This paper aims at treating a study of Banach fixed point theorem for mapping results that introduced in the setting of normed space. The classical Banach fixed point theorem is a generalization of this work. A fixed point theory is a beautiful mixture of Mathematical analysis to explain some conditions in which maps give excellent solutions. Here later many mathematicians used this fixed point theory to establish their results, see for instance, Picard-Lindel of Theorem, The Picard theorem, Implicit function theorem etc. Also, we developed ideas that many of known fixed point theorems can easily be derived from the Banach theorem. It extends some recent works on the extension of Banach contraction principle to metric space with norm spaces.

Herein, we demonstrated the oriented attachment (OA) driven formation and characterization of Gd2O3 nanorods. The nanorods were synthesized via a surfactant free, inexpensive hydrothermal route and considering ~30 nm nanoparticles as the seed. While maintaining a cubic phase throughout the process, complete transformation of Gd2O3nanoparticles to nanorods was found to occur at an elevated temperature (~180 oC) of the hydrothermal reaction. The elongated Gd2O3 nanostructures, as revealed from transmission electron microscopic imaging, possessed an average diameter of ~33 nm and an approximate length of 172 nm. From the kinetics of OA process, the activation energy of formation was estimated to be ~25 kJ/mole. The existence of defect mediated radia-tive emission was ascertained from the asymmetric broadening of luminescence spectra. The defect emission arising from the Gd2O3 nanorods was nearly 1.4 times stronger than that of nanoparticles. The morphological evolution and growth kinetics were discussed along with the luminescence and electron paramagnetic resonance features.

Portal biliopathy

Biliary ductal changes are a common radiological finding in patients with portal hypertension, however only a small percentage of patients (5%-30%) develop symptomatic bile duct obstruction. The exact pathogenesis is not clear, but an involvement of factors such as bile duct compression by venous collaterals, ischemia, and infection is accepted by most authors. Although endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancrea- tography was used to define and diagnose this condition, magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography is currently the investigation of choice for diagnosing this condition. Treatment is indicated only for symptomatic cases. Portosystemic shunts are the treatment of choice for symptomatic portal biliopathy. In the majority of patients, the changes caused by biliopathy resolve after shunt surgery, however, 15%-20% patients require a subsequent bilio-enteric bypass or endoscopic management for persistent biliopathy. There is a role for endoscopic therapy in patients with bile duct stones, cholangitis or when portosystemic shunt surgery is not feasible.

Unaided authentication services provide the flexibility to login without being dependent on any additional *** power of recording attack resilient unaided authentication services(RARUAS)is undeniable as,in some aspects,they are even capable of offering better security than the biometric based authentication ***,high login complexity of these RARUAS makes them far from usable in *** adopted information leakage control strategies have often been identified as the primary cause behind such high login *** recent proposals have made some significant efforts in designing a usable RARUAS by reducing its login complexity,most of them have failed to achieve the desired usability *** this paper,we have introduced a new notion of controlling the information leakage *** maintaining a good security standard,the introduced idea helps to reduce the login complexity of our proposed mechanism—named as Textual-Graphical Password-based Mechanism or TGPM,by a significant *** with resisting the recording attack,TGPM also achieves a remarkable property of threat *** the best of our knowledge,TGPM is the first RARUAS,which can both prevent and detect the activities of the opportunistic recording attackers who can record the complete login activity of a genuine user for a few login *** study reveals that TGPM assures much higher session resiliency compared to the existing authentication services,having the same or even higher login ***,TGPM stores the password information in a distributed way and thus restricts the adversaries to learn the complete secret from a single compromised server.A thorough theoretical analysis has been performed to prove the strength of our proposal from both the security and usability *** have also conducted an experimental study to support the theoretical argument made on the usability standard of TGPM.

The objective in this study is to investigate the adsorption-degradation of the methylene blue(MB)dye using a fabricated heterojunction Ag@TiO_(2)*** batch factors used in photo catalytic reactions were pH,UV-irradiation time,temperature,catalytic dosage,and concentration of *** results showed that 0.2×10^(3) g·ml^(-1))of the catalytic dose caused the Ag@TiO_(2)adsorption to degrade by 96.67%with darks and UV *** the Langmuir-Hinshelwood model to determine the kinetic,the Ag@TiO_(2)displays a greater kinetic rate than TiO_(2)and silver nanoparticle(AgNPs).The photocatalytic degradation of MB,which is an endothermic reaction involving all catalysts,is shown by the thermodynamic parameter to have the positive value of enthalpy(ΔH°).The enthalpies observed were Ag@TiO_(2)(126.80 kJ·mol^(-1))

The disease triangle describes the interrelationship among pathogen,host,and environment towards disease prevalence in the *** mechanistic role of environment on NLR-mediated resistance was not known until ***,a comprehensive work revealed that light controls late blight disease reaction in potato caused by the lrish famine pathogen.A specific R gene Rpivnt1 in potato showed dichotomous behavior in disease reaction due to the light-responsive alternate promoter selection of another host gene glycerate 3 kinase(GLYK)during its *** full-length GLYK protein traps the pathogen effector AVRvnt1 into a recognition event which is later sensed by Rpivnt1 in the presence of *** dark,the truncated GLYK protein devoid of its chloroplastic transit peptide could not able to recognize AVRvnt1 and thus resistance get compromised.A possible model for this event is proposed here for ease in understanding.

Paramagnetic defects in diamond and hexagonal boron nitride possess a combination of spin and optical properties that make them prototypical solid-state *** the coherence of these spin qubits being critically limited by spin-phonon relaxation,a full understanding of this process is not yet *** we apply ab initio spin dynamics simulations to this problem and quantitatively reproduce the experimental temperature dependence of spin relaxation time and spin coherence *** demonstrate that low-frequency two-phonon modulations of the zero-field splitting are responsible for spin relaxation and decoherence,and point to the nature of vibrations in 2-dimensional materials as the culprit for their shorter coherence *** results provide an interpretation to spin-phonon decoherence in solid-state paramagnetic defects,offer a strategy to correctly interpret experimental results,and pave the way for the accelerated design of spin qubits.

A method of designing robust adaptive observer for nonlinear continuous-time systems with time-delays is *** is assumed that the nonlinear functions of the system satisfy Lipschitz *** observer is derived considering plant disturbances,structured parameter uncertainties and unknown *** any other adaptive observer for nonlinear systems with ideal working conditions,it also simultaneously estimates both the states and unknown *** property is very much useful for many applications like fault *** convergence of the state errors and estimated unknown parameters are analysed by H_(∞)-*** sufficient conditions for the existence of the observer are determined and expressed in linear matrix inequality *** the help of a numerical example,the effectiveness of the proposed observer is demonstrated.
