Recently,Internet of Things(IoT)devices produces massive quantity of data from distinct sources that get transmitted over public networks.Cybersecurity becomes a challenging issue in the IoT environment where the existence of cyber threats needs to be resolved.The development of automated tools for cyber threat detection and classification using machine learning(ML)and artificial intelligence(AI)tools become essential to accomplish security in the IoT environment.It is needed to minimize security issues related to IoT gadgets effectively.Therefore,this article introduces a new Mayfly optimization(MFO)with regularized extreme learning machine(RELM)model,named MFO-RELM for Cybersecurity Threat Detection and classification in IoT environment.The presented MFORELM technique accomplishes the effectual identification of cybersecurity threats that exist in the IoT environment.For accomplishing this,the MFO-RELM model pre-processes the actual IoT data into a meaningful format.In addition,the RELM model receives the pre-processed data and carries out the classification process.In order to boost the performance of the RELM model,the MFO algorithm has been employed to it.The performance validation of the MFO-RELM model is tested using standard datasets and the results highlighted the better outcomes of the MFO-RELM model under distinct aspects.

Sentiment analysis or opinion mining(OM)concepts become familiar due to advances in networking technologies and social media.Recently,massive amount of text has been generated over Internet daily which makes the pattern recognition and decision making process difficult.Since OM find useful in business sectors to improve the quality of the product as well as services,machine learning(ML)and deep learning(DL)models can be considered into account.Besides,the hyperparameters involved in the DL models necessitate proper adjustment process to boost the classification process.Therefore,in this paper,a new Artificial Fish Swarm Optimization with Bidirectional Long Short Term Memory(AFSO-BLSTM)model has been developed for OM process.The major intention of the AFSO-BLSTM model is to effectively mine the opinions present in the textual data.In addition,the AFSO-BLSTM model undergoes pre-processing and TF-IFD based feature extraction process.Besides,BLSTM model is employed for the effectual detection and classification of opinions.Finally,the AFSO algorithm is utilized for effective hyperparameter adjustment process of the BLSTM model,shows the novelty of the work.A complete simulation study of the AFSO-BLSTM model is validated using benchmark dataset and the obtained experimental values revealed the high potential of the AFSO-BLSTM model on mining opinions.

Multi and single carrier waveforms are utilized in cellular systems for high-speed data transmission.In The Fifth Generation(5G)system,several waveform techniques based on multi carrier waveforms are proposed.However,the Peak to Average Power Ratio(PAPR)is seen as one of the significant concerns in advanced waveforms as it degrades the efficiency of the framework.The proposed article documents the study,progress,and implementation of PAPR reduction algorithms for the 5G radio framework.We compare the PAPR algorithm performance for advanced and conventional waveforms.The simulation results reveal that the advanced Partial Transmission Sequence(PTS)and Selective Mapping(SLM)methods enhanced the throughput and gain of the 5G waveforms.Furthermore,we have also analyzed the performance of Orthogonal Time Frequency Space Modulation(OTFSM)based on a single carrier system and found that PAPR is significantly low and is best suited to fading environments.It is seen that the conventional algorithms lower the PAPR but increase the complexity.The proposed PTS and SLM have shown good performance with low computational complexity.

Artificial Intelligence(AI)encompasses various domains such as Machine Learning(ML),Deep Learning(DL),and other cognitive technologies which have been widely applied in healthcare sector.AI models are utilized in healthcare sector in which the machines are used to investigate and make decisions based on prediction and classification of input data.With this motivation,the current study involves the design of Metaheuristic Optimization with Kernel Extreme Learning Machine for COVID-19 Prediction Model on Epidemiology Dataset,named MOKELM-CPED technique.The primary aim of the presented MOKELM-CPED model is to accomplish effectual COVID-19 classification outcomes using epidemiology dataset.In the proposed MOKELM-CPED model,the data first undergoes pre-processing to transform the medical data into useful format.Followed by,data classification process is performed by following Kernel Extreme Learning Machine(KELM)model.Finally,Symbiotic Organism Search(SOS)optimization algorithm is utilized to fine tune the KELM parameters which consequently helps in achieving high detection efficiency.In order to investigate the improved classifier outcomes of MOKELM-CPED model in an effectual manner,a comprehensive experimental analysis was conducted and the results were inspected under diverse aspects.The outcome of the experiments infer the enhanced performance of the proposed method over recent approaches under distinct measures.

Internet of things(IoT)and cloud computing(CC)becomes widespread in different application domains such as business,e-commerce,healthcare,etc.The recent developments of IoT technology have led to an increase in large amounts of data from various sources.In IoT enabled cloud environment,load scheduling remains a challenging process which is applied for ensuring network stability with maximum resource utilization.The load scheduling problem was regarded as an optimization problem that is solved by metaheuristics.In this view,this study develops a new Circle Chaotic Chameleon Swarm Optimization based Load Scheduling(C3SOA-LS)technique for IoT enabled cloud environment.The proposed C3SOA-LS technique intends to effectually schedule the tasks and balance the load uniformly in such a way that maximum resource utilization can be accomplished.Besides,the presented C3SOA-LS model involves the design of circle chaotic mapping(CCM)with the traditional chameleon swarm optimization(CSO)algorithm for improving the exploration process,shows the novelty of the work.The proposed C3SOA-LS model computes an objective with the minimization of energy consumption and makespan.The experimental outcome implied that the C3SOA-LS model has showcased improved performance and uniformly balances the load over other approaches.

The investigation endorsed the convective flow of Carreau nanofluid over a stretched surface in presence of entropy generation optimization.The novel dynamic of viscous dissipation is utilized to analyze the thermal mechanism of magnetized flow.The convective boundary assumptions are directed in order to examine the heat and mass transportation of nanofluid.The thermal concept of thermophoresis and Brownian movements has been re-called with the help of Buongiorno model.The problem formulated in dimensionless form is solved by NDSolve MATHEMATICA.The graphical analysis for parameters governed by the problem is performed with physical applications.The affiliation of entropy generation and Bejan number for different parameters is inspected in detail.The numerical data for illustrating skin friction,heat and mass transfer rate is also reported.The motion of the fluid is highest for the viscosity ratio parameter.The temperature of the fluid rises via thermal Biot number.Entropy generation rises for greater Brinkman number and diffusion parameter.

Border Gateway Protocol(BGP)is a standard inter-domain routing protocol for the Internet that conveys network layer reachability information and establishes routes to different destinations.The BGP protocol exhibits security design defects,such as an unconditional trust mechanism and the default acceptance of BGP route announcements from peers by BGP neighboring nodes,easily triggering prefix hijacking,path forgery,route leakage,and other BGP security threats.Meanwhile,the traditional BGP security mechanism,relying on a public key infrastructure,faces issues like a single point of failure and a single point of trust.The decentralization,anti-tampering,and traceability advantages of blockchain offer new solution ideas for constructing secure and trusted inter-domain routing mechanisms.In this paper,we summarize the characteristics of BGP protocol in detail,sort out the BGP security threats and their causes.Additionally,we analyze the shortcomings of the traditional BGP security mechanism and comprehensively evaluate existing blockchain-based solutions to address the above problems and validate the reliability and effectiveness of blockchain-based BGP security methods in mitigating BGP security threats.Finally,we discuss the challenges posed by BGP security problems and outline prospects for future research.

BACKGROUND Epithelioid malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor(EMPNST)of the bladder is a rare entity with devastating features.These tumors are thought to originate from malignant transformation of pre-existing schwannomas of pelvic autonomic nerve plexuses,and unlike the conventional malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor(MPNST),are not associated with neurofibromatosis.The tumor has dis-tinctive morphological,immunohistochemical and molecular features.Addi-tionally,it tends to be more aggressive and have a higher mortality.This is the first case that presents with a synchronous urothelial carcinoma of the bladder and the epithelioid variant of MPNST in the literature.It’s also the second re-ported case of EMPNST originating from the bladder wall.CASE SUMMARY In this case report,we present the detailed clinical course of a 71-year-old patient with EMPNST of the bladder alongside a literature review.CONCLUSION During the management of EMPNST cases,offering aggressive treatment moda-lities to the patient,such as radical cystectomy,is appropriate for the best chance to contain the disease,regardless of the tumor stage and the extent of local disease at initial diagnosis.

The Internet of Things(IoT)has witnessed a significant surge in adoption,particularly through the utilization of Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs),which comprise small internet-connected devices.These deployments span various environments and offer a multitude of benefits.However,the widespread use of battery-powered devices introduces challenges due to their limited hardware resources and communication capabilities.In response to this,the Internet Engineering Task Force(IETF)has developed the IPv6 Routing Protocol for Low-power and Lossy Networks(RPL)to address the unique requirements of such networks.Recognizing the critical role of RPL in maintaining high performance,this paper proposes a novel approach to optimizing power consumption.Specifically,it introduces a developed sensor motes topology integrated with a Radio Duty Cycling(RDC)mechanism aimed at minimizing power usage.Through rigorous analysis,the paper evaluates the power efficiency of this approach through several simulations conducted across different network topologies,including random,linear,tree,and elliptical topologies.Additionally,three distinct RDC mechanisms—CXMAC,ContikiMAC,and NullRDC—are investigated to assess their impact on power consumption.The findings of the study,based on a comprehensive and deep analysis of the simulated results,highlight the efficiency of ContikiMAC in power conservation.This research contributes valuable insights into enhancing the energy efficiency of RPL-based IoT networks,ultimately facilitating their widespread deployment and usability in diverse environments.
