In this study,green zinc oxide(ZnO)/polypyrrole(Ppy)/cellulose acetate(CA)f.lm.has been synthesized via solvent *** f.lm.was used as supporting m.terial f.r glucose oxidase(GOx)to sensitize a glucose *** nanoparticles have been prepared via the green route using olive leaves extract as a ***/Ppy nanocom.osite has been synthesized by a sim.le in-situ chem.cal oxidative polym.rization of.pyrrole(Py)m.nom.r using f.rric chloride(f.Cl3)as an oxidizing *** produced m.terials and the com.osite f.lm. were characterized using X-ray dif.raction analysis(XRD),scanning electron m.croscope(SEm.,f.urier transf.rm.inf.ared(f.IR)and therm.gravim.tric analysis(TGA).Glucose oxidase was successf.lly im.obilized on the surf.ce of.the prepared f.lm.and then ZnO/Ppy/CA/GOx com.osite was sputtered with platinum.electrode f.r the current determ.nation at dif.erent initial concentrations of.*** m.asurem.nts proved the suitability and the high sensitivity of.the constructed biosensor f.r the detection of.glucose levels in dif.erent *** perf.rm.nce of.the prepared biosensor has been assessed by m.asuring and com.aring glucose concentrations up to 800 *** results af.irm.d the reliability of.the developed biosensor towards real sam.les which suggests the wide-scale application of.the proposed biosensor.

Adapted European seabass(Dicentrarchus labrax L.)larvae at 25 days post-hatching(dph)with a prim.ry weight and length of.23 m. and 9.92 m.,start the weaning up to 46 dph using the weaning m.cro-diet(54%crude protein f.om.f.sh m.al,powder m.lk,and poultry egg)concurrently with Artem.a enriched with f.rtif.cation em.lsions(0.6 g/L)of.DHA selco®as a control group(DHAS)or f.sh oil+20%Vitam.n C(f.VC),or f.sh oil+20%Vitam.n E(f.VE),or f.sh oil+10%Vit.C+10%Vit.E(f.CE),or f.sh oil only(f.).At 46 dph,groups of.larvae f.d enriched Artem.a with DHAS and f.VE exhibited the highest f.nal body weight,weight gain,average daily gain,specif.c growth rate,f.ed intake,protein ef.iciency ratio,and survival%as well as the lowest f.ed conversion ***,larvae in f.VC displayed the lowest f.nal body weight,total length,weight gain,average daily gain,specif.c growth rate,f.ed intake,protein ef.iciency ratio,and survival%as well as the highest f.ed conversion *** histological assessm.nt exhibited no pathological alteration as well as an im.rovem.nt in the structure with DHAS,f.VE,f.VC,and f.CE co-additives com.ared to *** peroxidase enzym.(GPx)recorded the highest rates(Pf.d Artem.a supplem.nted with DHAS and f.VE f.llowed by f.CE and *** the lowest record f.r GPx activity was noted in the f. *** conclusion,Using augm.nted Artem.a nauplii with f.sh oil+vitam.n E in single or in com.anion with vitam.n C as cheap antioxidants support *** larval growth,survival,and antioxidant ef.icacy during the critical weaning period.

Introduction and Aim.of.the Work: The identif.cation of.cirrhotic patients with esophageal varices or other portosystem.c collateral by non-invasive m.ans is appealing in that it could decrease the necessity of.endoscopic screening. This study was to evaluate the diagnostic utility of.venous am.onia level with other ultrasonographic param.ters as non-invasive m.rkers f.r the presence of.portosystem.c shunts. Patients and m.thods: The study included 3 groups of.Child Pugh class A and early B patients. Group (A): 25 patients with evidence of.both esophageal varices and portosystem.c collaterals;group (B) 25 patients with neither evidence of.varices nor portosystem.c collaterals and group (C): 25 patients with evidence of.varices but no collaterals. m.asurem.nt of.venous am.onia level was done f.r all patients. Results: serum.am.onia level was signif.cantly higher in group A (222.8 ± 54 μg/dL) than that in group B (85 ± 21.1 μg/dL) and group C (148.2 ± 19.6 μg/dL). The cut-of. value of.serum.am.onia level 113 μg/dL was a good predictor f.r the presence of.esophageal varices, while the cut-of. value of.serum.am.onia level at 133 μg/dL was a good predictor f.r the presence of.both esophageal varices and abdom.nal collaterals. Com.ination of.portal vein diam.ter > 13m. + splenic vein diam.ter > 8.9m. + am.onia level > 133 μg/dL gives 100% of.sensitivity and 96% of.specif.city f.r the prediction of.the presence of.portosystem.c shunts. Conclusion: Determ.nation of.serum.am.onia level, splenic, portal vein and splenic vein diam.ters are considered as good predictors f.r the presence of.portosystem.c shunts in patients with liver cirrhosis.

Ef.ective m.dical diagnosis is dram.tically expensive,especially in third-world *** of.the com.on diseases is pneum.nia,and because of.the rem.rkable sim.larity between its types and the lim.ted num.er of.m.dical im.ges f.r recent diseases related to pneum.nia,them.dical diagnosis of.these diseases is a signif.cant ***,transf.r learning represents a prom.sing solution in transf.rring knowledge f.om.generic tasks to specif.c ***,experim.ntation and utilization of.dif.erent m.dels of.transf.r learning do not achieve satisf.ctory *** this study,we suggest the im.lem.ntation of.an autom.tic detectionm.del,nam.lyCADTra,to ef.iciently diagnose pneum.nia-related *** m.del is based on classif.cation,denoising autoencoder,and transf.r ***,pre-processing is em.loyed to prepare the m.dical *** depends on an autoencoder denoising(AD)algorithm.with a m.dif.ed loss f.nction depending on a Gaussian distribution f.r decoder output to m.xim.ze the chances f.r recovering inputs and clearly dem.nstrate their f.atures,in order to im.rove the diagnosis ***,classif.cation is perf.rm.d using a transf.r learning m.del and a f.ur-layer convolution neural network(f.NN)to detect *** proposed m.del supports binary classif.cation of.chest com.uted tom.graphy(CT)im.ges and m.lti-class classif.cation of.chest X-ray ***,a com.arative study is introduced f.r the classif.cation perf.rm.nce with and without the denoising *** proposed m.del achieves precisions of.98%and 99%f.r binary classif.cation and m.lti-class classif.cation,respectively,with the dif.erent ratios f.r training and *** dem.nstrate the ef.iciency and superiority of.the proposed CADTra m.del,it is com.ared with som. recent state-of.the-art CNN *** achieved outcom.s prove that the suggested m.del can help radiologists to detect pneum.nia-related diseases and im.rove the diagnostic ef.iciency com.ared to the exis
