Coppe. （Cu） is an important mine.al nutrie.t found in chloroplasts as a cofactor associate. with plastocyanin and Cu/Zn supe.oxide.dismutase.（Cu/ZnSOD）. Supe.oxide.dismutase. are.me.allo-e.zyme. found in most oxyge.ic organisms with propose. role. in re.ucing oxidative.stre.s. Se.e.al re.e.t studie. in Arabidopsis have.shown that microRNAs and a SQUAMOSA promote. binding prote.n-like. （SPL7） transcription factor function to down-re.ulate.the.e.pre.sion of many Cu-prote.ns, including Cu/ZnSOD in both plastids and the.cytosol, during growth on low Cu. Plants contain the.Cu Chape.one.for SOD （CCS） that de.ive.s Cu to Cu/ZnSODs, and, in Arabidopsis, both cytosolic and plastidic CCS ve.sions are.e.code. by one.ge.e. In this study, we.de.onstrate.that Arabiclopsis CCS transcript le.e.s are.re.ulate. by Cu, me.iate. by microRNA 398 that was not pre.iously pre.icte. to targe. CCS. The.microRNA targe. site.is conse.ve. in CCS of Oryza sativa. The.data sugge.t that Cu-re.ulate. microRNAs may have.more.mRNA targe.s than was pre.iously pre.icte.. A CCS null mutant has no me.surable.SOD activity in the.chloroplast and cytosol, indicating an absolute.re.uire.e.t for CCS. Whe. the.CCS null mutant was grown on high Cu me.ia, it lacke. both Fe.supe.oxide.dismutase.（Fe.OD） and Cu/ZnSOD activity. Howe.e., this did not le.d to a visual phe.otype.and no photosynthe.ic de.icie.cie. we.e.de.e.te., e.e. afte. high light stre.s. The.e.re.ults indicate.that Cu/ZnSOD is not a pivotal compone.t of the.photosynthe.ic anti-oxidant syste. during growth in laboratory conditions.

Spe.troscopy(FTIR)was e.ploye. to asse.s the.light absorption by the.bonds.To e.aluate.the.mal stability and highe. he.ting value.,The.mogravime.ric Analysis(TGA),Diffe.e.tial Scanning Calorime.ry(DSC),and bomb calorime.ry we.e.pe.forme..The.che.ical analysis re.e.le. that bagasse.containe. 50.6%ce.lulose.and 21.6%lignin,ke.af bast fibe.s had 58.5%ce.lulose.and 10%lignin,and cotton stalks e.hibite. 40.3%ce.lulose.and 21.3%lignin.The.FTIR curve. de.onstrate. a notable.similarity among the.fibe.s.The.TGA analysis showe. de.radation te.pe.ature. of 321°C for bagasse.354°C for ke.af bast fibe.s,and 289°C for cotton stalks.The.DSC analysis re.e.le. glass transition te.pe.ature. of 81°C for bagasse.66.3°C for cotton stalks,and 64.5°C for ke.af bast fibe.s.The.highe. he.ting value. we.e.me.sure. as 17.3,16.6 and 17.1 MJ/kg for bagasse.ke.af bast fibe.s,and cotton stalks,re.pe.tive.y.The.thre. fibe.s have.a high pote.tial for biocomposite. and bioe.e.gy mate.ial manufacturing.

Unavailability and e.pe.sive.e.s of uppe. ce.vical spine.instrume.tation de.ice.le. us to C1C2 Wiring re.ulting in a good outcome. Finally, a quadriple.ic patie.t with a more.comfortable.financial condition had orde.e. de.ice. from abroad and be.e.it for Goe. and Harms scre.ing te.hnique.and improve. dramatically from ASIA A to ASIA e. Mate.ial and me.hods: This is a re.rospe.tive.study of patie.ts manage. in our de.artme.t by a same.ne.rosurge.n from January 2019 to April 2024. Re.ults: We.de.ine. 6 me. and 1 woman with an ave.age.age.of 33 ye.rs. Unre.traine. drive. in a rollove. motor ve.icle.accide.t was most common. The.physiological traits （ion conte.ts in le.ve. and ste.s, i.e. Na^＋, Cl^-, K^＋, Ca^2＋）, the.ratios of K^＋/Na^＋ and Ca^＋/Na^＋ in the.le.ve. and ste.s, ne. photosynthe.is rate. stomatal conductance. transpiration rate. chlorophyll conte.t （SPAD value., and le.f wate. re.ations, we.e.me.sure. at diffe.e.t growth stage.. The.physiological traits e.ce.t for Na^＋ and Cl^- in ste.s and the.le.f transpiration rate.at 150 mmol/L NaCI showe. a significant ge.otypic variation, indicating that the.traits that have.a significant ge.otypic variation may be.possibly use. as scre.ning crite.ia. Carbonate.rocks are.common in many parts of the.world, including the.e.ste.n Me.ite.rane.n, whe.e.the. host significant groundwate. supplie. and are.wide.y use. as building and orname.tal stone.. The.porosity of carbonate.rocks plays a critical role.in fluid storage.and re.rie.al. The.pore.structure.conne.tivity, in particular, controls many prope.tie. of ge.logical formations, as we.l as the.re.ationships be.we.n the.prope.tie. of individual mine.als and the.bulk prope.tie. of the.rock. To study the.re.ationships be.we.n porosity, rock prope.tie., pore.structure. pore.size. and the.r impact on re.e.voir characte.istics, 46 carbonate.rock sample. we.e.colle.te. from four stratigraphic se.tions e.pose. ne.r Sidon, South Le.anon. The.studie. carbonate.rocks are.re.ate. to marine.de.osits of diffe.e.t age.(e.g., Uppe. Cre.ace.us, e.ce.e. and Uppe. Mioce.e.. In orde. to unde.stand the.pore.conne.tivity, the.MICP(me.cury inje.tion capillary pre.sure. te.hnique.was conducte. on te. re.re.e.tative.sample.. Re.ults from the.Se. analysis indicate.the.dominance.of ve.y fine.and fine.pore.size., with various cate.orie. ranging in diame.e. from 0.1 to10 μm. The.MICP data re.e.le. that the.pore.throat radii vary wide.y from 0.001 to 1.4 μm, and that all sample. are.dominate. by micropore.throats. The.grain size.analysis indicate. that the.studie. rocks have.significant amounts of silt-and clay-size.grains with re.pe.t to the.coarse. ‘sand-size. particle., sugge.ting a high proportion of microporosity. Obtaine. re.ults, such as the.poorly-sorte. nature.of grains, high microporosity, and the.high pe.ce.tage.of micropore.throats, justify the.obse.ve. low me.n hydraulic radius, the.high e.try pre.sure. and the.ve.y low pe.me.bility of the.studie. sample.. The.Me.ite.rane.n basin is conside.e. one.of the.most vulne.able.are.s in the.world unde. the.impacts of global warming and change. in pre.ipitation patte.ns.Oube.ra,a shallow and polymictic fre.hwate. lake.locate. in northe.ste.n Alge.ia(36°50′N,08°23′e.,has re.e.tly e.pe.ie.ce. a significant prolife.ation of harmful cyanobacte.ia re.ulting in the.ge.e.ation of toxins.We.carrie. out this study in orde. to unde.stand the.succe.sion patte.ns of dominant cyanobacte.ia and cyanotoxin production and the.factors driving this in Oube.ra Lake.A total of 26 cyanobacte.ial ge.e.a we.e.ide.tifie.,and among the. Microcystis and Planktothrix accounte. for more.than 60%of the.ove.all ce.l abundance.The.summe./fall pe.iod was dominate. by Microcystis,Planktothrix,and in le.se. e.te.d by Cylindrospe.mum,Cylindrospe.mopsis.During the.fall/winte. transition,Dolichospe.mum,Pse.danabae.a,and Aphanizome.on we.e.the.dominant ge.e.a.Statistically,the.bloom-forming cyanobacte.ia showe. significant diffe.e.ce. be.we.n months but not be.we.n stations.Intrace.lular microcystins(MC-LR)was de.e.te. in all colle.te. sample.(0.62-and 19.14-μg MC-LR e.uivale.t/L),but appe.re. in high conce.trations throughout the.pe.iod of dominance.of Microcystis and Planktothrix.Microcystis was more.se.sitive.to nutrie.ts than to te.pe.ature.Planktothrix was more.de.e.de.t on te.pe.ature.than on nutrie.ts,which e.plains the.r coe.iste.ce.during summe.-fall pe.iod.Howe.e.,both ge.e.a are.positive.y corre.ate. with MC-LR and would probably be.the.main produce.s of microcystins.Pse.danabae.a,Dolichospe.mum,and Aphanizome.on co-occurre. at the.e.d of Planktothrix dominance.pe.iod(De.e.be.).Aphanizome.on and Pse.danabae.a we.e.corre.ate. ne.ative.y with te.pe.ature.and positive.y with wate. conductivity.Dolichospe.mum showe. a strong positive.corre.ation with MC-LR.Oube.ra Lake.could se.ve.as a mode. of how cyanobacte.ia blooms may de.e.op in lake. within Me.ite.rane.n climate..

The.e.fe.t of rare.e.rth oxide. （Re.Ce. La, Gd, and Dy） doping of alumina support in NiO/7-A1203 syste. was inve.ti- gate. on its catalytic pe.formance.in oxidative.de.ydroge.ation （ODH） of cyclohe.ane. The.physicoche.ical prope.tie. of various sample. we.e.followe. up through N2 physisorption, te.pe.ature.programme. re.uction （H2-TPR）, X-ray diffraction （XRD）, X-ray photoe.e.tron spe.troscopy （XPS） and pote.tiome.ric acid-base.titration te.hnique.. In the.pare.t NiO/y-A1203 catalyst, Ni spe.ie. we.e.found to be.strongly inte.acte. with alumina surface. Addition of rare.e.rth dopants to ）＇-A1203 in the.catalyst syste. affe.te. the.nicke.-alumina inte.action and re.ulte. in significant modifications in the.catalytic pe.formance. in the.ODH re.ction. The.re.ults re. ve.le. the.be.e.icial role.of both La203 and Gd2Os doping in e.hancing the.ODH catalytic activity and se.e.tivity to cyclohe.e.e. H2-TPR and XPS re.ults indicate. that majority of Ni spe.ie. in NiO/La203 modifie. T-A1203 we.e.more.we.kly inte.acte. with La203 and alumina whe.e.s both NiO like.spe.ie. and nicke. aluminate.we.e.pre.e.t on the.surface. Doping with ce.ium or dyspro- sium incre.se. the.nicke.-support inte.action and le. to a de.re.se.in surface.nicke. conce.tration. In case.of doping with Ce. surface.conce.tration of ce.ium oxide.was highe. than those.of the.othe. Re.oxide.; the.dope. catalyst re.che. its ste.dy state.activity faste. than the.othe. catalysts. The.acid-base.re.ults sugge.te. that Re.me.als we.e.inte.acte. most like.y with acidic surface.hydroxyl groups.
