Aero-engine hollow turbine blades are work under prolonged high temperature,requiring high dimensional *** profile and wall thickness are important parameters to ensure the comprehensive performance of blades,which need to be measured accurately during manufacturing *** this study,a high accuracy industrial computed tomography(ICT)measuring method was developed based on standard cylindrical pin and ring workpieces of different *** ICT with cubic spline interpolation,a sub-pixel accuracy was achieved in measuring the dimension of *** with the traditional and whole-pixel level image measurement method,the cubic spline interpolation algorithm has the advantages of high accuracy in image edge detection and thus high accuracy of dimensional ***,the technique was employed to measure the profile and wall thickness of a typical aerospace engine turbine blade,and an accuracy higher than 0.015 mm was obtained.

Based on the latest drilling core, thin section, 3D seismic, well logging data as well as exploration results, the sequence stratigraphy and sedimentary microfacies of the Middle-Lower Ordovician carbonates in Gucheng area, and their controlling effects on the development of reservoir were examined by the theories and methods of fine carbonate *** results show that the Middle-Lower Ordovician in Gucheng area is a set of typical carbonate ramp deposits, which can be divided into 10 microfacies in 4 subfacies as follows: back ramp, inner shallow ramp, outer shallow ramp, and deep ramp. The back ramp subfacies consists of muddy-dolomitic flat and dolomitic lagoon microfacies;it is dominated by lamellar micrite dolomite tight in lithology. The inner shallow ramp subfacies includes dolomitic shoal and dolomitic flat in shoal top and dolomitic flat between shoals microfacies;it is mainly composed of crystal dolomite with metasomatic residual structure, as well as abundant karst vugs and intercrystalline pores. The crystal dolomite has an average porosity of 4.36%. The outer ramp subfacies includes medium-high and low energy grain shoal and inter-shoal microfacies;it is dominated by sandy limestone,oolitic limestone, and micrite limestone with few pores. The deep ramp subfacies is dominated by low-energy argillaceous deposits, with local presences of storm shoal microfacies. The Lower-Middle Ordovician has six third-order sequences from bottom to top, among which sequence(SQ3) represents the third member of Yingying Formation. The main reservoir has three fourth-order high-frequency sequences. Apparently, the favorable reservoir in the study area is jointly controlled by sedimentary microfacies and high frequency sequence in the carbonate ramp. The former controls the primary pore structure, and the latter controls the intensities of karstification exposure and dolomitization in the penecontemporaneous period. Channel training in reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)-assisted communications is usually conducted in an on-off manner,resulting in unaffordable training time overhead when the number of RIS elements is *** this paper,for correlated Rayleigh channels,we compare three typical training overhead reduction schemes,namely RIS element selection(Scheme 1),element grouping(Scheme 2),and statistical CSI-based phase shifts design(Scheme3).For Scheme 1 and Scheme 2,we propose two algorithms to select RIS elements(or form element groups) and determine the optimal number of activated elements(or formed groups),based on the channel correlation information only;for Scheme 3,we consider a semi-definite programming-based approach in the literature,and propose an alternative dominant eigenvector-based method for determining the RIS phase shifts *** extensive simulations,we compare the achievable ergodic rates of these schemes versus the signal-to-noise ratio,the channel correlation level,and the element number-to-coherent time ratio,respectively,and discuss possible switching of the three schemes over these system *** last,operation regions of the considered training overhead reduction schemes are shown in the plane characterized by the system parameters,which provides useful guidelines for practical scheme determination.

跌流竖井是排水系统中结构简单且应用广泛的排水基础设施之一,但该结构入流水舌处的水气两相作用剧烈、流态复杂,且在该处常常出现竖井内的最大负压,也就容易从外界大量吸气造成下游管道臭气逸散、井喷或爆管等问题。为此,提出在竖井水舌处设置内嵌圆弧板的结构优化方法,从而有效改善入流水舌流态,降低竖井内气压值和梯度变化,并减缓竖井从外界的吸气程度。在此基础上,采用Fluent三维数值模拟手段,对比分析了结构优化前后的流态、气压梯度、流速及水气分布等特性。结果表明,经过优化后的竖井模型改变了入流水舌处的液体流态,水流入射角度减小,水流撞击点的位置降低,竖井水舌处的负压值明显降低,垂直管内的整体压力梯度变化幅值减弱,从外界卷吸的气量也大幅度减小。可见所设计的新型竖井结构优化方法对跌流竖井入流水舌问题有较好的改善作用,同时也为排污管道竖井设计及优化提供一定的参考。

Activated fibroblasts and M2-polarized macrophages may contribute to the progression of pulmonary fibrosis by forming a positive feedback *** study was aimed to investigate whether fibroblasts and macrophages form this loop by secreting SDF-1 and TGF-β and the impacts of neotuberostemonine(NTS)and tuberostemonine(TS).Mice were intratracheally injected with 3 U·kg^(-1)bleomycin and orally administered with 30 mg·kg^(-1)NTS or *** pulmonary fibroblasts(PFBs)and MH-S cells(alveolar macrophages)were used in *** animal experiments showed that NTS and TS improved fibrosis related indicators,inhibited fibroblast activation and macrophage M2 polarization,and reduced the levels of TGF-β and SDF-1 in alveolar lavage *** experiments showed that TGF-β1 may activated fibroblasts into myofibroblasts secreting SDF-1 by activating the PI3K/AKT/HIF-1αand PI3K/PAK/RAF/ERK/HIF-1α*** was also found for the first time that SDF-1 was able to directly polarize macrophages into M2 phenotype secreting TGF-β through the same pathways as mentioned ***,the results of the cell coculture confirmed that fibroblasts and macrophages actually developed a feedback loop to promote fibrosis,and the secretion of TGF-β and SDF-1 was crucial for maintaining this *** and TS may disturb this loop through inhibiting both the PI3K/AKT/HIF-1αand PI3K/PAK/RAF/ERK/HIF-1α pathways to improve pulmonary *** and TS are stereoisomeric alkaloids with pyrrole[1,2-ajazapine skeleton,and their effect on improving pulmonary fibrosis may be largely attributed to their parent ***,this study found that inhibition of both the AKT and ERK pathways is essential for maximizing the improvement of pulmonary fibrosis.

目的探讨胃浸润性微乳头状癌的临床病理学特征及其对患者预后的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年1月—2019年12月本市两所三甲医院收治的胃癌手术治疗患者850例临床资料,其中具有IMPC成分的58例作为IMPC组,随机选取不含IMPC的79例腺癌患者作为对照组(非IMPC组);同时根据微乳头状癌成分比例将IMPC组分为<10%、10%~29%、30%~49%和50%以上四个组别。观察IMPC形态学及免疫组化特征,分析IMPC组和非IMPC组临床病理特征、预后方面的差异,进而分析不同微乳头状癌成分占比对相关临床病理资料及预后的差异。结果胃腺癌病例中IMPC检出率为6.82%(58/850),其中占比<10%者7例、10%~29%者20例、30%~49%者23例和50%以上者8例。典型IMPC癌细胞呈翻转性生长模式,排列呈实性小巢团状或中空小管状,无纤维脉管轴心,周围有宽窄不等的空白间隙;免疫组化标记MUC1、EMA和E-cadherin等可证实。在组织学类型、脉管侵犯、T分期、N分期、M分期比较项中,IMPC组和非IMPC组患者统计学上具有差异(P<0.05);不同微乳头占比组别在上述方面无统计学差异(P=0.700)。胃切除术后IMPC组3年生存率明显低于非IMPC组患者分别为56.9%和88.6%,两组间3年生存率有显著差异(P<0.001)。此外,IMPC患者不同组别(<10%组、10%~29%组、30%~49%组和≥50%组)的3年生存率分别为100%、90%、47.8%和25%,微乳头成分对胃癌患者预后影响具有统计学意义(P<0.001);因此,微乳头成分超过30%,患者生存率明显下降。结论IMPC属于较高恶性程度和侵袭性腺癌亚型,通过观察其形态学及免疫组化特征及比较与临床病理学特征、预后关系,特别是确定微乳头成分阈值30%,可指导临床病理诊断和患者预后评估。

The ternary or quaternary layered compounds called MAB phases are frequently mentioned recently together with the well-known MAX ***,MAB phases are generally referred to layered transition metal borides,while MAX phases are layered transition metal carbides and nitrides with different types of crystal structure although they share the common nano-laminated structure *** order to prove that MAB phases can share the same type of crystal structure with MAX phases and extend the composition window of MAX phases from carbides and nitrides to borides,two new MAB phase compounds Zr_(2)SeB and Hf_(2)SeB with the Cr_(2)AlC-type MAX phase(211 phase)crystal structure were discovered by a combination of first-principles calculations and experimental verification in this ***-principles calculations predicted the stability and lattice parameters of the two new MAB phase compounds Zr_(2)SeB and Hf_(2)*** they were successfully synthesized by using a thermal explosion method in a spark plasma sintering(SPS)*** crystal structures of Zr_(2)SeB and Hf_(2)SeB were determined by a combination of the X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM).The lattice parameters of Zr_(2)SeB and Hf_(2)SeB are a=3.64398Å,c=12.63223Åand a=3.52280Å,c=12.47804Å,*** the atomic positions are M at 4f(1/3,2/3,0.60288[Zr]or 0.59889[Hf]),Se at 2c(1/3,2/3,1/4),and B at 2a(0,0,0).And the atomic stacking sequences follow those of the Cr_(2)AlC-type MAX *** work opens up the composition window for the MAB phases and MAX phases and will trigger the interests of material scientists and physicists to explore new compounds and properties in this new family of materials.
