GC/GCMS analysis of the petroleum ether and dichloromethane extracts of Moringa oleifera roots

Objective:To explore the phytochemical constituents from petroleum ether and diehloromethane extracts of Moringa oleifera(***)roots using GC/GC—***:A total of 5.11 kg fresh and undried crashed root of *** were cut into small pieces and extracted with petroleum ether and diehloromethane(20 ***) at room temperature for 2 *** concentrated extracts were subjected to their GC—MS ***:The GC-MS analysis of the petroleum ether and diehloromethane extracts of *** roots,which showed promising biological activities,has resulted in the identification 102 *** constituents belong to 15 classes of compounds including hydrocarbons,fatty acids,esters,alcohols,***,pyrazine,***,steroids,*** and N-hydroxyimine derivatives,unsaturated *** and ***/GC-MS studies on petroleum ether extraet of the roots revealed that it contained 39 compounds,belonging to nine *** S8 has been isolated as a pure compound from the *** major compounds identified from petroleum ether extract were trans-13-clocosene(37.9%).nonacosane(32.6%).cycloartenol(28.6%) nonadecanoic acid(13.9%) and cyclooctasulfur S8(13.9%).Dichloromethane extract of the roots was composed of 63 compounds of which nasimizinol(58.8%) along with oleic acid(46.5%),N—benzyl-N-(7—cyanato heptanamide(38.3%),N—benzyl-N—(1—chlorononyl) amide(30.3%),bis[3—benzyl prop-2-ene]-1-one(19.5%) and N.N-dibeuzyl—2-ene pent 1.5—diamide(11.6%) were the main ***:This study helps to predict the formula and structure of active molecules which can be used as *** result also enhances the traditional usage of *** which possesses a number of bioactive compounds.

An Analogy of Clifford Decomposition Theorem for Abel-Grassmann Groupoids

Let S be an inverse AG-groupoid （Abel-Grassmann groupoid） and define a relation γ on S by aγb if and only if there exist some positive integers n and m such that bm∈ （Sa）S and an∈ （Sb）S. We prove that S/γ is a maximal semilattice homomorphic image of S. Thus, every inverse AG-groupoid S is uniquely expressible as a semilattice Y of some Archimedean inverse AG-groupoids Sα （α∈ Y）. Our result can be regarded as an analogy of the well known Clifford theorem in semigroups for AG-groupoids.

On Semilattice Decomposition of an Abel–Grassmann’s Groupoid

In this paper, we have decomposed an AG-groupoid. Let S be an AG-groupoid with left identity and a relation γ be defined on S as： aγb if and only if there exist positive integers m and n such that b^m∈E （Sa）S and a^n ∈ （Sb）S for all a and b in S. We have proved that S/γ is a maximal separative Semilattice homomorphic image of S. Every AG-groupoid S is uniquely expressible as a semilattice Y of archimedean AG-groupoids Sa （a∈ Y）. The semilattice Y is isomorphic to S/γ and the Sγ （a ∈ Y） are the equivalence classes of S mod V.

Coset Diagram for the Action of Picard Group on Q（i, √3）

In this paper coset diagrams, propounded by Higman, are used to investigate the behavior of elements as words in orbits of the action of the Picard group F = PSL（2, Z[i]） on Q（i, √3）. Graphical interpretation of amalgamation of the components of F is also given. Some elements a＋b√3/c of Q（i, √3） and their conjugates a-b√3/c a c over Q（i） have different signs in the orbits of the biquadratic field Q（i, √3） when acted upon by F. Such real quadratic irrational numbers are called ambiguous numbers. It is shown that ambiguous numbers in these coset diagrams form a unique pattern. It is proved that there are a finite number of ambiguous numbers in an orbit Fa, and they form a closed path which is the only closed path in the orbit Гa. We also devise a procedure to obtain ambiguous numbers of the form a-b√3/c, where b is a positive integer.

Phase Space Analysis and Anisotropic Universe Model in f(T) Gravity

In this paper, we study the stability of locally rotationally symmetric （LRS） Bianchi I universe model in f（T） gravity through phase space analysis. We assume that the f（T） gravity can be treated as effective dark energy behaving like perfect fluid, and suggest that there are interactions between pressureless matter as well as dark energy. We construct the corresponding autonomous system of equations to check the stability of the model for non phantom, vacuum and phantom phases. It is concluded that critical points remain more stable in phantom phase as compared to non phantom and vacuum cases. Finaily, we discuss the cosmological behavior of the model through some cosmological parameters.

Exact solutions for the flow of second grade fluid in annulus between torsionally oscillating cylinders

The velocity field and the associated shear stress corresponding to the torsional oscillatory flow of a second grade fluid, between two infinite coaxial circular cylinders, are determined by means of the Laplace and Hankel transforms. At time t = 0, the fluid and both the cylinders are at rest and at t = 0 ＋ , cylinders suddenly begin to oscillate around their common axis in a simple harmonic way having angular frequencies ω 1 and ω 2 . The obtained solutions satisfy the governing differential equation and all imposed initial and boundary conditions. The solutions for the motion between the cylinders, when one of them is at rest, can be obtained from our general solutions. Furthermore, the corresponding solutions for Newtonian fluid are also obtained as limiting cases of our general solutions.

Interactions of ferro-nanoparticles(hematite and magnetite) with reservoir sandstone: implications for surface adsorption and interfacial tension reduction

There are a few studies on the use of ferro-nanofluids for enhanced oil recovery,despite their magnetic properties;hence,it is needed to study the adsorption of iron oxide(Fe2 O3 and Fe3 O4) nanoparticles(NPs) on rock *** is important as the colloidal transport of NPs through the reservoir is subject to particle adsorption on the rock *** dynamics simulation was used to determine the interfacial energy(strength) and adsorption of Fe2 O3 and Fe3 O4 nanofluids infused in reservoir *** transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photon spectroscopy(XPS) were used to monitor interaction of silicate species with Fe2 O3 and Fe3 *** spectral changes show the variation of dominating silicate anions in the ***,the XPS peaks for Si,C and Fe at 190,285 and 700 eV,respectively,are less distinct in the spectra of sandstone aged in the Fe3 O4 nanofluid,suggesting the intense adsorption of the Fe3 O4 with the crude *** measured IFT for brine/oil,Fe2 O3/oil and Fe3 O4/oil are 40,36.17 and 31 mN/m,***3 O4 infused with reservoir sandstone exhibits a higher silicate sorption capacity than Fe2 O3,due to their larger number of active surface sites and saturation magnetization,which accounts for the effectiveness of Fe3 O4 in reducing IFT.

Competitive role of nitrogen functionalities of N doped GO and sensitizing effect of Bi_(2)O_(3)QDs on TiO_(2)for water remediation

The promising solar irradiated photocatalyst by pairing of bismuth oxide quantum dots(BQDs)doped TiO_(2)with nitrogen doped graphene oxide(NGO)nanocomposite(NGO/BQDs-TiO_(2))was *** was used for degradation of organic pollutants like 2,4-dichlorophenol(2,4-DCP)and stable dyes,*** B and Congo Red.X-ray diffraction(XRD)profile of NGO showed reduction in oxygenic functional groups and restoring of graphitic crystal *** characteristic diffraction peaks of TiO_(2)and its composites showed crystalline anatase TiO_(2).Morphological images represent spherical shaped TiO_(2)evenly covered with BQDs spread on NGO *** surface linkages of NO-O-Ti,C-O-Ti,Bi-O-Ti and vibrational modes are observed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and Raman *** and NGO modified TiO_(2)results into red shifting in visible region as studied in diffused reflectance spectroscopy(DRS).NGO and BQDs in TiO_(2)are linked with defect centers which reduced the recombination of free charge carriers by quenching of photoluminescence(PL)intensities.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)shows that no peak related to C-O in NGO/BQDs-TiO_(2)is *** indicated that doping of nitrogen into GO has reduced some oxygen functional *** functionalities in NGO and photosensitizing effect of BQDs in ternary composite have improved photocatalytic activity against organic *** byproducts during photo degradation process of 2,4-DCP were studied through high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Study of radical scavengers indicated that O_(2)^(·-) has significant role for degradation of 2,*** investigations propose that fabricated nanohybrid architecture has potential for degradation of environmental pollutions.
