In the last forty years,the rise of HIV has undoubtedly become a major concern in the field of public health,imposing significant economic burdens on affected ***,it becomes imperative to undertake comprehensive investigations into the mechanisms governing the dissemination of HIV within the human *** this work,we have devised a mathematical model that elucidates the intricate interplay between CD4^(+)T-cells and viruses of HIV,employing the principles of fractional *** production rate of CD4^(+)T-cells,like other immune cells depends on certain factors such as age,health status,and the presence of infections or ***,we incorporate a variable source term in the dynamics of HIV infection with a saturated incidence rate to enhance the precision of our *** introduce the fundamental concepts of fractional operators as a means of scrutinizing the proposed HIV *** facilitate a deeper understanding of our system,we present an iterative scheme that elucidates the trajectories of the solution pathways of the *** show the time series analysis of our model through numerical findings to conceptualize and understand the key factors of the *** addition to this,we present the phase portrait and the oscillatory behavior of the system with the variation of different input *** information can be utilized to predict the long-term behavior of the system,including whether it will converge to a steady state or exhibit periodic or chaotic oscillations.

LSTM Based Spectrum Prediction for Real-Time Spectrum Access for IoT Applications

In the Internet of Things(IoT)scenario,many devices will communi-cate in the presence of the cellular network;the chances of availability of spec-trum will be very scary given the presence of large numbers of mobile users and large amounts of *** prediction is very encouraging for high trafﬁc next-generation wireless networks,where devices/machines which are part of the Cognitive Radio Network(CRN)can predict the spectrum state prior to transmission to save their limited energy by avoiding unnecessarily sen-sing radio *** short-term memory(LSTM)is employed to simulta-neously predict the Radio Spectrum State(RSS)for two-time slots,thereby allowing the secondary node to use the prediction result to transmit its information to achieve lower waiting time hence,enhanced performance capacity.A frame-work of spectral transmission based on the LSTM prediction is formulated,named as positive prediction and sensing-based spectrum *** proposed scheme provides an average maximum waiting time gain of 2.88 *** proposed scheme provides 0.096 bps more capacity than a conventional energy detector.

U-Net Inspired Deep Neural Network-Based Smoke Plume Detection in Satellite Images

Industrial activities, through the human-induced release of Green House Gas (GHG) emissions, have beenidentified as the primary cause of global warming. Accurate and quantitative monitoring of these emissions isessential for a comprehensive understanding of their impact on the Earth’s climate and for effectively enforcingemission regulations at a large scale. This work examines the feasibility of detecting and quantifying industrialsmoke plumes using freely accessible geo-satellite imagery. The existing systemhas so many lagging factors such aslimitations in accuracy, robustness, and efficiency and these factors hinder the effectiveness in supporting timelyresponse to industrial fires. In this work, the utilization of grayscale images is done instead of traditional colorimages for smoke plume detection. The dataset was trained through a ResNet-50 model for classification and aU-Net model for segmentation. The dataset consists of images gathered by European Space Agency’s Sentinel-2 satellite constellation from a selection of industrial sites. The acquired images predominantly capture scenesof industrial locations, some of which exhibit active smoke plume emissions. The performance of the abovementionedtechniques and models is represented by their accuracy and IOU (Intersection-over-Union) *** images are first trained on the basic RGB images where their respective classification using the ResNet-50model results in an accuracy of 94.4% and segmentation using the U-Net Model with an IOU metric of 0.5 andaccuracy of 94% which leads to the detection of exact patches where the smoke plume has occurred. This work hastrained the classification model on grayscale images achieving a good increase in accuracy of 96.4%.

Electrochemical treatment of olive mill wastewater:Treatment extent and effluent phenolic compounds monitoring using some uncommon analytical tools

Problems related with industrials effluents can be divided in two parts：（1） their toxicity associated to their chemical content which should be removed before discharging the wastewater into the receptor media; （2） and the second part is linked to the difficulties of pollution characterisation and monitoring caused by the complexity of these matrixes. This investigation deals with these two aspects, an electrochemical treatment method of an olive mill wastewater （OMW） under platinized expanded titanium electrodes using a modified Gl＂ignard reactor for toxicity removal as well as the exploration of the use of some specific analytical tools to monitor effluent phenolic compounds elimination. The results showed that electrochemical oxidation is able to remove/mitigate the OMW pollution. Indeed, 87% of OMW color was removed and all aromatic compounds were disappeared from the solution by anodic oxidation. Moreover, 55% of the chemical oxygen demand （COD） and the total organic carbon （TOC） were reduced. On the other hand, UV- Visible spectrophotometry, Gaz chromatography/mass spectrometry, cyclic voltammetry and 13C Nuclear Magnetic Resonance （NMR） showed that the used treatment seems efficaciously to eliminate phenolic compounds from OMW. It was concluded that electrochemical oxidation in a modified Grignard reactor is a promising process for the destruction of all phenolic compounds present in OMW. Among the monitoring analytical tools applied, cyclic voltammetry and 13C NMR are among the techniques that are introduced for the first time to control the advancement of the OMW treatment and gave a close insight on polyphenols disappearance.

Techno-economic and environmental impact analysis of electric two-wheeler batteries in India

This paper presents a comprehensive techno-economic and environmental impact analysis of electric two-wheeler batteries in *** technical comparison reveals that sodium-ion(Na-ion)and lithium-ion(Li-ion)batteries outperform lead-acid batteries in various parameters,with Na-ion and Li-ion batteries exhibiting higher energy densities,higher power densities,longer cycle lives,faster charge rates,better compactness,lighter weight and lower self-discharge *** economic comparison,Na-ion batteries were found to be~12-14%more expensive than Li-ion ***,the longer lifespans and higher energy densities of Na-ion and Li-ion batteries can offset their higher costs through improved performance and long-term ***-acid batteries have the highest environmental impact,while Li-ion batteries demonstrate better environmental performance and potential for ***-ion batteries offer promising environmental advantages with their abundance,lower cost and lower toxic and hazardous material *** recycling processes can further enhance the environmental benefits of Na-ion ***,this research examines the potential of Na-ion batteries as a cheaper alternative to Li-ion batteries,considering India’s abundant sodium resources in regions such as Rajasthan,Chhattisgarh,Jharkhand and others.

Effect of pollution on DNA damage and essential fatty acid profile in Cirrhinus mrigala from River Chenab

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of anthropogenic pollution on DNA damage and the fatty acid profile of the bottom dweller fish （Cirrhinus mr^gala）, collected from the River Chenab, in order to assess the effect of the toxicants on the quality of the fish meat. The levels ofCd, Hg, Cu, Mn, Zn, Pb, Cr and Sn and of phenols from this river were significantly higher than the permissible limits set by the USEPA. Comet assays showed DNA damage in Cirrhinus mr^gala collected from three different sampling sites in the polluted area of the river. Significant differences were observed for DNA damage through comet assay in fish collected from polluted compared to control sites. No significant differences were observed for DNA damage between farmed and fish collected from upstream. The micronucleus assay showed similar trends. Fish from the highly polluted sites showed less number of fatty acids and more saturated fatty acids in their meat compared to fish from less polluted areas. Several fatty acids were missing in fish with higher levels of DNA in comet tail and micronucleus induction. Long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid （20：5n-3） was found missing in the fish from polluted environment while it was found in considerable amount in farmed fish 7.8±0.4%. Docosahexaenoic acid （22：6n-3） also showed significant differences as 0.1±0.0 and 7.0±0.1% respectively, in wild polluted and fanned fishes.

A new era of data access and management has begun with the use of cloud computing in the healthcare *** the efficiency and scalability that the cloud provides, the security of private patient data is still a majorconcern. Encryption, network security, and adherence to data protection laws are key to ensuring the confidentialityand integrity of healthcare data in the cloud. The computational overhead of encryption technologies could leadto delays in data access and processing rates. To address these challenges, we introduced the Enhanced ParallelMulti-Key Encryption Algorithm (EPM-KEA), aiming to bolster healthcare data security and facilitate the securestorage of critical patient records in the cloud. The data was gathered from two categories Authorization forHospital Admission (AIH) and Authorization for High Complexity *** use Z-score normalization forpreprocessing. The primary goal of implementing encryption techniques is to secure and store massive amountsof data on the cloud. It is feasible that cloud storage alternatives for protecting healthcare data will become morewidely available if security issues can be successfully fixed. As a result of our analysis using specific parametersincluding Execution time (42%), Encryption time (45%), Decryption time (40%), Security level (97%), and Energyconsumption (53%), the system demonstrated favorable performance when compared to the traditional *** suggests that by addressing these security concerns, there is the potential for broader accessibility to cloudstorage solutions for safeguarding healthcare data.

Humankind has looked to peptide natural products as a source of valuable therapeutics harboring anti-cancer,immunomodulatory,and antibiotic properties since the discovery of penicillin in the late *** natural products display a wide array of proteolytically resistant backbone modifications,non-canonical amino acids,and cyclizations that rigidify their structures and enable binding to specific cellular *** distinct biosynthetic routes yield nearly all complex modified peptides currently identifieddthose incorporating amino acids via the ribosome and those that use multimodular protein complexes,termed non-ribosomal peptide synthetases(NRPSs),to ligate individual amino acids in an assembly-line *** ribosomal synthesis,NRPSderived peptides are not limited to the canonical 20 amino *** have been shown to incorporate upwards of 500 unique amino acids directly into their peptide scaffolds[1].The impressive amino acid building block repertoire of NRPS-derived peptides was thought to cover a much larger structural and chemical space compared to their ribosomally-derived *** ribosomally synthesized and post-translationally modified peptide(RiPP)pathways are currently known to introduce unique lanthionine thioether linkages and lasso peptide-like topologies[2]compared to NRPS pathways,for many years these examples were minor concessions to the breadth of distinct modifications only thought possible for non-ribosomal *** the(RiPP)tides are turning,and in dramatic fashion.
