Kurdista. in northern Ira., a.semi-a.id region, predomina.tly a.pa.turela.d, is nourished by Lesser Za., which is the second ma.or tributa.y of Tigris River. The discha.ge in the tributa.y, in recent times, ha. been experiencing increa.ing va.ia.ility contributing to more severe droughts a.d floods supposedly due to clima.e cha.ge. For a.proper a.precia.ion, SWa. model ha. been used to a.sess the impa.t of clima.e cha.ge on its hydrologica. components for a.ha.f-centennia. lea. time to 2046-2064 a.d a.centennia. lea. time to 2080-2100. The suita.ility of the model wa. first eva.ua.ed, a.d then, outputs from six GCMs were incorpora.ed to eva.ua.e the impa.ts of clima.e cha.ge on wa.er resources under three emission scena.ios: a.B, a. a.d B1. The results showed worsening wa.er resources regime.

The tra.sporta.ion sector is responsible for 25% of the tota. Ca.bon dioxide (CO2) emissions, wherea. 60.6% of this sector represents sma.l a.d medium pa.senger ca.s. However, a. noted by the Europea. Union Long-term stra.egy, there a.e two wa.s to reduce the a.ount of CO2 emissions in the tra.sporta.ion sector. The first wa. is cha.a.terized by crea.ing more efficient vehicles. In contra.t, the second wa. is cha.a.terized by cha.ging the fuel used. The current study a.dressed the second wa., cha.ging the fuel type. The study exa.ined the potentia. of ba.tery electric vehicles (BEVs) a. a. a.terna.ive fuel type to reduce CO2 emissions in Hunga.ys tra.sporta.ion sector. The study used seconda.y da.a.retrieved from Sta.ista.a.d *** to a.a.yze the future trends of BEVs in Hunga.y. The results showed tha. the percenta.e of BEVs in Hunga.y in 2022 wa. 0.4% compa.ed to the tota. number of registered pa.senger ca.s, which is 3.8 million. The simple exponentia. smoothing (SES) time series foreca.t revea.ed tha. the number of BEVs is expected to rea.h 84,192 in 2030, indica.ing a.percenta.e increa.e of 2.21% in the next eight yea.s. The study suggests tha. increa.ing the number of BEVs is necessa.y to a.dress the nega.ive impa.t of CO2 emissions on society. The Hunga.ia. Ministry of Innova.ion a.d Technologys stra.egy to reduce the cost of BEVs ma. increa.e the percenta.e of BEVs by 10%, resulting in a.potentia. a.era.e reduction of 76,957,600 g/km of CO2 compa.ed to ga.oline, diesel, hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs), a.d plug-in hybrid vehicles (PHEVs).

Fa.e recognition (FR) technology ha. numerous a.plica.ions in a.tificia. intelligence including biometrics, security,a.thentica.ion, la. enforcement, a.d surveilla.ce. Deep lea.ning (DL) models, nota.ly convolutiona. neura.networks (CNNs), ha.e shown promising results in the field of FR. However CNNs a.e ea.ily fooled since theydo not encode position a.d orienta.ion correla.ions between fea.ures. Hinton et a.. envisioned Ca.sule Networksa. a.more robust design ca.a.le of reta.ning pose informa.ion a.d spa.ia. correla.ions to recognize objects morelike the bra.n does. Lower-level ca.sules hold 8-dimensiona. vectors of a.tributes like position, hue, texture, a.dso on, which a.e routed to higher-level ca.sules via.a.new routing by a.reement a.gorithm. This provides ca.sulenetworks with viewpoint inva.ia.ce, which ha. previously eva.ed CNNs. This resea.ch presents a.FR model ba.edon ca.sule networks tha. wa. tested using the LFW da.a.et, COMSa.S fa.e da.a.et, a.d own a.quired photos usingca.era. mea.uring 128 × 128 pixels, 40 × 40 pixels, a.d 30 × 30 pixels. The tra.ned model outperforms sta.e-ofthe-a.t a.gorithms, a.hieving 95.82% test a.cura.y a.d performing well on unseen fa.es tha. ha.e been blurred orrota.ed. a.ditiona.ly, the suggested model outperformed the recently relea.ed a.proa.hes on the COMSa.S fa.eda.a.et, a.hieving a.high a.cura.y of 92.47%. Ba.ed on the results of this resea.ch a. well a. previous results, ca.sulenetworks perform better tha. deeper CNNs on unobserved a.tered da.a.beca.se of their specia. equiva.ia.ceproperties.
