BACKGROUND Cervical cancer is a formidable global health issue,particularly affecting women in lower-middle-income countries with little or no access to preventative vaccines,screening programs,and treatment *** case report presents a unique case of a large cervical cancer achieving complete response(CR)with concurrent chemoradiotherapy(CCRT),highlighting the effectiveness of this treatment approach even in advanced stages and underscoring the importance of adaptive radiotherapy(RT)in optimizing patient *** SUMMARY We present the case of a 53-year-old woman who presented with four years of abnormal vaginal bleeding and was found to have p16-positive,moderately differentiated cervical squamous cell *** tumor measured 14 cm×12 cm×8 cm,the largest size reported in the literature to achieve CR with *** this monumental feat,the patient remained disease-free and is currently on follow-up for 2 years;however,she continued to suffer from substantial morbidity caused by a vesicovaginal fistula and hydronephrosis,underscoring the continuing impact of cervical cancer on quality of *** In this case report,we highlight the effectiveness of CCRT in achieving CR,even in cases of bulky cervical cancer,with adaptive RT offering a customized strategy to improve patient *** also emphasize the necessity for multidisciplinary team discussions and highlight the need for strategies to mitigate treatment-related toxicities and long-term complications.

Automatic extraction of the patient’s health information from the unstructured data concerning the discharge summary remains *** summary related documents contain various aspects of the patient health condition to examine the quality of treatment and thereby help improve decision-making in the medical *** a sentiment dictionary and feature engineering,the researchers primarily mine semantic text ***,choosing and designing features requires a lot of *** proposed approach is an unsupervised deep learning model that learns a set of clusters embedded in the latent space.A composite model including Active Learning(AL),Convolutional Neural Network(CNN),BiGRU,and Multi-Attention,called ACBMA in this research,is designed to measure the quality of treatment based on discharge summaries text sentiment *** is utilized for extracting the set of local features of text *** BiGRU network was utilized to extract the text’s global features to solve the issues that a single CNN cannot obtain global semantic information and the traditional Recurrent Neural Network(RNN)gradient *** prove that the ACBMA method can demonstrate the effectiveness of the suggested method,achieve comparable results to state-of-arts methods in sentiment detection,and outperform them with accurate ***,several algorithm studies ultimately determined that the ACBMA method is more precise for discharge summaries sentiment analysis.

For unachievable tracking problems, where the system output cannot precisely track a given reference, achieving the best possible approximation for the reference trajectory becomes the objective. This study aims to investigate solutions using the Ptype learning control scheme. Initially, we demonstrate the necessity of gradient information for achieving the best ***, we propose an input-output-driven learning gain design to handle the imprecise gradients of a class of uncertain systems. However, it is discovered that the desired performance may not be attainable when faced with incomplete *** address this issue, an extended iterative learning control scheme is introduced. In this scheme, the tracking errors are modified through output data sampling, which incorporates lowmemory footprints and offers flexibility in learning gain *** input sequence is shown to converge towards the desired input, resulting in an output that is closest to the given reference in the least square sense. Numerical simulations are provided to validate the theoretical findings.

Single-relay selection techniques based on themax-min criterion can achieve the highest bit error rate(BER)performance with full diversity gain as compared to the state-of-the-art single-relay selection ***,in this work,we propose a modified max-min criterion by considering the differences among the close value channels of all relays while selecting the best relay *** proposed criterion not only enjoys full diversity gain but also offers a significant improvement in the achievable coding gain as compared to the conventional ***,in this article,an improved bi-directional three-phase single-relay selection technique using the decodeand-forward protocol for wireless cooperative communication networks that enhances the overall network performance in terms of BER is proposed and its performance is proved analytically and through Monte-Carlo *** specifically,the proposed criterion is first used to select the best *** that the selected relay-node forwards the information symbols of the communicating terminals after performing a digital network coding to minimize power *** our simulations,we show that our proposed technique outperforms the best-known single relay selection ***,we prove that the BER results obtained from our conducted simulations perfectly match those obtained from the theoretical analysis.

In this article,we introduce a new bi-directional dual-relay selection strategy with its bit error rate(BER)performance *** the first step of the proposed strategy,two relays out of a set of N relay-nodes are selected in a way to optimize the system performance in terms of BER,based on the suggested algorithm which checks if the selected relays using the maxmin criterion are the best *** the second step,the chosen relay-nodes perform an orthogonal space-time coding scheme using the two-phase relaying protocol to establish a bi-directional communication between the communicating terminals,leading to a significant improvement in the achievable coding and diversity *** further improve the overall system performance,the selected relay-nodes apply also a digital network coding ***,this paper discusses the analytical approximation of the BER performance of the proposed strategy,where we prove that the analytical results match almost perfectly the simulated ***,our simulation results show that the proposed strategy outperforms the current state-of-the-art ones.

Controlled growth of Bi2WO6 nanorods with exposed[001]facets and the fabrication of an Fe2O4-Bi2WO6 magnetic composite by a microwave-assisted polyol process,were achieved in this *** adsorp-tivity and photocatalytic performance of the composite toward sunset yellow dye degradation were greatly enhanced by the β-cyclodextrin cavities on its surface,firmly anchored through a cetyltrimethylammonium bro-mide linkage.A series of examinations and characteriza-tions were carried out to determine the influence of various factors on the morphological modulation-photocatalytic behavior of the pure Bi2WO6 prior to final *** the pH of the precursor solution impacted the formation of 0D,2D,and 3D structures;however,the presence of hexamethylenetetramine surfactant induced the development of 1D nanorod structure.A reasonable crystal growth mechanism was proposed to elucidate the formation ***,the mechanism of the activity enhancement of β-cyclodextrin functionalized Fe2O4-Bi2WO6,compared to that of the non-functiona-lized samples,could be realized with the assistance of chemical trapping experiments on sunset yellow,and was confirmed on the colorless antibiotic(sulfamethoxazole).The high performance and durability of this composite can be attributed to the facet-dependent activity,large adsorp-tion capacity due to inclusion interactions,enhanced visible light absorption,and efficient charge separation.

In this article,a low-cost electromagnetic structure emulating photonic nanojets is utilized to improve the efficiency of wireless relay *** spectral element method,due to its high accuracy,is used to verify the efficiency of the proposed structure by solving the associate field *** application of optimal single-relay selection method shows that full diversity gain with low complexity can be *** this paper,the proposed technique using smart relays combines the aforementioned two methods to attain the benefits of both methods by achieving the highest coding and diversity gain and enhances the overall network performance in terms of bit error rate(BER).Moreover,we analytically prove the advantage of using the proposed *** our simulations,it can be shown that the proposed technique outperforms the best known state-of-the-art single relay selection ***,the BER expressions obtained from the theoretical analysis are perfectly matched to those obtained from the conducted simulations.
