The use of transition metal-activated peroxymonosulfate（PMS） as an advanced oxidation technology has gained recognition. This study developed a catalyst using cobaltDlanthanum bimetallic oxide supported on layered molybdenum disulfide （Mo S2） as a carrier. The CoDLa/Mo S2catalyst was synthesised through coprecipitation, followed by calcination with an optimised metal ratio of Co:La=2:1 to activate PMS and degrade trace chloramphenicol（CAP） in water. The chemical composition of the catalyst was confirmed using X-ray diffraction （XRD） and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS）. At catalyst and PMS dosages of 0.1 and 0.5 g·L-1, respectively, the degradation rate of CAP was 95% with in 30 min. The catalyst exhibitedstrong resistance to most interfering anions and maintained a high degradation rate at p H 3D11. Liquid chromatographyDmass spectrometry analysis revealed the potential degradation pathways of CAP in the CoDLa/Mo S2（2:1）/PMS system. For other pollutants, such as oxytetracycline,complete degradation was achieved within 20 min,demonstrating the broad applicability of the CoDLa/Mo S2（2:1）/PMS system for the degradation and removal of antibiotic organic contaminants. This study offers a feasible approach for the degradation of antibiotic organic pollutants, including CAP, in natural water bodies.

通过添加亮氨酸/谷氨酸制备了MoVO_(x)复合金属氧化物,考察了亮氨酸/谷氨酸添加浓度对MoVO_(x)晶相组成及含量的影响.将制备的MoVO_(x)用于催化甘油选择性氧化性能研究.研究表明,添加亮氨酸/谷氨酸能够抑制产物中V2O5的生成.与谷氨酸相比,添加亮氨酸可以进一步减少产物中MoO_(3)的含量.此外,当添加谷氨酸摩尔比为Mo∶V∶Glu=1∶1∶0.5时制备的MoVO_(x)呈现出特殊的多层片状结构,该样品(Mo/V/Glu-0.5)在催化甘油选择性氧化反应中表现出优异的性能,当催化反应温度为340℃时,甘油的转化率为98.17%,丙烯醛和丙酮选择性分别为45.96%和34.84%.此时,体系中MoV_(2)O_(8)和MoO_(3)的含量分别为65.56%和34.44%,表明MoVO_(x)催化甘油选择性氧化反应中MoV_(2)O_(8)和MoO_(3)具有明显的协同效应.

Integrated phase unwrapping algorithm for the measurement of 3D shapes by Fourier transform profilometry

An integrated and reliable phase unwrapping algorithm is proposed based on residues and blocking-lines detection, closed contour extraction and quality map ordering for the measurement of 3D shapes by Fourier-transform profilometry (FTP). The proposed algorithm first detects the residues on the wrapped phase image, applies wavelet analysis to generate the blocking-lines that can just connect the residues of opposite polarity, then carries out the morphology operation to extract the closed contour of the shape, and finally uses the modulation intensity information and the Laplacian of Gaussian operation of the wrapped phase image as the quality map. The unwrapping process is completed from a region of high reliability to that of low reliability and the blocking-lines can prevent the phase error propagation effectively. Furthermore, by using the extracted closed contour to exclude the invalid areas from the phase unwrapping process, the algorithm becomes more efficient. The experiment shows the effec-tiveness of the new algorithm.

Five genes encoding heat shock proteins（HSPs）, Cchsp40, Cchsp60, Cchsp70, Cchsc70 and Cchsp90, were cloned and sequenced from Cotesia chilonis using RT-PCR and RACE. The c DNA sequences of Cchsp40, Cchsp60, Cchsp70, Cchsc70 and Cchsp90 were 1 265, 2 551, 2 094, 2 297 and 2 635 bp in length, respectively, with a molecular weight（MW） of 39.1, 60.6, 71.45, 70.19 and 82.92 k Da, respectively. The predicted amino acid sequences of these proteins showed high similarities with published HSPs of other insects in Hymenoptera. Analysis of genomic DNAs indicated that Cchsp40, Cchsp60, Cchsp70 and Cchsp90 lacked introns, but Cchsc70 contained an intron. The results also suggested that CcH SP40 in C. chilonis was the Type II HSP40, Cc HSP60 was a member of the mitochondrial HSP60 family, and Cc HSP90 was a part of cytoplasmic HSP90 A family. Expression patterns varied in the five Cchsps in response to temperature. Expression of Cchsp40 and Cchsp60 was induced significantly by cold but not heat stress. Cchsp70 and Cchsc70 showed similar response to the thermal stress and could be induced by both cold and heat, but their expression levels were consistently lower than that of Cchsp40 and Cchsp60. Cchsp90 could be induced by heat stress and mild cold, but not cold stress. In addition, the results demonstrated Cchsc70 might be constitutive and inducible protein that was expressed during normal cell functioning and also up-regulated in response to stressful stimuli while Cchsp70 was solely inducible protein induced by temperature changes. Overall, results generated from this study could significantly advance the understanding of Cchsps in response to temperature and provide important biological information for C. chilonis insects that reared under different temperatures.

1. Objectives Ophiolites from the oceanic crust are important indicators for identifying tectonic suture zones. Recently, a continuous ophiolite belt was found near the Guola Mountain in the Nujiang tectonic belt. Due to intensive hydrothermal alteration during tectonic evolution, clayey altered ophiolite with special engineering geological characteristics was formed, which has an extremely adverse impact on engineering stability. However, the adverse properties of clayey altered ophiolite are still not well understood in engineering practices(Zhang YS, et al., 2011).

Objective Elevated myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs)in many malignancies are associated with the increased risk for metastases and poor ***,a mouse model of intraocular melanoma was established to explore how MDSCs influence liver *** In this study,murine B16LS melanoma cells were transplanted into the posterior compartment(PC)of the eye of C57BL/6 *** from the liver of naive mice and mice bearing melanoma liver metastasis were isolated using isotonic Percoll centrifugation,examined by flow cytometry for their expression of Gr1,CD11b,F4/80,RAE-1,and Mult-1,and further isolated for MDSCs and natural killer(NK)*** effects of MDSCs on NK cells were tested by coculturing and assessing the ability of NK cells to produce interferon-gamma(IFN-γ)by ELISA and NK cell cytotoxicity by 3H-thymidine incorporation *** impact of IFN-γon liver metastases was examined via selectively depleting IFN-γin *** The results showed that mice with liver metastases had increased levels of CD11b+Gr1+F4/80+as well as CD11b+Gr1+F4/80−*** significantly enhanced the generation of IFN-γtogether with the cytotoxicity of the NK ***,these effects were cell-cell *** IFN-γwas not of a toxic nature to the melanoma cells,it profoundly inhibited B16LS cell *** IFN-γin vivo led to increased liver *** All these findings first revealed that MDSCs accumulated in liver metastasis of intraocular melanoma could activate the NK cells to produce an effective anti-tumor immune ***,the MDSCs’performance in different tumor models would need more investigation to boost current immunotherapy modalities.
