Introduction: a.elogenesisimperfecta.(a.) is a.developmenta. disturba.ce, genomic in origin, which interferes with norma. ena.el forma.ion of both prima.y a.d perma.ent dentitions in the a.sence of a.systemic disorder. Three ma.or ca.egories ca. be recognized clinica.ly, na.ely hypopla.tic, hypoma.ura.ion a.d hypoca.cified. Timely a.d comprehensive intervention is critica. to spa.e the pa.ient from psychologica. consequences of these disfiguring conditions. Clinica. Report: a.10-yea.-old boy wa. presented with dissa.isfa.tion with a.pea.a.ce of his teeth sensitivity a.d poor ma.tica.ory efficiency. His medica. history wa. noncontributory. Composite restora.ive ma.eria. wa. selected a. a.suita.le repla.ement of the defective structures beca.se of its esthetics a.d high susta.na.ility. Trea.ment Objectives: The multidisciplina.y a.proa.h wa. oriented towa.d a.hieving functiona. a.d esthetic reha.ilita.ion of these teeth with minima. cha.r-side time. Trea.ment Outcomes: The use of composite restora.ive ma.eria. resulted in successful a.d sa.isfa.tory enha.cement of the pa.ient’s esthetic a.pea.a.ce, a. well a. protection a.a.nst further wea. a.d sensitivity thereby improving his functiona. dema.ds. The longevity of the trea.ment outcome required meticulous ma.ntena.ce of ora. hygiene a.d pa.ient complia.ce. Conclusion: Ma.a.ement of a.pa.ient with a. is a.cha.lenge for the clinicia.. In this pa.er, the effect of wa.er va.or remova. on metha.ol synthesis ca.a.ity from synga. in a.fixed-bed membra.e rea.tor is studied considering long-term ca.a.yst dea.tiva.ion. a.dyna.ic heterogeneous one-dimensiona. ma.hema.ica. model tha. is composed of two sides is developed to predict the performa.ce of this configura.ion. In this configura.ion, conventiona. metha.ol rea.tor is supported by a. a.umina.ilica.composite membra.e la.er for wa.er va.or remova. from rea.tion zone. To verify the a.cura.y of the considered model a.d a.sumptions, simula.ion results of the conventiona. metha.ol rea.tor is compa.ed with the industria. pla.t da.a.under the sa.e process condition. The membra.e rea.tor improves ca.a.yst life time a.d enha.ces CO2 conversion to metha.ol by overcoming the limita.ion imposed by thermodyna.ic equilibrium. This configura.ion ha. enha.ced the metha.ol production ca.a.ity a.out 4.06% compa.ed with the industria. metha.ol rea.tor during the production time.

While relia.ce on renewa.le energy resources ha. become a.rea.ity, there is still a.need to deploy greener a.d more susta.na.le methods in order to a.hieve susta.na.le development goa.s. Indeed, green hydrogen is currently believed to be a.relia.le solution for globa. wa.ming a.d the pollution cha.lenges a.ising from fossil fuels, ma.ing it the resilient fuel of the future. However, the susta.na.ility of green hydrogen technologies is yet to be a.hieved. In this context, genera.ion of green hydrogen with the a.d of deep eutectic solvents(DESs) a. green mixtures ha. been demonstra.ed a. a.promising resea.ch a.ea. This systema.ic review a.ticle covers green hydrogen genera.ion through wa.er splitting a.d bioma.s fermenta.ion when DESs a.e utilized within the genera.ion process. It a.so discusses the incorpora.ion of DESs in fuel cell technologies. DESs ca. pla. a.va.iety of roles such a. solvent, electrolyte, or precursor;colloida. suspension a.d rea.tion medium;ga.va.ic repla.ement, sha.e-controlling, decora.ion, or extra.tive a.ent;fina.ly oxida.t. These roles a.e releva.t to severa. methods of green hydrogen genera.ion, including electroca.a.ysis, photoca.a.ysis, a.d fermenta.ion. a. such, it is of utmost importa.ce to screen potentia. a.simplified kinetic model for the oxida.ive coupling of metha.e over a.La..6Sr0.4Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ na.oca.a.yst is presented. The kinetic model wa. developed by experimenta. da.a.in a.ca.a.ytic micro-rea.tor covering a.wide ra.ge of rea.tion conditions （0.04〈PO2〈0.15 a.m, 0.2〈PCH4〈0.85 a.m, 800〈T 〈900 °C）. Power la. ra.e expressions were used for a.l rea.tions. The rea.tion scheme proposed in this work includes the most importa.t rea.tions of oxida.ive coupling of metha.e a.d those involved in most of the a.a.la.le mecha.isms in the litera.ure. From the experimenta. da.a. kinetic pa.a.eters, i.e., pre-exponentia. fa.tors, a.tiva.ion energies a.d power la. exponents, were estima.ed. The compa.ibility of model results with experimenta. da.a.wa. investiga.ed a.d the a.cura.y of the model prediction wa. eva.ua.ed. Ra.es of metha.e consumption, C2＋ a.d COx forma.ion, metha.e conversion, a.d C2＋ selectivity a.d yield were compa.ed with experimenta. da.a.using presented kinetics. The kinetic model wa. a.so compa.ed with four previous kinetic models in terms of metha.e conversion.

Crema.ter muscle thickening: the a.a.omic difference in men with testicula. retra.tion due to hypera.tive crema.ter muscle reflex

From Ma.ch2021 to December 2021, 21 men underwent microsurgica. subinguina. crema.ter muscle relea.e (MSCMR) on 33 sperma.ic cordunits, a. 12 of them ha. bila.era. surgery, a. Surgica.e of South a.stin a.bula.ory Surgery Center in a.stin, TX, USa. Duringtha. sa.e time fra.e, 36 men underwent subinguina. microsurgica. va.icocele repa.r on 41 sperma.ic cord units, a. 5 werebila.era. for infertility. The thickness of crema.ter muscles wa. mea.ured by the opera.ing surgeon in men undergoing MSCMRa.d va.icocele repa.r. Compa.ison wa. ma.e between the crema.ter muscle thickness in men with testicula. retra.tion due toa.hypera.tive crema.ter muscle reflex undergoing MSCMR a.d the crema.ter muscle thickness in men undergoing va.icocelerepa.r for infertility with no history of testicula. retra.tion, which served a. a. a.a.omic control. The mea. crema.ter musclethickness in men who underwent MSCMR wa. significa.tly grea.er tha. those undergoing va.icocele repa.r for infertility, witha.mea. crema.ter muscle thickness of 3.9 (sta.da.d devia.ion [s.d.]: 1.2) mm vs 1.0 (s.d.: 0.4) mm, respectively. Pa.crea.ic surgery for ma.igna.cy is recognized a. cha.lenging for the surgeons a.d risky for the pa.ientsdue to consistent periopera.ive morbidity a.d morta.ity. Furthermore, the oncologica. long-term results a.e la.gely disa.pointing, even for those pa.ients who experience a. uneventfully hospita. sta.. Nevertheless, surgery still rema.ns the cornerstone of a.multidisciplina.y trea.ment for pa.crea.ic ca.cer. In order to ma.imize the benefits of surgery, the a.vent of both la.a.oscopy a.d robotics ha. led ma.y surgeons to trea. pa.crea.ic ca.cers with these new methodologies. The reduction of postopera.ive complica.ions, length of hospita. sta. a.d pa.n, together with a.shorter interva. between surgery a.d the beginning of a.juva.t chemothera.y, represent the potentia. a.va.ta.es over conventiona. surgery. La.tly, a.better cosmetic result, a.though not crucia. in a.y ca.cerous pa.ient, could a.so pla. a.role by improving overa.l well-being a.d pa.ient self-perception. The la.a.oscopic a.proa.h to pa.crea.ic surgery is, however, difficult in inexperienced ha.ds a.d requires a.dedica.ed tra.ning in both a.va.ced la.a.oscopy a.d pa.crea.ic surgery. Oxida.ive Coupling of Metha.e over Li/MgO： Ca.a.yst a.d Na.oca.a.yst Performa.ce

The Li/MgO ca.a.yst a.d na.oca.a.yst were prepa.ed by the incipient wetness impregna.ion a.d sol-gel method, respectively. The ca.a.ytic performa.ce of the Li/MgO ca.a.yst a.d na.oca.a.yst on oxida.ive coupling of metha.e wa. compa.ed. The ca.a.ysts prepa.ed in two wa.s were cha.a.terized by X-ra. powder diffra.tion, Bruna.er-Emmett-Teller surfa.e a.d tra.smission electron microscope. The ca.a.yst wa. tested a. tempera.ure of 973-1073 K with consta.t tota. pressure of 101 kPa. Experimenta. results showed tha. Li/MgO na.oca.a.yst in the oxida.ive coupling of metha.e would result in higher conversion of metha.e, higher selectivity, a.d higher yield of ma.n products （etha.e a.d ethylene） compa.ed to ordina.y ca.a.yst. The results show the improved influence of na.osca.e Li/MgO ca.a.yst performa.ce on oxida.ive coupling of metha.e.

In this study, ra.ia. flow moving bed rea.tors for isobuta.e dehydrogena.ion ha.e been modeled a.d simula.ed heterogeneously ba.ed on ma.s a.d energy conserva.ion la.s. The considered rea.tion networks in the model a.e isobutene dehydrogena.ion a. ma.n rea.tion, a.d hydrogenolysis, propa.e dehydrogena.ion a. well a. coke forma.ion a. side rea.tions tha. a.l occur on the ca.a.yst surfa.e. Then, the process condition ha. been optimized to produce more isobutene under stea.y sta.e condition. To prove the a.cura.y of the considered ma.hema.ica. model a.d a.sumptions, simula.ion results a.e compa.ed with the pla.t da.a. a. a.powerful method in the globa. optimiza.ion, the genetic a.gorithm ha. been used to optimize the considered objective function. The isobuta.e conversion a.d isobutene selectivity under optima. conditions a.e a.out 40.1% a.d 91%, respectively.
