为延长生鲜牛肉货架期,本研究设计了一种等离子体活化水(plasma-activated water,PAW)耦合ε-聚赖氨酸盐酸盐(ε-polylysine hydrochloride,ε-PLH)、乳酸链球菌素(Nisin)的保鲜方法,并辅以六偏磷酸钠作为保水剂,探究此保鲜技术对生鲜牛肉的保鲜效果以及对贮藏期间品质变化的影响。结果表明,经PAW-ε-PLH-Nisin处理的牛肉经真空包装并于4℃条件下贮藏28 d后,其菌落总数为5.1(lg(CFU/g)),仍在可接受范围内;其总挥发性盐基氮值在贮藏21 d后为18.3 mg/100 g,保持在二级鲜度标准。对样品在贮藏期间的红度、质构、感官评分、硫代巴比妥酸反应物含量、脂肪酸组成、总巯基含量、羰基含量等的检测分析发现,PAW-ε-PLH-Nisin处理能显著提高牛肉红色,保持牛肉质构和感官评分的贮藏稳定性,延缓牛肉脂质和蛋白质氧化,并维持脂肪酸贮藏稳定性。以上研究表明,PAW-ε-PLH-Nisin在生鲜牛肉保鲜领域具有较高的应用潜力与开发价值。

Carbonyl iron absorbers(CI)face significant challenges in practical applications,such as corrosion,interface bonding failure,detachment,and high maintenance ***,we have developed intelligent self-healing technology based on proactive/passive mechanisms via in situ synthesis of self-healing factors(polydopamine/benzotriazole(PDA/BTA))and physical barrier layers(SiO_(2)/1,1,1,3,3,3-hexamethyl disilazane,SiO_(2)/HMDS)to enhance corrosion resistance,while also being compatible with efficient microwave absorption *** unique multiscale structure gives full play to the utilization of the roles of each functional layer,including the intelligent self-healing features of PDA/BTA,physical shielding and spatial confinement characteristics of SiO_(2)/HMDS,and magnetic-dielectric synergistic mechanism resulted from the good impedance matching characteristics,the conduction loss,the interfacial polarization loss and natural *** asfabricated composites achieved an exceptional minimum reflection loss value of-55.4 dB at 10.7 GHz and the effective absorption band of 7.6 ***,it still exhibits obvious self-healing and corrosion resistance characteristics after 360 h corrosion treatment,ascribed to the self-healing mechanism of PDA/BTA and the blocking intervention effect of SiO_(2)/*** work is considered to pave the way for the synthesis of high-performance magnetic absorbers,especially in enhancing their intelligent self-healing ability in corrosive environments.

Two prediction models are developed to predict the number of landfalling tropical cyclones(LTCs) in China during June–August(JJA). One is a statistical model using preceding predictors from the observation, and the other is a hybrid model using both the aforementioned preceding predictors and concurrent summer large-scale environmental conditions from the NCEP Climate Forecast System version 2(CFSv2).(1) For the statistical model, the year-to-year increment method is adopted to analyze the predictors and their physical processes, and the JJA number of LTCs in China is then predicted by using the previous boreal summer sea surface temperature(SST) in Southwest Indonesia,preceding October South Australia sea level pressure, and winter SST in the Sea of Japan. The temporal correlation coefficient between the observed and predicted number of LTCs during 1983–2017 is 0.63.(2) For the hybrid prediction model, the prediction skill of CFSv2 initiated each month from February to May in capturing the relationships between summer environmental conditions(denoted by seven potential factors: three steering factors and four genesis factors) and the JJA number of LTCs is firstly evaluated. For the 2-and 1-month leads, CFSv2 has successfully reproduced these relationships. For the 4-, 3-, and 2-month leads, the predictor of geopotential height at 500 h Pa over the western North Pacific(WNP) shows the worst forecasting skill among these factors. In general, the summer relative vorticity at 850 h Pa over the WNP is a modest predictor, with stable and good forecasting skills at all lead times.
