The formation of an embedded electron current sheet within the magnetotail plasma sheet has been poorly *** this article,we present an electron current layer detected at the edge of the magnetotail plasma *** ions were demagnetized inside the electron current layer,but the electrons were still frozen in with the magnetic field ***,this decoupling of ions and electrons gave rise to a strong Hall electric field,which could be the reason for the formation of the embedded thin current *** magnetized electrons,the absence of the nongyrotropic electron distribution,and negligible energy dissipation in the layer indicate that magnetic reconnection had not been triggered within the embedded thin current *** highly asymmetric plasma on the two sides of the current layer and low magnetic shear across it could suppress magnetic *** observations indicate that the embedded electric current layer,probably generated by the Hall electric field,even down to electron scale,is not a sufficient condition for magnetic reconnection.

In this study,the Betts-Miller-Janjic(BMJ)convective adjustment scheme in the Weather Research and Forecasting(WRF)model version 4.0 was used to investigate the effect of itsα-parameter,which influences the first-guess potential temperature reference profile on the Madden-Julian oscillation(MJO)propagation and *** study diagnosed the MJO active phase composites of the MJO-filtered outgoing longwave radiation(OLR)during the December-to-February(DJF)period of 2006-2016 over the Indian Ocean(IO),Maritime Continent(MC),and western Pacific(WP).The results show that the MJO-filtered OLR intensity,propagation pattern,and MJO classification(standing,jumping,and propagating clusters)are sensitive to theα-value,but the phase speeds of propagating MJOs are ***,with an increasingα-value,the simulated MJO-filtered OLR intensity increases,and the simulated propagation pattern is *** also show that the intensity and propagation pattern of an eastward-propagating MJO are associated with MJO circulation structures and thermodynamic ***αincreases,the front Walker cell and the low-level easterly anomaly are enhanced,which premoistens the lower troposphere and triggers more active shallow and congestus *** enhanced shallow and congestus convection preconditions the lower to middle troposphere,accelerating the transition from congestus to deep convection,thereby facilitating eastward propagation of the ***,the simulated MJO tends to transfer from standing to eastward propagating asα*** summary,increasing theα-value is a possible way to improve the simulation of the structure and propagation of the MJO.

The high strength and stability of the full-lamellar structure guarantee the industrial application of theβ-solidifyingγ-TiAl ***,it is a huge challenge to design an alloy with good hot-deformability as well as the full-lamellar *** low-cost Ti-42.5Al-2Mn-0.4Mo-0.1B-0.1C(at.%)alloy was designed,which undergoes bothβandαsingle-phase region during the *** is found that the full-lamellar structure can be obtained by the solution heat treatment at 1230℃ for 20 min and then aging treatment at 800℃ for 3 ***,a new microstructure,namely,the pearlitic-like microstructure(PM)induced by theα_(2)/γ→βo+γcellular reaction was observed when the aging temperature is increased to above 800℃.The volume fraction of the PM is gradually increased from 0%to 25.5%,65%,and 94%according to elevated aging temperature from 800 to 900,1000,and 1050℃,*** mechanism of the reducedα_(2)/γlamellae and PM formation was discussed regarding the heterogeneous distribution ofβstabilizing elements and the interface energy stored inα_(2)/γlamellae.

In this paper,the Drinfeld-Sokolov-Satsuma-Hirota(DSSH)system is studied by using residual symmetry and the consistent Riccati expansion(CRE)method,*** residual symmetry of the DSSH system is localized to lie point symmetry in a properly prolonged system,based on which we get a new Bäcklund transformation for this *** symmetry reduction solutions of the DSSH system are obtained by applying the classical lie group approach on the prolonged ***,the DSSH system proves to be CRE integrable and new interesting interaction solutions between solitons and periodic waves are generated and analyzed.

This paper aims to numerically explore the characteristics of unsteady cavitating flow around a NACA0015 hydrofoil,with a focus on vorticity *** simulation utilizes a homogeneous mixture model coupled with a filter-based density correction turbulence model and a modified Zwart cavitation *** study investigates the dynamic cavitation features of the thermal fluid around the hydrofoil at various incoming flow *** systematically elucidates the evolution of cavitation and vortex dynamics corresponding to each velocity *** results indicate that with increasing incoming flow velocity,distinct cavitation processes take place in the flow field.

Glioblastoma(GBM)is a lethal cancer with limited therapeutic *** cell(DC)-based cancer vaccines provide a promising approach for GBM *** studies suggest that other immunotherapeutic agents may be combined with DC vaccines to further enhance antitumor ***,we report a GBM case with combination immunotherapy consisting of DC vaccines,anti-programmed death-1(anti-PD-1)and poly I:C as well as the chemotherapeutic agent cyclophosphamide that was integrated with standard chemoradiation therapy,and the patient remained disease-free for 69 *** patient received DC vaccines loaded with multiple forms of tumor antigens,including mRNA-tumor associated antigens(TAA),mRNA-neoantigens,and hypochlorous acid(HOCl)-oxidized tumor ***,mRNA-TAAs were modified with a novel TriVac technology that fuses TAAs with a destabilization domain and inserts TAAs into full-length lysosomal associated membrane protein-1 to enhance major histocompatibility complex(MHC)class I and II antigen *** treatment consisted of 42 DC cancer vaccine infusions,26 anti-PD-1 antibody nivolumab administrations and 126 poly I:C injections for DC *** patient also received 28 doses of cyclophosphamide for depletion of regulatory T *** immunotherapy-related adverse events were observed during the *** antitumor CD4t and CD8t T-cell responses were *** patient remains free of disease *** is the first case report on the combination of the above three agents to treat glioblastoma *** results suggest that integrated combination immunotherapy is safe and feasible for long-term treatment in this patient.A large-scale trial to validate these findings is warranted.

The Pearl River Delta(PRD)region has been identified as a significant hotspot of wet ammonium ***,the absence of long-term monitoring data in the area hinders the comprehension of the historical trends and changes in wet NH_(4)^(+)-N deposition in response to emissions,which interferes with the ability to make effective *** study has analyzed the long-term trends of wet NH_(4)^(+)-N deposition flux and has quantified the effect of anthropogenic emissions and meteorological factors at a typical urban site and a typical forest site in the PRD region from 2009 to *** revealed a significant decreasing trend in wet NH_(4)^(+)-N flux in both the typical urban and forest areas of the PRD region,at-6.2%/year(p<0.001)and-3.3%/year(p<0.001),*** emissions are thought to have contributed 47%–57%of the wet NH_(4)^(+)-N deposition trend over the past 12 years compared to meteorological *** conditions dominated the interannual fluctuations in wet NH_(4)^(+)-N deposition with an absolute contribution of 46%–52%,while anthropogenic emissions change alone explained 10%–31%.NH_(3)emissions have the greatest impact on the urban area among anthropogenic emission factors,while SO_(2)emissions have the greatest impact on the forest ***,precipitation was identified as the primary meteorological driver for both *** findings also imply that the benefits of NH_(3)emissions reductions might not immediately emerge due to interference from weather-related factors.

Metamorphic P-T-t Evolution of Granulite in the Yishui Area:New Insights into the Tectonic Evolution of the Eastern Block,North China Craton

The Yishui complex,located in the western Shandong area of the North China Craton,is representative of the Archean crystalline basement of the North China Craton to explore the early tectonic-thermal evolution history of the *** petrography,mineral chemistry,metamorphic evolution and zircon U-Pb dating are presented for felsic granulite and two-pyroxene granulite from the Yishui complex to contribute to new insights into the Neoarchean tectonic evolution of the North China *** mineral assemblages are recognized for these granulite samples,including the prograde(M1),peak(M2)and retrograde(M3)mineral *** geothermobarometry and phase equilibrium modeling yield P-T conditions of 6.5-10.9 kbar/718-839℃ for the peak metamorphism,which define a medium-pressure granulite-facies metamorphism occurred at middle to lower *** P-T paths with near-isobaric cooling(IBC)retrograde segments were *** LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating suggests that the protolith of the felsic granulite was emplaced at 2541±7 Ma and the subsequent medium-pressure granulite-facies metamorphism occurred at 2518-2494 Ma.A two-stage mantle plume related crustal-scale sagduction geodynamic regime is proposed in the western Shandong terrane in the Neoarchean.

The durability of wear-resistant tetrahedral amorphous carbon（ta-C） coatings is intimately linked to their thickness and the concentration of *** enhance the lifespan of the coatings,we have prepared a multilayer coating consisting of alternating layers of Ti and ta-C,denoted as（Ti/ta-C）_n,using arc ion plating.A multi-layer structure in conjunction with stage cooling is employed to enhance the thickness and promote *** results indicate that the ID/IGvalue,representing the ratio of the intensity of the D peak to that of the G peak in Raman spectroscopy,decreases from 0.85 when no stage cooling is applied to 0.35 when stage cooling is employed,suggesting an enhancement in the fraction of sp3bonds within the *** obtained（Ti/ta-C）_n multilayer coating without peeling off has a maximum thickness of 1.14 μm,which is almost double that of the ta-C coating single layer *** the same time,the coating has a low coefficient of friction,down to 0.069,and maintains excellent friction properties with a wear rate of 3.4×10-6mm3·N-1·*** results conclusively show that the preparation technology can enhance both thickness and sp3bonding in ta-C coatings,significantly expanding their utility across tools,molds,and precision engineering components.
