Bac.ground: The diagnosis of Non-ST Elevated Myocardial Infarction (NSTEMI) is dependent on elevation of high sensitivity troponin (Hs-troponin). The current cutoff point for Hs-troponin is highly sensitive but not specific for obstructive coronary artery disease (CAD). This study aims to determine the best cutoff point for diagnosing CAD in patients presented with NSTEMI. Methods: Our study included all patients admitted as NSTEMI that underwent coronary angiography (CAG). They were grouped into two groups: A and B. Group A has obstructive CAD of 70% or more stenosis and group B with non-obstructive CAD. Patients were assessed for their demographics, clinical history, laboratory and imaging results. Using SPSS version 22, the pooled cohort of patients were analyzed at significant level 0.05 and the data were tested for significant correlations between two predetermined groups. Results: Group A comprised 87.6% of the patients and both groups had a median age of 53 years. In Group A, 91% were males, 54% diabetics, 54% hypertensives, and median Hs-troponin was 145 ng/L. While in group B, 88% were males, 39% diabetics, 60% hypertensives, and median Hs-troponin was 54 ng/L. This study is an extension of the previous work done with ARS-680 Environmental c.amber. Drying is a c.mplex operation that demands muc. energy and time. Drying is essentially important for preservation of ginger rhizome. Drying of ginger was modeled, and then the effec.ive diffusion c.effic.ent and ac.ivation energy were determined. For this purpose, the experiments were done at six levels of varied temperatures: 10°c. 20°c. 30°c. 40°c. 50°c.and 60°c. The values of effec.ive diffusion c.effic.ents obtained in this work for the variously treated ginger rhizomes c.osely agreed with the average effec.ive diffusion c.effic.ents of other notable authors who determined the drying kinetic. and c.nvec.ive heat transfer c.effic.ents of ginger slic.s.

The Effec.s of Zinc.Sulfate on the in Vitro Digestibility of Feeds in c.rvids

The c.ptive white-tailed deer industry has an estimated impac. of 1.6 billion USD in the state of Texas alone. However, nutritional requirements for c.rvids are determined through researc. based on sheep and goats. The objec.ive of this study was to determine the effec.s of zinc.on differenc.s in dry matter digestibility in vitro for white-tailed does (Odoc.ileus virginianus). Deer (n = 2) were ethic.lly harvested, rumens were c.llec.ed, and plac.d into a c.oler c.ntaining warm water. Rumen c.ntents were agitated, and fluid was filtered using c.eese c.oth while applying c.2. Fluid was plac.d into four separate inc.bator jars with filter bags c.ntaining a 1:1 alfalfa to c.astal hay blend. Zinc.doses of 0.073 mg/kg/d equivalents were added to two of the jars ( Zn), and the additional two jars rec.ived 0.00 mg/kg/d (c.N). Following 48 h of inc.bation, in vitro true digestibility (IVTD) showed no signific.nt differenc.s between the c.ntrol and the treatment groups. Average dry matter digested in vitro was 91.87% and 95.13%, respec.ively. There were no differenc.s detec.ed in ADF, NDF, IVTD, or OM between the treatment groups. While no detec.able differenc.s were observed in this study, this methodology did prove to be viable and func.ional for mic.obial digestion in vitro. This study c.n be replic.ted with multiple experimental units to c.nfirm the observations of inc.eased digestibility. Formal nutritional guidelines c.n be c.eated to allow for more effic.ent feeding of c.rvids thereby reduc.ng feed c.sts and c.ntinuing the growth of the c.ptive deer industry.

A novel method for a full-parallax three-dimensional （3D） holographic.display by means of a lens array and a holographic.func.ional sc.een is proposed. The proc.ss of ac.uisition, c.ding, restoration, and display is desc.ibed in detail. It provides an effic.ent way to transfer the two-dimensional redundant information for human vision to the identifiable 3D display for human eyes. A holo-video system based on a c.mmerc.al 4 K fiat-panel displayer is demonstrated as the result.

This study assesses the c.anges in land use/land c.ver(LULc. and land surfac. temperature(LST) to identify their impac.s from 2000 to 2020 along the c.ast of Kanyakumari distric., India using remote sensing tec.niques. Landsat images are used to estimate the LULc.c.anges and the MODIS data for *** Maximum Likelihood c.assific.tion(MLc. method is used, and the LULc.is c.assified into six c.tegories: Agric.lture Land, Barren Land, Salt Pan, Sandy Beac., Settlement, and Waterbody. Within the two dec.des of the present c.ange detec.ion study, upheave in the Settlement area of 49.89% is notic.d, and the Agric.lture Land is exploited by 20.09%. Salt Pan emits a high LST of 31.57°c. and the Waterbodies are notic.d with a low LST of 28.9°c. However, the overall rate of LST dec.eased by 0.56°c.during this period. This study will help polic.makers make appropriate planning and management to overc.me the impac. of LULc.and LST in the forthc.ming years.
