Intellectualization has become a new trend for telecom industry, driven by intelligent technology including cloud computing, big data, and Internet of things. In order to satisfy the service demand of intelligent logistics, this paper designed an intelligent logistics platform containing the main applications such as e-commerce, self-service transceiver, big data analysis, path location and distribution optimization. The intelligent logistics service platform has been built based on cloud computing to collect, store and handling multi-source heterogeneous mass data from sensors, RFID electronic tag, vehicle terminals and APP, so that the open-access cloud services including distribution, positioning, navigation, scheduling and other data services can be provided for the logistics distribution applications. And then the architecture of intelligent logistics cloud platform containing software layer(SaaS), platform layer(PaaS) and infrastructure(IaaS) has been constructed accordance with the core technology relative high concurrent processing technique, heterogeneous terminal data access, encapsulation and data mining. Therefore, intelligent logistics cloud platform can be carried out by the service mode for implementation to accelerate the construction of the symbiotic win-winlogistics ecological system and the benign development of the ICT industry in the trend of intellectualization in China.

The GIS data of digital elevation model, topographic maps of different scales, satellite images and GPS were used to analyze the geometrical relations, bathometric properties and shape form of selected depressions on al-Jirnaf valley. GIS was used to analyze the hydromorphometry and geometry of the depressions, these analyses explain the role of main valley’s contribution to the hydrology of the valley, then, three locations for water storage were suggested. 2D and 3D models of the sites were given, the maximum level, volume, surface area, circumference, shape factor of three supposed reservoirs calculated for different hypothetical levels of water in the reservoir, and the optimal level were determined, the maximum suggested levels are 190, 185 and 180 m, the areas are 3.25, 7.97 and 20.47 km2, the volumes are 0.0096, 0.0334 and 0.1118 km3 for the three locations respectively. This experimental procedure can be repeated in other depressions for the same purpose.

Introduction: Microbiology of effusion fluids in children in Burkina Faso is characterized by the scarcity of data. This work aimed to study the bacteriological and antibiotics susceptibility profile of bacteria involved in effusion fluid infections in paediatrics in order to improve the choice of probabilistic antibiotics therapy. Methods: A cross-sectional, descriptive study was used in children aged 0 to 15 years from 2017 to 2020 at the Charles De Gaulle Pediatric University Hospital Center (CHUP-CDG) in Ouagadougou. Classical bacteriology methods such as macroscopy, Gram staining, identification galleries and antibiotics susceptibility testing were used. Results: Of 231 samples, 64 bacteria were isolated. The most common bacterial strains of pleural fluid were Staphylococcus aureus (25%) and 40% for Enterobacteriaceae. Of the peritoneal fluid, 77% were Enterobacteriaceae with 57% Escherichia coli;and from joint fluid, 33% were S. aureus and 22% for P. aeruginosa. The overall susceptibility profile showed 29% extended-spectrum beta-lactamase-producing Enterobacteriaceae (ESBL), 10% methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA), and 8% carbapenemases. Conclusion: Bacteriological profile is characterized by ESBL-producing Enterobacteriaceae and MRSA. The most active antibiotics were macrolides, aminoglycosides, and cefoxitin (methicillin) for Gram-positive cocci, carbapenems, and aminoglycosides for Gram-negative bacilli. Then, the monitoring of antibiotics resistance must be permanent.

We read with great interest the recently published article of Wong et al.(1).Through their study,the authors sought to evaluate the efficacy and safety of stereotactic body radiation therapy(SBRT)in patients presenting with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),awaiting liver transplantation(LT).This is the first prospective study to analyze SBRT as a bridging treatment before LT and compare it to other bridging therapies such as transarterial chemoembolization(TACE)and high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU).

The measurement of powder flowability is a major concern for most industrial processes that deal with the handling of bulk solids as raw materials, intermediates, or products. The development of devices that measure the flowability of non-aerated powders has not progressed as rapidly as might have been hoped since most research activities have been based on various types of shear testers intended to aid the design of hoppers. A new flowability indicator named as weighted cohesion （WS） is established using newly improved version of direct cohesion texture. A cornerstone of the proposed technique is that the procedure is automated, using a digital Warren Spring tester called Warren Spring-University of Malaya cohesion tester （WSUMCT）, thus making results operator-insensitive. Besides being a practical tool to diagnose the cohesion of experimental powders, the ratio between measured cohesion （using WSUMCT） and aerated density （using Hosokawa PT-S） provides us with a powerful technique to research fundamental particle internal cohesion forces directly and use these data to indicate the flowability. In this work, a series of fine （9.4μm） and coarse （60 μm） porous silica gel particle mixtures, and mixtures of fine （28μm） and coarse （72 μm） glass ballotini as well, were used as test powders. The results from these tests agree well with relative flowability determined on our newly driven indicator using WSUMCT. The validation of aerated weighted cohesion （WSA） as a flowability indicator was authenticated by comparing the conducted parameter with established measured Hausner ratio （HR） and angle of repose （AoR）.

Spontaneous imbibition（SI）refers to displacement of non-wetting phase by wetting phase fluids in porous media which driven by capillary *** imbibition plays an important role in terms of increasing hydrocarbon recovery in low-permeability and tight *** this study,we derived a new analytical model of spontaneous imbibition height in low-permeability reservoir considering effective viscosity,surface roughness,slip and gravity effects in a single tortuous capillary ***,analytical solutions of imbibition height are derived in a single tortuous rough capillary tube with and without gravity ***,our analytical model closely matches with experimental results from literatures in typical low-permeability core ***,sensitivity studies are conducted to discuss the effect of surface fractal dimension,effective viscosity,contact angle,interfacial tension,pore sizes and slip length on imbibition height,*** results show that imbibition height inversely proportional to surface fractal dimension,effective viscosity,and contact angle on rough *** surface fractal dimension,effective viscosity and contact angle decrease imbibition height *** the contrary,the imbibition height is proportional to pore radius,IFT,and slip *** the slip effect results in underestimation of imbibition height in nanopore sizes,and insignificant changes are observed for micropore *** presented models have clear physical meaning in every parameter on the imbibition height performance.

Urban soils polluted with heavy metals are of increasing concern because it is greatly affecting human health and the ecological ***,it is mandatory to understand the reasons behind this pollution and remediate the contaminated *** removal of heavy metals from contaminated soil samples collected from the vicinity of the sewage lake in Jeddah,Saudi Arabia,was *** leaching process was studied kinetically and thermodynamically for better understanding of the remediation *** results showed that the soil samples were slightly basic in nature,and tend to be more neutral away from the main contaminated sewage lake *** total metal content in the soil samples was measured using the aqua regia extractions by ICPOES and the results showed that many of the heavy metals present have significant concentrations above the tolerable *** general,the metal concentrations at different sites indicated that the heavy metal pollution is mainly due to the sewage discharge to the *** results showed excellent correlation between the concentrations of Co,As,and Hg with the distance from the main contaminated *** leaching of Co,As,and Hg using 1.0 M hydrochloric acid from the soil was studied kinetically at different temperatures and the experimental results were fitted using different kinetics *** experimental data were best described with two-constant rate and Elovich equation kinetic ***,the thermodynamic study showed that the leaching process was spontaneous,endothermic and accompanied with increase in the *** general,the polluted soil could be remediated successfully from the heavy metals using the acid leaching procedure in a short period of time.
