In this work,methylammonium lead triiodide(CH3NH3PbI3)perovskite solar cells with efficiencies higher than 18%were achieved using a new nanocomposite hole transport layer(HTL)by doping poly(ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS)with a mixed dopant of polyaniline(PANI)and graphene oxide(GO).A synergistic engineering between GO,PANI,and PEDOT:PSS was accomplished to introduce additional energy levels between perovskite and PEDOT:PSS and increase the conductivity of PEDOT:*** probe force microscope results confirmed that adding GO to PEDOT:PSS/PANI composite significantly reduced the average surface *** increased the open circuit voltage(Voc)to 1.05 V for the GO/PEDOT:PSS/PANI nanocomposite perovskite solar cells from the pristine PEDOT:PSS(Voc=0.95 V)and PEDOT:PSS/PANI(Voc=0.99 V).In addition,adding PANI to the HTLs substantially enhanced short circuit current density(Jsc).This was supported by the current sensing-atomic force microscopy(CS-AFM)and conductivity *** PANI doped films showed superior electrical conductivity compared with those without PANI as indicated by CS-AFM *** can fill the gaps between the microflakes of GO and give rise to more compact hole transport material(HTM)*** led to a higher Jsc after doping with PANI,which was consistent with the incident photon-to-current efficiency and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy *** results of X-ray diffraction(XRD)and AFM indicated the GO/PANI doped HTMs significantly improved the crystallinity,topography,and crystal size of the perovskite film grown on their surface.A higher efficiency of 18.12%for p-i-n perovskite solar cells has been obtained by adding the mixed dopant of GO,PANI,and PEDOT:PSS,demonstrating better stability than the pristine PEDOT:PSS cell.

Health Professionals’ Attitudes towards Electronic Psychosocial Assessments in Youth Mental Healthcare

Psychosocial assessments can help mental health professionals establish good therapeutic relationships while simultaneously conducting holistic assessments of their young clients. Using technology to conduct assessments may increase disclosure by young people;however, the uptake of new technologies into current face-to-face practice has been slow. In the current study, we were interested in exploring the attitudes of mental health workers to using an electronic psychosocial assessment tool (e-tool) within face-to-face service delivery with adolescents and young adults. An exploratory design was used to identify and qualitatively describe the views of 46 mental health workers from services across the ACT and Victoria, Australia. Data were coded using an inductive thematic approach. Comments indicated that mental health workers held both positive and negative views about the e-tool. Some participants believed that it would allow disclosure to occur in a stepped process, normalize questions, give youth greater input, and be time efficient. However, the majority believed that the e-tool would infringe on their work because they needed to respond to their clients immediately, it would not provide an accurate representation of the client, young people did not have the necessary capabilities to engage in the process, they would miss non-verbal cues from the young person, and they were more likely to gain information from organic conversations. The results suggest that many mental health professionals may be fearful of incorporating new technologies in current practice. Specific training and supportive implementation guidelines must be developed to support use of these new technologies and change practice.

IT infrastructures have been widely deployed in datacentres by cloud service providers for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) with Virtual Machines (VMs). With the rapid development of cloud-based tools and techniques, IaaS is changing the current cloud infrastructure to meet the customer demand. In this paper, an efficient management model is presented and evaluated using our unique Trans-Atlantic high-speed optical fibre network connecting three datacentres located in Coleraine (Northern Ireland), Dublin (Ireland) and Halifax (Canada). Our work highlights the design and implementation of a management system that can dynamically create VMs upon request, process live migration and other services over the high-speed inter-networking Datacentres (DCs). The goal is to provide an efficient and intelligent on-demand management system for virtualization that can make decisions about the migration of VMs and get better utilisation of the network.
