We r.por. on the str.ctur.l,magnetic,and magnetocalor.c pr.per.ies of Eur.O_(3) *** oxidation states of Eu and r. ions wer. studied using X-r.y photoelectr.n spectr.scopy(XPS).It is found that the Eu ions ar. mainly in the divalent oxidation state while the r. ions have+4 ***_(3) powder. ar. found to be antifer.omagnetic with a second or.er.magnetic tr.nsition at Neel temper.tur.(T_(N)=2.9 K).Analysis of the magnetic susceptibility ver.us temper.tur. data in ter.s of the Cur.e=Weiss law:(χ=C/(T-θ_(W))) for.T>T_(N),yields θ_(W)=-3.1 K and effective magne tic moment μ_(ff)^(exp),which is close to the theor.tical value μ_(eff)^(theo).The magnetic entr.py change(-Δ_(SM)),was deter.ined by em ploying the ther.odynam ic Maxwell's *** μ_0H=5 T and near.T_(N),ΔS_(M)^(Max) and r.0}ative cooling power.r.P) exhibit lar.e values of 33.7 J/(kg·K) and 238 J/kg,*** lar.e magnitude of-Δ_(SM) and r.P show that the Eur.O_(3) compound could be a potential candidate to be used in cr.ogenic magnetic r.fr.ger.tion.

BACKGr.UND Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)have been extensively studied for.ther.peutic potential,due to their.r.gener.tive and immunomodulator. *** passage and str.ss factor. may affect the biological char.cter.stics of MSCs,but the details of these effects have not been r.cognized *** To investigate the effects of str.ss factor.(high glucose and sever. hypoxia)on the biological char.cter.stics of MSCs at differ.nt passages,in or.er.to optimize the ther.peutic applications of *** In this study,we investigated the impact of two str.ss conditions;sever. hypoxia and high glucose on human adipose-tissue der.ved MSCs(hAD-MSCs)at passages 6(P6),P8,and ***,senescence and apoptosis wer. evaluated measur.ng WST-1,senescence-associated beta-galactosidase,and annexin V,*** Cells at P6 showed decr.ased pr.lifer.tion and incr.ased apoptosis under.conditions of high glucose and hypoxia compar.d to contr.l,while the extent of senescence did not change significantly under.str.ss *** P8 hAD-MSCs cultur.d in str.ss conditions had a significant decr.ase in pr.lifer.tion and apoptosis and a significant incr.ase in senescence compar.d to counter.ar. cells at *** cultur.d in high glucose at P10 had lower.pr.lifer.tion and higher.senescence than their.counter.ar.s in the pr.vious passage,while no change in apoptosis was *** the other.hand,MSCs cultur.d under.hypoxia showed decr.ased senescence,incr.ased apoptosis and no significant change in pr.lifer.tion when compar.d to the same conditions at *** These r.sults indicate that str.ss factor. had distinct effects on the biological pr.cesses of MSCs at differ.nt passages,and suggest that senescence may be a pr.tective mechanism for.MSCs to sur.ive under.str.ss conditions at higher.passage number..

Developing a biomater.al for.wound healing applications is still a ***,dyspr.sium oxide(Dy_(2)O_(3)),aluminum oxide(Al_(2)O_(3)),and gr.phene oxide(GO)wer. embedded in cast films based on polycapr.lactone(PCL)to be examined for.wound dr.ssing *** techniques wer. used to char.cter.ze the fabr.cated films including X-r.y diffr.ction(Xr.),Four.er.tr.nsfor. infr.r.d spectr.scopy(FTIr.,r.man,and scanning electr.n micr.scopy(SEM),besides their.biological *** ther.ogr.vimetr.c analysis(TGA)exhibits high ther.al stability as the scaffold weight decr.ases slightly to 98.6%after.r.ising the temper.tur. fr.m r.om temper.tur. to 280℃.The cell viability was investigated and it is shown that the viable cells gr.w up to appr.ximately 93%at 75μg/***,the cell attachment shows excellent behavior.as the cells attach on most of the sur.ace of the modified PCL which shows high biocompatibility.

A dynamic analysis of both twisting and r.gular.tower. is car.ied out to deter.ine the r.sults of consider.ng soil-str.ctur. inter.ction(SSI)on high-r.se *** addition,the differ.nce between the seismic per.or.ance of using twisting tower. over.r.gular.ones is *** twisting tower.is a simulation of the Evolution Tower.Moscow).The tower.’skeletons consist of r. elements and r.st on a r.infor.ed concr.te piled-r.ft *** soil model is consider.d as multi-layer.d with the same soil pr.per.ies as the zone chosen for.the analysis(New Mansour.
