To explore the green development of automobile enterprises and promote the achievement of the“dual carbon”target,based on the bounded rationality assumptions,this study constructed a tripartite evolutionary game model of gov-ernment,commercial banks,and automobile enterprises;introduced a dynamic reward and punishment mechanism;and analyzed the development process of the three parties’strategic behavior under the static and dynamic reward and punish-ment *** PlE was used for numerical simulation *** results indicate that the system could not reach a stable state under the static reward and punishment mechanism.A dynamic reward and punishment mechanism can effectively improve the system stability and better fit real *** the dynamic reward and punishment mechan-ism,an increase in the initial probabilities of the three parties can promote the system stability,and the government can im-plement effective supervision by adjusting the upper limit of the reward and punishment ***,the implementa-tion of green credit by commercial banks plays a significant role in promoting the green development of automobile enter-prises.

Using photodynamic therapy(PDT)to treat deep-seated cancers is limited due to inefficient delivery of photosensitizers and low tissue penetration of *** nanocarriers are widely used for photosensitizer delivery,while the self-quenching of the encapsulated photosensitizers would impair the PDT ***,the generated short-lived reactive oxygen spieces(ROS)can hardly diffuse out of nanocarriers,resulting in low PDT ***,a smart nanocarrier system which can be degraded by light,followed by photosensitizer activation can potentially overcome these limitations and enhance the PDT efficacy.A light-sensitive polymer nanocarrier encapsulating photosensitizer(RB-M)was *** implantable wireless dual wavelength microlED device which delivers the two light wavelengths sequentially was developed to programmatically control the release and activation of the loaded *** transmitter coils with matching resonant frequencies allow activation of the connected lEDs to emit different wavelengths *** irradiation time,dose,and RB-M concentration were determined using an agent-based digital simulation *** vitro and in vivo validation experiments in an orthotopic rat liver hepatocellular carcinoma disease model confirmed that the nanocarrier rupture and sequential low dose light irradiation strategy resulted in successful PDT at reduced photosensitizer and irradiation dose,which is a clinically significant event that enhances treatment safety.

The flourish of deep learning frameworks and hardware platforms has been demanding an efficient compiler that can shield the diversity in both software and hardware in order to provide application *** the existing deep learning compilers,TVM is well known for its efficiency in code generation and optimization across diverse hardware *** the meanwhile,the Sunway many-core processor renders itself as a competitive candidate for its attractive computational power in both scientific computing and deep learning *** paper combines the trends in these two ***,we propose swTVM that extends the original TVM to support ahead-of-time compilation for architecture requiring cross-compilation such as *** addition,we leverage the architecture features during the compilation such as core group for massive parallelism,DMA for high bandwidth memory transfer and local device memory for data locality,in order to generate efficient codes for deep learning workloads on *** experiment results show that the codes generated by swTVM achieve 1.79x improvement of inference latency on average compared to the state-of-the-art deep learning framework on Sunway,across eight representative *** work is the first attempt from the compiler perspective to bridge the gap of deep learning and Sunway processor particularly with productivity and efficiency in *** believe this work will encourage more people to embrace the power of deep learning and Sunwaymany-coreprocessor.

Fibrosis occurs due to the excessive deposition of extracellular matrix caused by cell *** various types of tissue injury,the dysregulation of the internal response can eventually lead to the destruction of organ structure and *** is increasing evidence that oxidative stress,which is characterized by excessive production of hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)),is an important cause of ***,we synthesized a biosensitive and efficient electrochemical H_(2)O_(2)sensor based on PtNi nanoparticle-doped N-reduced graphene oxide(PtNi-N-rGO)to detect H_(2)O_(2)released from transforming growth factorβ1(TGFβ1)-induced *** addition,the sensor could easily detect changes in H_(2)O_(2)in the lung and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BAlF)of mice with pulmonary ***,the sensor could also detect H_(2)O_(2)in activated hepatic stellate cells and the liver of carbon tetrachloride(CCl_(4))-induced liver ***,the alterations in H_(2)O_(2)detected by the sensor were consistent with nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase 4(NOX4)protein expression and the staining results of pathological *** together,these results highlight the use of H_(2)O_(2)sensors for the rapid detection of fibrosis and facilitate the rapid evaluation of antifibrotic drug candidates.

In this study,we present a supramolecular templating approach for constructing polyimidazolium salt containing crown ether and cyclobutane *** strategy involves the formation of metal-carbene templates,photochemical cycloaddition,and subsequent demetallation of metal *** by the host-guest chemistry between crown ether units and ammonium salts,we successfully fabricated a supramolecular polymer SPN1,which features imidazolium receptors and cyclobutane *** obtained SPN1 demonstrates outstanding reversible stimulus-response,antibacterial behavior and conductivity.

The study of macro continuous flow has a long ***,the exploration of heat and mass transfer in small systems with a particle number of several hundred or less has gained significant interest in the fields of statistical physics and nonlinear ***,due to absence of suitable methods,the understanding of mesoscale behavior situated between the aforementioned two scenarios,which challenges the physical function of traditional continuous fluid theory and exceeds the simulation capability of microscopic molecular dynamics method,remains considerably *** greatly restricts the evaluation of effects of mesoscale behavior and impedes the development of corresponding regulation *** access the mesoscale behaviors,there are two ways:from large to small and from small to *** the necessity to interface with the prevailing macroscopic continuous modeling currently used in the mechanical engineering community,our study of mesoscale behavior begins from the side closer to the macroscopic continuum,that is from large to *** on some fundamental challenges encountered in modeling and analysis of near-continuous flows,we review the research progress of discrete Boltzmann method(DBM).The ideas and schemes of DBM in coarse-grained modeling and complex physical field analysis are *** relationships,particularly the differences,between DBM and traditional fluid modeling as well as other kinetic methods are *** verification and validation of the method,some applied researches including the development of various physical functions associated with discrete and non-equilibrium effects are *** directions of DBM related studies are indicated.

The decision by Japan to begin discharging the Fukushima wastewater into the ocean on August 24,2023 was followed by protests from several countries,including China,Russia,Korea,Vietnam,and deep concerns from the international *** decision is related to the aftermath of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster that occurred in 2011,which destroyed the cooling system of the nuclear power plant and caused the reactor cores to *** water was used to cool down the reactors fuel rods;about 1.3 million cubic meters contaminated water with highly radioactive material was generated,which can fill more than 500 Olympic swimming pools[1].In order to reduce the levels of radioactivity,an Advanced liquid Processing System(AlPS)was used to remove most radioactive contaminants from *** works by circulating water through a system of tanks and filters,which removes specific contaminants such as cesium and strontium,using a multi-step process that includes coagulation,flocculation,ion exchange,and absorption[1].Japan's government and some scientists have argued that the AlPS-treated water is safe for release into the *** to their claims,the discharged water poses minimal risk to human health and the ***,concerns about the long-term effects of this discharge remain in scientists′minds.

Machine-learned augmentations to turbulence models can be advantageous for flows within the training dataset but can often cause harm *** lack of generalizability arises because the constants(as well as the functions)in a Reynolds-averaged Navier–Stokes(RANS)model are coupled,and un-constrained re-calibration of these constants(and functions)can disrupt the calibrations of the baseline model,the preservation of which is critical to the model's *** safeguard the behaviors of the baseline model beyond the training dataset,machine learning must be constrained such that basic calibrations like the law of the wall are kept *** letter aims to identify such constraints in two-equation RANS models so that future machine learning work can be performed without violating these *** demonstrate that the identified constraints are not ***,they help preserve the generalizability of the baseline model.
