This study examined the impact of emotional intelligence on employee performance in project *** research also investigated the mediating effect of work engagement and moderating effect of project manager’s competence amongst the emotional intelligence and project employee *** was collected from the organizations involved in construction projects,situated in Islamabad and *** the data collection,convenient sampling technique was *** from employees and their supervisors were recorded separately through the distributed *** of 250 distributed questionnaires,220 were *** findings of the research suggest that the work engagement significantly but partially mediates the relationship between emotional intelligence and project employee *** current study also revealed that project manager’s competence moderates the relationship among emotional intelligence and work engagement w-hile partially mediated by work *** study is a significant contribution in the domain of project management suggesting some directions for further research and it has numerous implications at managerial and academic level.

This work is concerned with the viscous flow due to a curved stretching sheet. The similarity solution of the problem is obtained numerically by a shooting method using the Runge-Kutta algorithm. The physical quantities of interest like the fluid velocity and skin friction coefficient are obtained and discussed under the influence of dimensionless curvature. It is evident from the results that dimensionless curvature causes an increase in boundary layer thickness and a decrease in the skin friction coefficient.

Wheat is one of the most essential foods in the world. To increase its productivity, nutrient management is one of the most important factors. To assess the possible role of micronutrients in improving wheat yield, an experiment was conducted to evaluate the wheat performance by foliar application of micronutrients. Treatments consist of T1 = No spray, T2 = Spraying plants with tube well water (control), T3 = Spraying plants with 1.6 kg FeSO4/100 L water/acre, T4 = Spraying plants with 3 kg ZnSO4 (21%)/100 L water/acre, T5 = Spraying plants with 1 kg MnSO4/100 L water/acre, T6 = Spraying plants with (FeSO4 + MnSO4), T7 = Spraying plants with (FeSO4 + ZnSO4), T8 = Spraying plants with (ZnSO4 + MnSO4), and T9 = Spraying plants with (FeSO4 + ZnSO4 + MnSO4). Results showed that foliar application of micronutrients substantially improved plant height, spike length cm, spikelets/spike, grains/spike, test weight, Tillers m-2, grain and biological as well as harvest index of wheat. Among treatments, foliar application of FeSO4 + ZnSO4 + MnSO4 remained comparatively better regarding yield related attributes of

本研究以巴基斯坦信德省巴基斯坦旅游景区为案例,于2018年6-7月实地调研,共收集300份问卷,以期通过经济分析增加巴基斯坦景区收入,进一步促进巴基斯坦景区发展。目前,学者已经对景区经济进行了较为充分的分析评估,但大多数倾向关注绿地景区,如对国家历史公园的市场价值评估。同时可以发现,目前学者对信德省的湿地经济价值研究较少。因此,本研究创新性地对巴基斯坦景区进行经济价值评估,进一步丰富了巴基斯坦湿地经济价值的研究,为景区经济研究提供有益补充。本文运用旅行成本模型来衡量巴基斯坦景区的娱乐价值。研究结果表明,巴基斯坦景区的娱乐价值为平均每位游客4029卢比,年度娱乐总价值为846.09百万卢比。当前的消费者剩余为每位游客70卢比,年度总消费者剩余为1470万卢比。同时发现,有多种因素会影响巴基斯坦的年度游客量,例如旅行成本、游客家庭收入以及巴基斯坦景区的质量。巴基斯坦景区质量的提高可能会增加25%的景区收入。因此,本研究建议巴基斯坦景区将门票提高60卢比/每人,用于对巴基斯坦景区的管理,以此方式每年将会产生14亿美元的收入,相当于巴基斯坦环境部门年度分配预算的22%。此外,该研究测算了近90%的游客同意支付额外的入场费,用以改善哥德里拦河坝。75%的游客愿意以60卢比作为进入的费用。因此,如果对60卢比的入场费进行一定改进,则拦河坝的年收入将增加1260万卢比。这笔款项将对信德省政府、野生动植物保护、拦河坝的维护以及拉姆萨尔遗址的保护均有帮助。此外,当询问访问者现场条件是否有所改善时,超过四分之三(225)的受访者表示访问频率会更高。在这种情况下,每位访客的年均旅行次数将从3.5增加到5.5。如果在经济价值的计算中加以利用,则其年度经济价值将呈现更多的增长。

Ceramic fuel cells hold an important position for the sustainable energy future using renewable energy sources with high *** design and synthesis of active materials,interface engineering and having capability of low operating temperature is considered as an important factor to further increase the power output and stability of ceramic fuel cell devices.A novel methodology has vital importance to develop new functionalities of existing materials by introducing new different *** built-in electric field(BIEF) is one of the most recently used approaches to improve charge transfer and ionic conductivity of solid oxide ***,we demonstrate gradient doping strategy in CeO_(2)-δstructure to produce BIEF effect and to modulate the proton transport effectively at the surface layer rather than bulk *** inclusions of La and Sr metal ions at the surface and Co-metal ions into bulk-layer of CeO_(2)form the gradiently doped *** gradient doping into CeO_(2)highly improves the proton transport properties through the surface layer by modifying the energy ***,unbalanced charge distribution due to gradient doping produces built-in electric-field to provide extra driving force for protons transport through surface *** acquired gradiently doped fluorite structure exhibits remarkable proton conductivity of>0.2 S/cm,as a result ceramic fuel cell shows power output of>1000 mW/cm2while operating at 500℃.This unique work highlights the critical role of gradiently doped electrolyte in electrochemical conversion energy devices and offers new understanding and practices for sustainable energy future.

The paper presents a novel Graphics Interchange Format (GIF) Steganography system. The algorithm uses an animated (GIF) file format video to applyon, a secured and variable image partition scheme for data embedding. The secretdata could be any character text, any image, an audio file, or a video file;that isconverted in the form of bits. The proposed method uses a variable partitionscheme structure for data embedding in the (GIF) file format video. The algorithmestimates the capacity of the cover (GIF) image frames to embed data bits. Ourmethod built variable partition blocks in an empty frame separately and incorporate it with randomly selected (GIF) frames. This way the (GIF) frame is dividedinto variable block same as in the empty frame. Then algorithm embeds secretdata on appropriate pixel of the (GIF) frame. Each selected partition block for dataembedding, can store a different number of data bits based on block size. Intruders could never come to know exact position of the secrete data in this stegoframe. All the (GIF) frames are rebuild to make animated stego (GIF) *** performance of the proposed (GIF) algorithm has experimented andevaluated based on different input parameters, like Mean Square Error (MSE)and Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) values. The results are compared withsome existing methods and found that our method has promising results.

Pronounced effect of ZnTe nanoinclusions on thermoelectric properties of Cu_(2-x) Se chalcogenides

Metal chalcogenides especially Cu2-x Se has gained much attention in thermoelectric community due to its complex crystal structure and superionic behavior. Here, we report a facile method to improve the thermoelectric efficiency by introducing Zn Te nanoinclusions into the matrix of Cu2-x Se. As a result, a substantial improvement of 32% in electrical conductivity of Cu2-x Se-Zn Te composite is observed. The increase in electrical conductivity is at the expense of Seebeck coefficient, which slightly decreases the power factor of the composite samples than that of pure Cu2-x Se. Furthermore, the introduction of secondary phase facilitates in declining the total thermal conductivity of Cu2-x Se-Zn Te composite up to 34% by suppressing the lattice thermal contributions. Thus, the moderate power factor and lower thermal conductivity values result in an improved figure of merit(z T) value of ~0.40 in mid-range temperature(750 K) for Cu2-x Se-Zn Te composite with 10 wt.% of Zn Te, which is about 40% higher than that of its pure counterpart. Hence, it is believed that the incorporation of Zn Te nanoinclusions in the matrix of Cu2-x Se may be an important route to improve the thermoelectric properties of Cu2-x Se based compounds.

This paper explains the development of a culturally inclusive ubiquitous M-Learning platform(“Mobile Academy”)with an AI-based adaptive user *** rationale and need for this research and development are justified by the continuing widespread adoption of the Internet and Internet enabled devices,especially *** M-learning platform was designed from the onset for the global *** characteristics and limitations of the application are also *** Mobile Academy,proof of concept prototype,was created to facilitate teaching and learning on the move or in environments where the use of a desktop computer is inconvenient or simply *** platform’s primary objective was cross-cultural usability through the use of a combination of AI and plasticity of user interface design *** usability evaluation plan was comprehensive and the results obtained were studied in *** also included consideration of the results of the SVM(Support Vector Machine)classifiers’performance and cross-device *** AI-based adaptive interface prototype has been tested and evaluated to show its merits and capabilities in terms of its usability,inclusivity and effectiveness of the *** the results,it was concluded that such a culture independent application was also affordable.
