Coelomycete is a general term used for asexual fungi which produce conidia in fruiting bodies:pycnidial,acervular,cupulate,pycnothyria or stromatic *** group contains numerous plant pathogenic,saprobic and endophytic species associated with a wide range of ***,morphological characters and host associations have been used as criteria to identify and classify coelomycetes,and this has resulted in a poor understanding of their generic and species *** based taxonomic studies have provided a better outlook of the phylogenetic and evolutionary trends in ***,the present outcomes represent only a preliminary step towards the understanding of *** genera have not been revisited since they were first *** present study revises the classification of the hyaline-spored coelomycetes and provides a modern taxonomic framework based on both morphology and *** total,248 genera were investigated,of which less than 100 are known to have sequence ***-locus sequence data analyses of 28S nrdNA,18S nrdNA,ITS,RNA polymerase II second largest subunit(rpb2),and part of the translation elongation factor 1-alpha gene(tef1)andβ-tubulin(tub2)gene regions were *** a result,three new genera and 23 new species are *** addition,three new links between sexual and asexual genera are *** are 138 genera that lack sequence data,and these are treated as Ascomycota,genera incertae *** drawings and descriptions are provided based on the examination of types and fresh collections and on the literature.

At12Cys-1 （At5g64400） and At12Cys-2 （At5g09570） are two closely related isogenes that encode small, twin cysteine proteins, typically located in mitochondria. At12Cys-2 transcript is induced in a variety of mutants with disrupted mitochondrial proteins, but an increase in At12Cys protein is only detected in mutants with reduced mitochondrial complex I abundance. Induction of At12Cys protein in mutants that lack mitochondrial complex I is accompanied by At12Cys protein located in mitochondria, chloroplasts, and the cytosoh Biochemical analyses revealed that even single gene deletions, i.e., At12cys-1 orAtl2cys-2, have an effect on mitochondrial and chloroplast functions. However, only double mutants, i.e., At12cys-1：At12cys.2, affect the abundance of protein and mRNA transcripts encoding translation elongation factors as well as rRNA abundance. Blue native PAGE showed that At12Cys co-migrated with mitochondrial supercomplex I ＋ lU. Likewise, deletion of both At12cys-1 and At12cys-2 genes, but not single gene deletions, results in enhanced tolerance to drought and light stress and increased anti-oxidant capacity. The induction and multiple localization of At12Cys upon a reduction in complex I abundance provides a mechanism to specifically signal mitochondrial dysfunction to the cytosol and then beyond to other organelles in the cell.

This research project has developed a fashion design method,described as ’sculptural form giving’,to reliably translate innovative two-dimensional ideas on paper,via a structural design sculpture,into an intermediate *** paper focuses on understanding the capabilities of the sculptural form method,as evaluated by the *** research used a quantitative method to analyse the workshop data statistically and a qualitative method to moderate the sculptural form giving method,from the students and the *** research demonstrated that fashion design students adopted this method better than fashion technology students,due to the concerns of the students and the difference in the contents of the first year design course *** research result shows that using the model was more understandable and represented the sketch more accurately.

Objective:Active surveillance(AS)offers a strategy to reduce overtreatment and now is a widely accepted treatment option for low-risk prostate *** ideal tool for risk-stratification would detect aggressive cancers and exclude such men from taking up AS in the first *** evaluate if a combination of transperineal template biopsy with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)-targeted biopsy identifies significant prostate cancer amongst men initially diagnosed with low-risk prostate ***:This prospective,single-blinded study included men with low-risk prostate cancer(d’Amico’s Criteria)diagnosed on conventional transrectal ultrasound-guided *** first underwent multiparametric MRI of the prostate6 weeks after initial *** suspicious lesion is mapped and assigned a Prostate Imaging Reporting and data System(PIRAdS)*** biopsy is first performed with the surgeon blinded to MRI findings followed by MRI-targeted biopsy using a robotic transperineal biopsy ***:The age of the 19 men included is 65.4±4.9 years(mean±Sd).Prostate specific antigen(PSA)at diagnosis and at the time of transperineal biopsy were comparable(7.3±1.7 ng/mL and 7.0±1.8 ng/mL,p Z 0.67),so were prostate volumes(34.2±8.9 mL and 32.1±13.4 mL,p Z 0.28).MRI-targeted biopsy had a higher percentage of cancer detection per core compared to template biopsy(11.7%vs.6.5%,p Z 0.02),this was more than 3 times superior for Gleason 7 disease(5.9%vs.1.6%,pd significant disease with MRI-targeted biopsy *** of 19 patients(15.8%)had significant disease with template biopsy *** combination,both techniques upclassified five patients(26.3%),all of whom underwent radical *** mount histology confirmed tumour location and *** six patients with PIRAdS 5 lesions had cancer detected(66.6%significant disease).Conclusion:A combination of MRI-targeted and template biopsy may optimally risk-classi

牙买加是一个位于加勒比海的岛国。牙买加城市交通公司(JUTC)由政府拥有并经营的公共汽车系统,在金斯敦都市交通区(KMTR)提供服务。JUTC的任务是为乘客提供安全可靠的交通服务。本研究的目标是确定网络的关键组成部分,以指导运输系统的维护和扩展。本文利用Python Network X包对牙买加公交系统进行网络结构建模,并借助模拟分析该网络的故障和攻击鲁棒性。网络共有864个节点和1049条边。网络的平均线路长度分别为17.67km(上行)和35.88km(下行)。网络的三个最大度值节点分别是Half-Way Tree运输中心、West Parade和Opp King Ital 4 Caledonia Cres。较长的线路倾向于连接到Portmore,Spanish Town和down Town三个城市。其中,Portmore是一个人口稠密城镇,这里的居民主要在金斯顿市工作;它拥有最多大度值节点和高频边。金斯顿市中心也包含了大量的大度值节点和高频边。在网络故障中,当网络连通性降低一半时,平均有15.6%的节点和19.4%的边被随机删除。在网络攻击模拟中,当与网络故障模拟几乎相同数量的关键节点或关键边被移除时,网络连通性下降幅度比网络故障模拟更大。实验结果表面,网络连通性强烈依赖于地理区域临近的关键节点。关键边移除对网络节点度造成的影响,比关键节点y移除对网络节点度造成的影响要大。因此,当前JUTC网络对于节点攻击具有较高的鲁棒性,但是,对于关键边受到的攻击显得比较脆弱。另外,针对关键节点或关键边的攻击还会影响网络全局连通效率,同时,显著影响网络的局部连通效率。我们知道,公共交通系统的客流重新分配与容量波动特性导致系统故障波及整个公共交通网络。因此,要提高网络连通的安全性,我们就要重点关注如何提高高频边的安全性。

Biophysical warming patterns of an open-top chamber and its short-term influence on a Phragmites wetland ecosystem in China

Passive-warming, open-top chambers(OTCs) are widely applied for studying the effects of future climate warming on coastal wetlands. In this study, a set of six OTCs were established at a Phragmites wetland located in the Yellow River delta of dongying City, China. With data collected through online transmission and in-situ sensors, the attributes and patterns of realized OTCs warming are *** authors also quantified the preliminary influence of experimental chamber warming on plant *** produced an elevated average air temperature of 0.8°C(relative to controls) during the growing season(June to October) of 2018, and soil temperatures actually decreased by 0.54°C at a depth of 5 cm and 0.46°C at a depth of 30 cm in the OTCs. Variations in diel patterns of warming depend greatly on the heat sources of incoming radiation in the daytime versus soil heat flux at night. Warming effects were often larger during instantaneous analyses and influenced OTCs air temperatures from-2.5°C to 8.3°C dependent on various meteorological conditions at any given time, ranging from cooling influences from vertical heat exchange and vegetation to radiation-associated warming. Night-time temperature depressions in the OTCs were due to the low turbulence inside OTCs and changes in surface soilatmosphere heat transfer. Plant shoot density, basal diameter, and biomass of Phragmites decreased by23.2%, 6.3%, and 34.0%, respectively, under experimental warming versus controls, and plant height increased by 4.3%, reflecting less carbon allocation to stem structures as plants in the OTCs experienced simultaneous wind buffering. While these passive-warming OTCs created the desired warming effects both to the atmosphere and soils, pest damages on the plant leaves and lodging within the OTCs were extensive and serious, creating the need to consider control options for these chambers and the replicated OTCs studies underway in other Chinese Phragmites marshes(Panjin and Yancheng).
