The basic equations for a homogeneous and isotropic thermo-magnetoviscoelastic medium are formulated based on three different theories, i.e., the GreenLindsay(G-L) theory, the coupled(CD) theory, and the Lord-Shulman(L-S) theory. The variable thermal conductivity is considered as a linear function of the temperature. Using suitable non-dimensional variables, these basic equations are solved via the eigenvalue approach. The medium is initially assumed to be stress-free and subject to a thermal *** numerical results reveal that the viscosity, the two-temperature parameter, the gravity term, and the magnetic field significantly influence the distribution of the physical quantities of the thermoelastic medium.

In recent years,the Internet of Things(IoT)technology has been considered one of the most attractive fields for researchers due to its aspirations and implications for society and life as a *** IoT environment contains vast numbers of devices,equipment,and heterogeneous users who generate massive amounts of ***,things’entry into and exit fromIoT systems occur dynamically,changing the topology and content of IoT networks very ***,managing IoT environments is among the most pressing *** paper proposes an adaptive and dynamic scheme for managing IoT environments is *** management scheme depends on the use of previous management methodologies,considering two main *** first factor is network status,which is determined in *** second factor is a management method’s suitability according to its desired *** test the proposed management scheme,a simulation environment is created using *** metrics used to measure the management scheme performance are bandwidth consumption,energy consumption,packet loss,throughput,delay,usage rate of individualmanagement techniques,and *** simulation results prove that the proposed management scheme outperformed the individual 6LowPANSNMP,CoAP,and LWM2M management schemes.

Background:Ecological processes such as seedling establishment,biotic interactions,and mortality can leave footprints on species spatial structure that can be detectable through spatial point-pattern analysis(SPPA).Being widely used in plant ecology,SPPA is increasingly carried out to describe biotic interactions and interpret patternprocess ***,some aspects are still subjected to a non-negligible debate such as required sample size(in terms of the number of points and plot area),the link between the low number of points and frequently observed random(or independent)patterns,and relating patterns to *** this paper,an overview of SPPA is given based on rich and updated literature providing guidance for ecologists(especially beginners)on summary statistics,uni-/bi-/multivariate analysis,unmarked/marked analysis,types of marks,*** ambiguities in SPPA are also ***:SPPA has a long history in plant ecology and is based on a large set of summary statistics aiming to describe species spatial *** mechanisms known to be responsible for species spatial patterns are actually investigated in different biomes and for different *** processes,plant environmental conditions,and human intervention are interrelated and are key drivers of plant spatial *** spite of being not recommended,small sample sizes are more common in *** some areas,periodic forest inventories and permanent plots are scarce although they are key tools for spatial data availability and plant dynamic ***:The spatial position of plants is an interesting source of information that helps to make hypotheses about processes responsible for plant spatial *** the continuous progress of SPPA,some ambiguities require further clarifications.

Metabolic diseases such as nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)are rising in incidence and are an increasingly common cause of cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).The gut microbiome is closely connected to the liver via the portal vein,and has recently been identified as a predictor of liver disease *** in NAFLD,cirrhosis and HCC have identified certain microbial signatures associated with these diseases,with the disease-associated microbiome changes collectively referred to as *** pathophysiologic underpinnings of these observations are an area of ongoing investigation,with current evidence demonstrating that the gut microbiome can influence liver disease and carcinogenesis via effects on intestinal permeability(leaky gut)and activation of the innate immune *** the innate immune system,pathogen recognition receptors(Toll like receptors)on resident liver cells and macrophages cause liver inflammation,fibrosis,hepatocyte proliferation and reduced antitumor immunity,leading to chronic liver disease and ***-associated changes include increase in secondary bile acids and reduced expression of FXR(nuclear receptor),which have also been associated with deleterious effects on lipid and carbohydrate metabolism associated with progressive liver *** experimental and clinical studies are needed in different populations to examine these questions *** role of therapeutics that modulate the microbiome is an emerging field with experimental studies showing the potential of diet,probiotics,fecal microbiota transplantation and prebiotics in improving liver disease in experimental *** studies are ongoing with preliminary evidence showing improvement in liver enzymes and *** microbial profile is different in responders to cancer immunotherapy including liver cancer,but whether or not manipulation of the microbiome can be utilized to affect response is being investigated.

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is one of the most prevalent causes of chronic liver disease *** the last decade it has become the third most common indication for liver transplantation in the United *** prevalence of NAFLD in the general population also poses a risk to organ donation,as allograft steatosis can be associated with non-function of the ***-transplant survival is comparable between NAFLD and non-NAFLD causes of liver disease,although long term outcomes beyond 10 year are *** can recur in the allograft frequently although thus far post transplant survival has not been *** novo NAFLD can also occur in the allograft of patients transplanted for non-NAFLD liver *** for NAFLD post-transplant recurrence include obesity,hyperlipidemia and diabetes as well as steroid dose after liver transplantation.A polymorphism in PNPLA3 that mediates triglyceride hydrolysis and is linked to pre-transplant risk of obesity and NAFLD has also been linked to post transplant NAFLD *** immunosuppression side effects potentiate obesity and the metabolic syndrome,studies of immunosuppression modulation and trials of specific immunosuppression regimens post-transplant are lacking in this patient *** on pre-transplant data,sustained weight loss through diet and exercise is the most effective therapy for *** agents occasionally utilized in NAFLD prior to transplantation include vitamin E and insulin-sensitizing *** of these therapies are lacking in the post-transplant population.A multimodality and multidisciplinary approach to treatment should be utilized in management of post-transplant NAFLD.

Recently,Internet of Things(IoT)technology has provided logistics services to many disciplines such as agriculture,industry,and ***,it has become one of the most important scientific research *** IoT to military domain has many challenges such as fault tolerance and *** this paper,IoT technology is applied on the military field to create an Internet of Military Things(IoMT)***,the architecture of the aforementioned IoMT system is *** architecture consists of four main layers:Communication,information,application,and decision *** layers provided a fault tolerant coverage communication system for IoMT ***,it implemented data reduction methods such as filtering,compression,abstraction,and data prioritization queuing system to guarantee QoS for the transmitted ***,it used decision support technology and IoMT application unification ***,to evaluate the IoMT system,an intensive simulation environment is constructed using the network simulation package,*** simulation results proved that the proposed IoMT system outperformed the traditional military system with regard to the performance metrics,packet loss,end-to-end delay,throughput,energy consumption ratio,and data reduction rate.

The present paper is concerned with the wave propagation in a micropolar thermoelastic solid with distinct two temperatures under the effect of the magnetic field in the presence of the gravity field and an internal heat *** formulation of the problem is applied in the context of the three-phase-lag model and Green-Naghdi theory without *** medium is a homogeneous isotropic thermoelastic in the *** exact expressions of the considered variables are obtained by using normal mode *** are made with the results in the two theories in the absence and presence of the magnetic field as well as the two-temperature parameter.A comparison is also made in the two theories for different values of an internal heat source.

In the present work,we investigate the structural and elastic properties of a new intermetallic hydride compound Mg 3 CuH *** theoretical study has been carried out based on density functional theory(DFT),within local density approximation(LDA)and generalized gradient approximation(GGA).The calculated structural parameters of Mg 3 CuH 0.6 compound are consistent with the available experimental data in both *** heat of formation found shows that this compound has a stable *** to Hooke’s law which leads to a linear relation between stress and strain,the elastic constants were *** the elastic constants are obtained,the bulk modulus B,shear modulus G,Young’s modulus E,Poisson’s ratioσ,for Mg 3 CuH 0.6 compound were deduced using Voigt-Reuss-Hill(VRH)*** results show that this alloy exhibit ductile ***,the Debye temperature is also calculated and discussed for the first *** will be considered as the first quantitative theoretical prediction of these properties.
