肽核酸（PNA）是一种由碱基和电中性的肽骨架组成的核酸类似物。相比核酸,PNA在体内具有更高的生物稳定性,具有成为蛋白质探针的潜能。在PNA骨架上引入氨基酸,可以提高其水溶性和细胞通透性,但也可能影响其与蛋白质的相互作用。本研究以含有凝血酶15-mer适配体相同碱基序列的15-mer PNA为模型,分别在其骨架N-末端修饰两个赖氨酸和谷氨酸形成（Lys）2-PNA和（Glu）2-PNA、建立了毛细管柱上反应方法,用于快速比较（Lys）2-PNA和（Glu）2-PNA与3种蛋白质人凝血酶（THB）、单链DNA结合蛋白（SSB）和人血清白蛋白（HSA）的相互作用,评估修饰的PNA与蛋白结合的亲和力和特异性。并比较了（Lys）2-PNA和（Glu）2-PNA与含有互补碱基序列的（Lys）2-c PNA和（Glu）2-c PNA与THB的相互作用差异。毛细管柱上反应结果表明,（Lys）2-PNA和（Glu）2-PNA与3种蛋白的相互作用强弱均为THB>SSB>HSA,但（Lys）2-PNA和（Lys）2-c PNA与THB的结合能力相近,（Glu）2-PNA与THB的结合较（Glu）2-c PNA更强。利用亲和毛细管电泳法测定了（Glu）2-PNA与3种蛋白的亲和常数Kb。毛细管柱上反应无需样品孵育,分析快速简便,成本低,可用于蛋白质的PNA探针相互作用分析,以及辅助PNA探针的设计表征。

This paper examines the extent of contagion and interdependence across the six Asian emerging countries stock markets(e.g., Bangladesh, China, India, Malaysia, the Philippine, and South Korea) and then try to quantify the extent of the Asian emerging market fluctuations which are described by intra-regional contagion effect. These markets experienced both fast growth and key upheaval during the sample period, and thus, provide potentially rich information on the nature of border market interactions. Using the daily stock market index data from January 2002 to December 2016(breaking the 15 years data set into three sub periods; pre-crisis, crisis, and post crisis periods);particularly make attention to the global financial crisis of 20072008. The return and volatility spillovers are modeled through the GARCH(generalized autoregressive conditional heteroscedasticity),pairwise Granger causality tests, and the forecast error variance decomposition in a generalized VAR(vector auto regression) models. This paper shows that volatility and return spillovers behave very differently over time, during the pre-crisis, crisis, and post crisis periods. Importantly, Asian emerging stock markets interaction is less before the global financial crisis period. The return and volatility spillover indices touch their respective historical peaks during the global financial crisis 20072008,however Bangladeshi market faces this condition in 20092010.

In order to study the dynamic characteristics of hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission(HMCVT)under ploughing and sowing conditions,a complete simulation model of HMCVT is established based on AMESim software,including mechanical transmission model,pump controlled hydraulic motor speed control model and section changing hydraulic system *** addition,the dynamic model of tractor is *** order to verify the correctness of the simulation model,a test-bed is *** test of tractor running speed and the test of pump controlled hydraulic motor system were carried out on the *** test results show that the simulation model of pump control hydraulic system can correctly reflect the change of transmission ratio of pump controlled hydraulic motor,and the simulation model can reflect the actual working condition change of ***,the correctness of the previous simulation model based on AMESim is *** on the simulation model established by AMESim,the dynamic characteristics of HMCVT under ploughing and sowing conditions are *** results show that:Under ploughing condition,the planetary platoon will have strong impact at the moment of throttle opening and changing *** sowing condition,the HMCVT will have a great impact at the time of variable cross section,but the variation range of rodent force decreases and the changing trend tends to be stable.

Present article aims to discuss the characteristics of Casson type nanofluid maintained to flow through porous medium over non-linear stretching surface in the perspective of heat and mass transfer developments.A Casson type incompressible viscous nanofluid passes through the given porous medium via Darcy-Forchheimer *** boundary conditions are used for velocity,temperature and concentration of the *** diffusion and thermophoresis is *** induced magnetic field effect is involved to accentuate the thermo-physical characteristics of the *** model incorporates boundary layer formulations and small magnetic Reynolds for practical validity.A fourth order Runge-Kutta(RK)scheme is enforced to solve the system *** are prepared for various progressive values of non-dimensionalized parameters whereas;variation in wall drag factor,heat and mass transfer rates is analyzed through numerical *** indicate that momentum boundary layer reduces for stronger inertial impact and the resistance offered by the porous media to the fluid *** is found as a progressive function for the Brownianmotion factor and *** magnitude of wall drag factor,heat transfer and masstransfer rates shows reduction for progressive values of slip parameters.

The Himalaya harbor rich floristic diversity which is of immense scientific interest and socio-economic *** this study, floristic diversity of a remote alpine valley has been studied based on information extracted from remotely sensed satellite data along with field surveys undertaken during *** of vegetation information from satellite data revealed that ~75% of the area is covered with natural vegetation which comprises lush green coniferous forests, alpine pastures and alpine scrub *** inputs from vegetation information extracted from satellite data, comprehensive field surveys were planned to document the floristic diversity of the *** of species composition showed a total of 285 plant species,belonging to 191 genera in 60 *** these, 250 species are herbs, 14 shrubs, 2 sub-shrubs and 19 *** dicotyledons are represented by 240 species, monocotyledons 30, gymnosperms 04, andpteriodophytes 11 *** is the largest family with 35 *** the present study, 5species（Corydalis cashmeriana, Hippophae rhamnoides, Primula minutissima, Saussurea sacra and Inula orientalis） have been recorded for the first time from this Himalayan *** study demonstrates the benefits of geo-informatics in floristic studies, particularly the robustness of remotely sensed data in identifying areas with potentially high species richness, which would be otherwise difficult in a complex mountainous terrain using traditional floristic surveys *** present study is expected to provide baseline scientific data for cutting edge studies relating to long term ecological research, bioprospecting, possible impacts of changing climate on vegetation and sustainable use of plant resources in this Himalayan region.

In this paper we classify Bianchi type Ⅷ and IX space-times according to their teleparallel Killing vector fields in the teleparallel theory of gravitation by using a direct integration technique. It turns out that the dimensions of the teleparallel Killing vector fields are either 4 or 5. From the above study we have shown that the Killing vector fields for Bianchi type Ⅷ and Ⅸ space-times in the context of teleparallel theory are different from that in general relativity.

The propagation characteristics of the surface-plasmon-polariton （SPP） mode in the single interface of silver （Ag） and gallium lanthanum sulfide （GLS） have been studied both analytically and numerically. The obtained numerical results show an excellent agreement with the analytical ones. The locations of the spatial resonance point along the direction of propagation were determined for the dielectric and the metal.

In this article we discuss Noether conservation laws admitted by a Lagrangian L = gab(dx^a/ds)(dx^b/ds)of a test particle moving in the field of a general plane symmetric non-static spacetime metric. In this context, we first present a general solution representing a Noether symmetry vector subject to differential constraints satisfied by the general plane symmetric non-static metric. We then use a class of plane symmetric non-static metrics obtained by Feroze et al. and discuss, in each case, Noether conservation laws in comparison with Killing symmetries.

Optimal engine torque management,a fundamental objective,depends predominantly on engine speed tracking *** ensures to attain desired speed profile in the presence of uncertainties,disturbances and *** the other hand,certain requirements such as emissions control,fuel efficiency and drivability are degraded in case of poorspeed ***,constraints on engine speed tracking performance are even more stringent for hybrid power-train architecture as crankshaft speed and engine torque are the basic variables for coordinated *** tracking is also considered essential for gearshift control ofthe automatic *** this research work,a framework for fault-tolerant speed tracking of the gasoline engine is proposed using the First Principle-based Engine Model(FPEM).A high-fidelity direct relationship between fuel injection input and engine speed is derived by the transformation of *** is induced in the fuel injection subsystem to generate the torque *** the proposed framework,a second-order sliding mode-based control technique is applied to track desired speed profile by mitigating the faultsin the fuel injection *** data acquired from the engine test rig is used to demonstrate the offline validity and fault tolerance capabilities of the proposed framework in MATLAB/Simulink.
