Increasing demand for energy due to the populous Eastern Australia has driven oil and gas industries to find new sources of hydrocarbons as they are the primary energy *** study has been done on the Volador Formation in the Gippsland Basin by means of core-based petrophysical,sedimentological,and petrographic analyses as well as well log-based interpretation and capillary pressure *** wells from Kipper,Basker and Tuna fields with available dataset were investigated in this study:Kipper-1,Basker-1,Basker-2,Basker-5 and ***,the formation has good reservoir quality based on the high porosity and permeability values obtained through core and well log petrophysical *** formation made up of mostly moderate to coarse quartz grains that has experienced strong anti-compaction and is poorly *** and illite clays are seen dispersed in the rock formation,with the minority being mixed *** clays and diagenetic features including kaolinite cement and quartz overgrowth that can lead to porosity reduction only have insignificant impact on the overall reservoir *** addition,capillary pressure data shows that most samples are found in the transition to good reservoir zones(m this study have shown that the Volador Formation in the Gippsland Basin is worth for hydrocarbon exploration.

The evaluation of reservoir quality was accomplished on the Late Paleocene to Early Eocene Narimba Formation in Bass Basin,*** study involved combination methods such as petrophysical analysis,petrography and sedimentological studies,reservoir quality and fluid flow units from derivative parameters,and capillary pressure and wetting fluid saturation *** and diagenetic features are affecting the reservoir ***,compaction,and presence of clay minerals such as kaolinite are found to reduce the quality while dissolution and secondary porosity are noticed to improve *** is believed that the Narimba Formation is a potential reservoir with a wide range of porosity and *** ranges from 3.1%to 25.4%with a mean of 15.84%,while permeability ranges between 0.01 mD and 510 mD,with a mean of 31.05 *** on the heterogenous lithology,the formation has been categorized into five groups based on permeability *** I showed an excellent to good quality reservoir with coarse *** impacts of both textural and diagenetic features improve the reservoir and producing higher reservoir quality index(RQI)and flow zone indicators(FZI)as well as mostly mega *** non-wetting fluid migration has the higher possibility to flow in the formation while displacement pressure recorded as *** II showed a fair quality reservoir with lower petrophysical properties in macro *** irreducible water saturation is increasing while the textural and digenetic properties are still enhancing the reservoir *** III reflects lower quality reservoir with mostly macro pores and higher displacement *** may indicate smaller grain size and increasing amount of cement and clay *** IV,and V are interpreted as a poor-quality reservoir that has lower RQI and *** textural and digenetic features are negatively affecting the reservoir and are leading to smaller pore size and pore throat radii(r35)

The mangahewa Formation is the primary reservoir target in the mangahewa Field in the Taranaki Basin,New *** formation is distinguished by its marginal marine substantial tight-sand reservoir,having thickness exceeding 800 *** aim of this study is to assess the reservoir properties of the mangahewa Formation through 3D reservoir modeling,employing 3D seismic data,core data,and well data from the mangahewa *** variance attributes,the faults and horizons have been identified successfully within the *** majority of the interpreted faults exhibit dip angles exceeding 60°,with a maximum displacement of 118 *** detect direct hydrocarbon indicators,root-mean-square amplitude seismic attribute,envelope,and generalized spectral decomposition techniques have been ***,four lithofacies,comprising 78.3%sandstone,9.2%siltstone,9.5%claystone,and 3.0%coal have been established by utilizing the Sequential Indicator Simulation(SIS)algorithm to create a lithofacies model.A property model has been generated using the Sequential Gaussian Simulation(SGS)*** evaluation indicates that the mangahewa Formation exhibits reservoir qualities ranging from fair to good,with porosity levels between 8%and 11%,permeability averaging up to 10 mD,variable shale volumes,and hydrocarbon saturation in the range of 40%-50%.This study's methodologies and findings can serve as a valuable foundation for similar investigations in other tightsand gas fields located in different regions.

The current study was performed to evaluate the liver function status as well as molecular characterization of the recovered worms in rats experimentally infected with F. hepatica. Sixteen male Wister rats aged 30 days were randomly allocated into two groups (n = 8). The first group was infected orally with 15 viable encysted metacercaria of F. hepatica per animal. The other group was kept non-infected (control group). At zero time (before infection), the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th and 14th weeks post-infection (WPI), blood and serum samples were collected via puncture of retro-orbital plexus of veins from each rat. Serum enzyme level (AST and ALT) and total protein were measured, and the serum protein profile was carried out using agarose gel electrophoresis. During the period of the experiment, serum ALT and AST activities and serum total globulins significantly increased while serum total proteins and albumin markedly decreased in the infected group. On the 14th WPI, the data of the electropherogram showed that globulin fractions (α1-, β- and γ-globulin) levels were significantly increased while α2-globulin was markedly decreased in the infected group. The molecular analysis confirmed the amplification of the ITS1, ITS2 and NDI genes of F. hepatica recovered from the infected liver of rats with amplicon sizes of 630, 510 and 560 bp, respectively. Sequencing of the amplified ITS gene resulted in the determination of 3 strains (PP108836, PP108837, and PP108838). Also, analysis of the ITS2 gene resulted in obtaining 3 isolates under the accession numbers (PP109065, PP109066, and PP109067). In conclusion, fasciolosis in the rat model is suitable for routine experimental infections and caused a pronounced liver dysfunction with discharging of the Fasciola eggs in the faeces and the development of adult stages in the bile ducts. The aim of the present study was to determine the prevalence of bovine cysticercosis in both cattle and buffloas, in Egypt and to assess the cysticidal efficacy of Balanites aegyptiaca fruits (B. aegyptiaca) and moringa oleifera seeds (m. oleifera) extracts in experimentally infected mice. The study detected the level of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) to monitor the immune and inflammatory responses of experimentally infected mice. Through meat inspection, a total number of 2125 male bovine, 2 to 5 years old, (1125 cattle and 1000 buffloes) were examined under the authority of Albsatine and Alwaraq official abattoirs in Cairo Governorate, Egypt covering the period extended from march 2022 to April 2023. The overall prevalence of the disease among bovine was 7.8% (6.31% of cattle and 9.5% of buffloes). Besides, B. aegyptiaca and m. oleifera extracts showed cysticidal activity in experimentally infected mice. A decrease in the numbers of cysticerci was found in all treated mice groups, and up to 88% reduction was achieved in the B. aegyptiaca-treated group;higher than that was recorded in both m. oleifera (72.23%) and albendazole-treated ones (80.56%). Postmortem findings proved that m. oleifera and B. aegyptiaca reduced cysticerci numbers comparable to a commercial anthelmintic. The study showed a significant decrease (P 0.001) in TNF-α levels after treatment with Balanites and moringa extracts, compared with the untreated control and the albendazole-treated groups.

Three different bismuth-lead systems namely, Wood＇s alloy （Bi50Pb25Sn12.5Cd12.5）, Newton＇s alloy （Bi50Pb31.2Sn18.8） and Rose＇s alloy （B50Pb28Sn22）, with one used as fusible alloys were quenched from melt by melt spinning technique. Thermal analysis, structure and mechanical properties of all alloys have been studied and analyzed. From X-ray diffraction analysis, an intermetallic compound phase, designated Pb7Bi3 is detected. The formation of an intermetallic compound phase causes a pronounced increase in the electrical resistivity. The Wood＇s alloy containing-cadmium exhibits mechanical properties superior to both the Newton＇s and Rose＇s alloys. The presence of cadmium in Wood＇s alloy decreases its melting point. Wood＇s alloy has better properties, which make it useful in various applications such as in protection shields for radiotherapy, locking of mechanical devices and welding at low temperature.

With the hope of overcoming the generation of hazardous materials to human health and environment, serious and great endeavor have been made in catalyst fabrication using green chemistry technology. In this paper, the manganese （III） acetylacetonate nanoparticles with diameters of about 146 nm were prepared by a simple and environmentally benign route based on hydrolysis of KmnO4 followed by reaction with acetylacetone in rapid stirring rate or ultrasonication. The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence （EDIX）, Fourier transfer infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope. Various parameters were investigated, and the pure and stable crystals of manganese （III） acetylacetonate could be obtained in 98% conversion at a molar ratio 7：1 of acetylacetone to KmnO4 and 75℃after 60 min. We further proposed a mathematical model, and the predicted results from model were in good agreement with experimental results.

This paper addresses the manipulation of structural,morphology,optical and magnetic properties of LiCo0.25Zn0.25Fe2 O4 ferrite via incorporation of different proportions of La^3+at the expense of iron ions using a sol-gel *** samples were characterized using the X-ray diffraction technique(XRD),Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)spectroscopy,the energy dispersive X-ray spectra(EDX),inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES),high resolution scanning electron microscopy(SEm),Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)surface area analysis,ultraviolet-diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-DRS),and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSm)*** Rietveld refinements of the samples indicate that at higher concentrations of La^3+,nanostructures with dual phase,*** spinel and orthorhombic LaFeO3 perovskite with space group(Pbnm)*** studies show that the energy band gap(Eg)of the bare LiCo0.25Zn0.25Fe2 O4 ferrite sample(2.18 eV)reaches up to 2.47 eV at x=0.06 and above this concentration,it drops sharply to 2.00 *** the saturation magnetization and the coercivity of LiCo0.25Zn0.25LaxFe2-xO4 are lower than that of LiCo0.25Zn0.25Fe2 O4 ***,the superparamagnetic nature and low values of saturation magnetization and coercivity of LiCo0.25Zn0.25LaxFe2-xO4 NPs are suitable to be applied in transformers core.

The dynamical moment of inertia is estimated with its even-power expansion of the rotational frequency and in accordance we determine the intermediate spins of the superdeformed(SD)rotational *** marquardt method of nonlinear least-squares routines,we determine the expansion coefficients by fitting the proposed dynamical moment of inertia with its recent experimental data of the SD nuclei in the A=190 mass *** comparison between our theoretical and available experimental data for the dynamic moment of inertia and spin shows good agreements. Also,we have calculated the static moment of inertia at three alternative values of *** value of spin at which the two moments of inertia are nearly equals is to be regarded as a bandhead spin of the corresponding *** studies are carried out for eighteen bands of odd-A nuclei of the superdeformed region 190,namely ~(189)Hg(b1),~(191)Hg(b1,b2, b3,b4),~(193)Hg(b2,b3,b5),~(195)Hg(b1,b2,b3,b4),~(193)Tl(b1,b2,b3,b5),~(189)Tl(b1),and~(197)Bi(b1).We also notice the occurrence of identical SD bands with near identical transition energies among the considered SD bands.
