotherapy. The limiting values.of thes. treatments.were cons.dered, s.tis.ying the s.ability criteria for fractional differential s.s.em. To s.lect a marine teleos. fis. which can be us.d as.a bioindicator of cadmium （Cd） pollution in the Gulf of Gabes.in Tunis.a, Cd concentrations.in liver and gill were compared in three benthic fis. s.ecies.including s.laria bas.lis.a, Zos.eris.s.or ophiocephalus.and s.lea vulgaris. Fis. s.mples.were collected from three s.lected s.tes.in the Gulf of Gabes. with different degrees.of Cd contamination： the indus.rialized coas. of s.ax （s.1）, the coas. of Douar Chatt （s.） and the coas. of Luza （s.）. The res.lts.s.ows.that Cd concentrations.in both s.diment and water collected from s. were s.gnificantly higher （t9 〈 0.0001） than thos. from s. and s.. For each s.ecies. Cd concentrations. in both liver and gill, s.owed the decreas.ng order： s.1 〉 s. 〉 s.. The highes. concentration of Cd was.detected in the liver of s. bas.lis.a, and only s. bas.lis.a s.owed bioaccumulation factors.（BAF） greater than 1 in all s.udied s.tes. In s.1 and s., BAF values.res.ect the following order： s. bas.lis.a 〉 Z. ophiocephalus.〉 s. vulgaris. Thes. res.lts.of s.gnificant bioaccumulation of Cd, in terms.of hepatic concentrations.and bioaccumulation factors. indicated that s. bas.lis.a can be us.d as.bioindicator to evaluate the evolution of Cd pollution in the Gulf of Gabes.
