In this paper,we describe the application of Kaphta architecture,a resource for text mining of the anticancer activity of *** anticancer activity of these compounds against different types of cancer has been widely reported in the literature and they are one of the most promising molecules for the development of anticancer *** architecture,which comprises four sequential and well-defined steps,uses a hybrid approach composed of a dictionary,rules and machine learning to identify abstracts containing sentences with associations between polyphenol,cancer and gene *** application of the architecture on 23826 PubMed abstracts generated a knowledge base of indexed abstracts with 172169 sentences containing,polyphenol-cancer and polyphenol-gene associations.A Web tool was implemented that allowed the user to search for information on 2006 polyphenols,240 cancers and 3121 genes entities,and 11750 polyphenol-cancer and 9160 polyphenol-gene associations indexed in the knowledge base.A ranking algorithm calculates scores for each indexed abstract considering the number and type of sentences with entities and rules recognized.A test with users demonstrated that the visualization resources on the web tool contributes to the understanding of the association between polyphenols,genes and cancers,in comparison with the PubMed *** Kaphta architecture and web tool permits to extract knowledge on the anticancer activity of polyphenols and can thus contribute to the exploration of these molecules in the development of anticancer therapies.

ng>Objective:ng> To determine the early electrocardiographic changes in a cohort of ambulatory cameroonian COVID-19 patients treated with hydroxychlo- roquine and Azithromycin. Design: Prospective study. Setting: Treatment centres of the city of Yaounde, Cameroon, from May 7th to 24th 2020. Participants: We enrolled 51 consecutive confirmed COVID-19 on RT-PCR who having mild forms of COVID-19 and treated by hydroxychloroquine 200n> mg twice daily during seven #days plus Azithromycin 500 mg the first day and 250 mg the remaining 4 days as per national standard. Main Outcomes Measures: The primary end-point was the change in QTc interval between day 0 (D0), day 3 (D3) and day 7 (D7). Secondary endpoints were changes in all other cardiac electrical conductivity patterns and the occurrence of clinical arrhythmic events during the course of treatment. 粮食是人类生存的根本,也是社会发展和国家安全的基石.由于世界人口的增长、社会经济的快速发展和全球气候的不断变化,世界粮食生产正面临着严峻挑战.我国是一个拥有14亿人口的大国,要用仅占世界9%的可耕地面积,养活世界近20%的人口,其对土地产出效率的要求之高是可想而知的.况且由于我国人口的城市化和工业化的迅速发展,加之土壤退化和盐渍化,可耕地面积还在不断减少.在我国可耕地中,仅有40%属于高等级的农耕地,有利于农作物的生长,这就更加剧了供需的矛盾.

Background:Mass drug administration(MDA)programmes for the control of lymphatic filariasis in Ghana,have been ongoing in some endemic districts for 16 *** current study aimed to assess factors that govern the success of MDA programmes for breaking transmission of lymphatic filariasis in ***:The study was undertaken in two"hotspot"districts(Ahanta West and Kassena nankana West)and two control districts(Mpohor and Bongo)in *** were collected and identified using morphological and molecular tools.A proportion of the cibarial armatures of each species was *** were performed onAnopheles gambiae for filarial worm detection.A questionnaire was administered to obtain information on MDA compliance and vector control *** were compared between districts to determine factors that might explain persistent transmission of lymphatic ***:High numbers of mosquitoes were sampled in Ahanta West district compared to Mpohor district(F=16.09,P=0.002).There was no significant difference between the numbers of mosquitoes collected in Kassena nankana West and Bongo districts(F=2.16,P=0.185).Mansonia species were predominant in Ahanta West *** mosquitoes were prevalent in all *** with infected and infective filarial worms was found only in Ahanta West *** differences were found in cibarial teeth numbers and shape for mosquito species in the surveyed *** MDA coverage was high in all *** average use of bednet and indoor residual spraying was 82.4 and 66.2%,*** was high compliance in the five preceding MDA rounds in Ahanta West and Kassena nankana West districts,both considered hotspots of lymphatic filariasis ***:The study on persistent transmission of lymphatic filariasis in the two areas in Ghana present information that shows the importance of local understanding of factors affecting control and elimination of lymphatic

Vector surveillance is very key in solving mosquito-borne health problems in *** this end,the composition and distribution of mosquito vectors in a peri-urban community surrounding an institution of learning in Lafia metropolis,nasarawa State,central nigeria was carried out between December 2016 and June *** Prokopack Aspirator was used to collect indoor resting mosquitoes between 6:00 *** 9:00 *** 30 randomly selected *** collected were knocked down and transferred into a well labelled petri-dish and taken to the laboratory for processing.A total of 664 mosquitoes were collected which spread across culex quinquefasciatus 572(86.14%),Anopheles gambiae 88(13.25%)and Aedes aegypti 4(0.60%).The abundance of mosquitoes in relation to seasons,species,sex,abdominal conditions as well as transmission indices across seasons significantly varied(Pn of mosquito in relation to house types showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The inhabitants of the area should ensure that all drainages flow through so as to reduce mosquito breeding ***,members of the community should always protect themselves by sleeping under insecticide treated bed nets.
