A simple integrated coupler is proposed for the efficient excitation of surface plasmon polariton （SPP） mode in a thin metal film. The SPP mode is generated in a single Ag-dielectric interface by the incident field and coupled with an Ag thin film. The coupling efficiency at different wavelengths using two different dielectrics, gallium lanthanum sulfide （GLS） and aluminum gallium arsenide （AIGaAs） is calculated by analyzing the SPP propagation dynamics with the finite difference time domain method. A maximum coupling efficiency of 70~ is obtained at a wavelength of 46Ohm when GLS is used, whereas the corresponding value obtained for A1GaAs is 60~o at 56Onto. The proposed structure can be used to excite SPPs in a nano-thin film from an external bulky source and is easier to fabricate since a single interface metal-dielectric configuration is used to excite the metal-thin film.

Due to the high demand for mango and being the king of all fruits,it is the need of the hour to curb its diseases to fetch high *** leaf disease segmentation and identification are still a challenge due to variations in *** segmentation of the disease is the key prerequisite for any computer-aided system to recognize the diseases,i.e.,Anthracnose,apicalnecrosis,etc.,of a mango plant *** solve this issue,we proposed a CNN based Fully-convolutional-network(FrCNnet)model for the segmentation of the diseased part of the mango *** proposed FrCNnet directly learns the features of each pixel of the input data after applying some preprocessing *** evaluated the proposed FrCNnet on the real-time dataset provided by the mango research institute,Multan,*** evaluate the proposed model results,we compared the segmentation performance with the available state-of-the-art models,i.e.,Vgg16,Vgg-19,and ***,the proposed model’s segmentation accuracy is 99.2%with a false negative rate(FNR)of 0.8%,which is much higher than the other *** have concluded that by using a FrCNnet,the input image could learn better features that are more prominent and much specific,resulting in an improved and better segmentation performance and diseases’***,an automated approach helps pathologists and mango growers detect and identify those diseases.

The main challenges for massive wireless communication in 5G system are to support random access for massive users and to control signaling overhead and data processing ***-Orthogonal Multiple Access（NOMA）is the most prominent technology that enhances massive connectivity and spectral efficiency in 5G cellular communication by utilizing the power domain and Advance *** provides services to the multi-users in time,frequency and code domain with significant power *** Passing Algorithm（MPA）detection in multi-user uplink grant-free system requires user activity information at receiver that makes it impractical because in Uplink grant-free System user can randomly enter or leave the system without giving the information to the Base Station（BS）.To circumvent this problem,MPA is jointly used with Compressive Sampling Matching Pursuit（CoSaMP）based detection which not only detects the user activity but also the signal *** most difficult task is to find the position of the non-zero data for mapping the non-zero elements effectively,CoSaMP is used,its complexity is lower as compare to others and excellent robustness to noise,so that the user activity can be detected with high *** CoSaMP,the strongest components of the original sparse signal are identified in an iterative manner,However,Compressive Sampling Matching pursuit（CoSaMP）algorithm uses Zero forcing（ZF）detector to estimate the signal but its performance degrades with increasing Signal to Noise Ratio（SNR）because the ZF has drawback to enhancement of the ***,Minimum Mean Square Error（MMSE）detector in CoSaMP algorithm is deployed because MMSE decrease mean error in this Thesis that enhances detection accuracy and Bit Error Rate（BER）*** simulation results validate that proposed algorithm attains better performance than MPA and conventional CoSaMP algorithm in high SNR.

The aim of present study is to develop a pharmacokinetic model for microencapsulated metroni- dazole to predict drug absorption pattern in healthy human and validate this model internally. Metronidazole was microencapsulated into ethylcellulose shells followed by the conversion of these microcapsules into tablets. Dissolution study of tablets was conducted in 450 mL double distilled water, 0.1 mol·L-1 HCl and phosphate buffer (pH 6.8) maintained at (37 ± 0.5) ℃ using USP apparatus II at 50, 100 and 150 r·min-1. Three metronidazole tablets (T1: fast release, T2: moderate release, T3: slow release and reference) were administered to twenty four healthy human volunteers and serial blood samples were collected for 12 hours followed by their analysis using RP-HPLC. Drug release data were analyzed by various model dependent and independent approaches. Drug absorbed (%) was determined by Wagner-Nelson method from plasma concentration profile. Internal predictability was checked from Cmax and AUC. Optimum dissolution profile was observed in double distilled water and 50 r·min-1. A good level A correlation was observed between drug dissolution and absorption profiles (correlation coefficient, R2 = 0.900 9, 0.942 6, 0.901 5 and 0.932 for T1, T2, T3 and reference, respectively). Internal predictability was found less than 10%. Good correlation coefficients and low prediction errors elaborate the validity of this mathematical in-vitro in-vivo correlation model as a predictive tool for the determination of pharmacokinetics from dissolution data.

Maize(Zea mays L.) is one of the most prominent cereal crops playing a crucial role in sustaining global food security. In breeding programs, grain size characters including kernel length(KL), kernel width and kernel thickness are importantly considered for the evaluation of kernel weight. The KL was reported to be significantly and positively correlated with the kernel size or/and kernel weight, as well as the final grain yield of maize. In the present study, the haploid lines derived from the intermated B73×Mo17 Syn 10 doubled haploid(IBM Syn10) mapping population were used to identify the putative QTLs for KL in different agroecological environments and to understand the stability of QTL across environment. The linkage map, consists of 6540 markers, with an average chromosome length of 1113.6 came were used for QTL mapping. The major findings of the present experiment are summarized below.1. Phenotypic data revealed that maize KL varied significantly under the main effect as well as the interaction of different environments and DH lines. Under all the environments, the average KL of DH lines was quantitatively higher than their parents, suggesting the efficacy of intermating for ten generations. Higher broad sense heritability(0.89) and lower kurtosis as well as scenes values(2.5) associated with KL, among these 12 and 24 QTLs were specifically identified in Heilongjiang and Yunnan environments, respectively. All the identified QTLs were well distributed over all the 10 maize chromosomes. Seven putative QTLs were found on chromosome 1 and 8, six QTLs on chromosome 2, and three QTLs for each on chromosome 6, 9 and 10. 复合电镀是指在电镀液中加入增强相,在金属离子在阴极还原时沉积到基体表明的方法。因此,复合沉积物是金属复合材料,包括连续的金属基体相和不连续的补强相。Ni/石墨烯具有高强度、高弹性模量和良好的自润滑性和热解稳定性及优异的耐蚀性,近年来,镍/石墨烯复合材料受到研究者的关注。但是现有的文献对镍/石墨烯纳米复合材料研究有限。因此,本文系统的研究了各种沉积参数对电沉积复合材料的影响。此研究着重研究了镍／石墨烯复合镀层电沉积过程中的生长机理。添加石墨烯的传统的镀镍槽作为沉积槽。电沉积电流密度曲线、硬度测试、表面形貌观察和电化学交流阻抗测试被用来研究电沉积参数对镀层性能的影响。实验结果表明,石墨烯片层可以均匀的分布在复合镀层中,同时,石墨烯与基体紧密的结合在一起。复合电沉积镀层具有紧凑的结构、细晶尺寸和均匀的厚度;同时,与镀镍相比,镀层还有高的硬度和更好的附着力。接下来的实验标明,增加石墨烯的浓度可以提高镀层的沉积速率和内聚力。沉积电流密度的增加会使得镀层标明变的粗糙。随着电流密度的增加,镀层硬度、附着力和耐蚀性均增大,但当电流密度大于9A/dm2时开始下降。电解液温度的提高可以增加镀层沉积速率和硬度。电解液温度的高低并不影响镀层的光滑程度。搅拌也会应此昂镀层的性能,增加搅拌速度可以轻微提高沉积速率和硬度。研究了阴离子表面活性剂对复合镀层硬度、附着力和表面形貌的影响,实验结果表明,表面活性剂的加入提高了镀层的机械性能。阴离子表面活性剂提高了镀层中石墨烯的含量,由于静电排斥作用降低了石墨烯的团聚。由于表面活性剂的存在提高了镍离子在阴极的还原过程,图稿了镀层的粗糙度。表面活性剂可以减小晶粒尺寸,改变晶体结构。阴离子表面活性剂提高了镀层与碳钢基体的附着力,并提高了基体的耐蚀性,文中也对复合镀层的沉积机理做了适当的讨论。

We examine the relationship between return and volatility of the stock markets and macroeconomic fundamentals for the G-7 countries by using monthly data ranging from July 1985 to June 2015. To meet this end, we apply the spillover index approach based on the generalized VAR framework developed by Diebold and Yilmaz (2012, 2014). The empirical analysis shows strong interactions between the returns and volatilities of the G-7 stock markets and the considered set of corresponding macroeconomic factors including industrial production, money supply, interest rates, inflation, oil prices and exchange rates. The return and volatility spillover transmission/reception dynamics of the relationships between these stock markets and the macroeconomic fundamentals have changed after the global financial crisis of 2008. Our findings provide useful insights for investors and policy makers concerned with the unprecedented swings in the stock markets of G-7 countries.
