Efficient intracellular delivery of protein drugs is critical for protein therapy.The combination of protein drugs with chemotherapeutics represents a promising strategy in enhancing anti-cancer effect.However,co-delivery systems for efficient delivery of these two kinds of drugs are still lacking because of their different properties.Herein,we show a well-designed delivery system based on dynamic covalent bond for efficient intracellular co-delivery of ribonuclease A(RNase A)and doxorubicin(DOX).Two polymers,PEG-b-P(Asp-co-AspDA)and PAE-b-P(Asp-co-AspPBA),and two 2-acetylphenylboronic acid(2-APBA)-functionalized drugs,2-APBA-RNase A and 2-APBA-DOX,self-assemble into mixed-shell nanoparticles(RNase A/DOX@MNPs)via dynamic phenylboronic acid(PBA)-catechol bond between PBA and dopamine(DA)moieties.The PBA-catechol bond endows the nanoparticles with high stability and excellent stimulus-responsive drug release behavior.Under the slight acidic environment at tumor tissue,RNase A/DOX@MNPs are positively charged,promoting their endocytosis.Upon cellular uptake into endosome,further protonation of PAE chains leads to the rupture of endosomes because of the proton sponge effect and the cleavage of PBA-catechol bond promotes the release of two drugs.In cytoplasm,the high level of GSH removed the modification of 2-APBA on drugs.The restored RNase A and DOX show a synergistic and enhanced antic-cancer effect.This system may be a promising platform for intracellular co-delivery of protein drugs and chemotherapeutics.

Min-max disagreements are an important generalization of the correlation clustering problem(CorCP).It can be defined as follows.Given a marked complete graph G=(V,E),each edge in the graph is marked by a positive label"+"or a negative label"_"based on the similarity of the connected vertices.The goal is to find a clustering C of vertices V,so as to minimize the number of disagreements at the vertex with the most disagreements.Here,the disagreements are the positive cut edges and the negative non-cut edges produced by clustering C.This paper considers two robust min-max disagreements:min-max disagreements with outliers and min-max disagreements with penalties.Given parameter δ∈(0,1/14),we first provide a threshold-based iterative clustering algorithm based on LP-rounding technique,which is a(1/δ,7/(1-14δ))-bi-criteria approximation algorithm for both the min-max disagreements with outliers and the min-max disagreements with outliers on one-sided complete bipartite graphs.Next,we verify that the above algorithm can achieve an approximation ratio of 21 for min-max disagreements with penalties when we set parameter δ=1/21.

Flexible perovskite solar cells have attracted widespread attention due to their unique advantages in lightweight,high flexibility,and easy deformation,which are suitable for portable electronics.However,the inverted(p-i-n)structured devices suffer from poor stability largely due to the low adhesion at the brittle interface(the hole transport layer/perovskite).Herein,zeolitic imidazolate framework-67(ZIF-67)is applied to inverted structured cells to optimize the interface and prolong the device lifetime.As a result,the flexible devices based on ZIF-67 obtain the champion power conversion efficiency of 20.16%.Over 1000 h under continuous light irradiation,the device retains 96%and 80%of its original efficiency without and with bias,respectively.Notably,devices show mechanical endurance with over 78%efficiency retention after 10,000 cycles of consecutive bending cycles(R=6 mm).The introduction of ZIF-67 suppresses the cracking in device bending,which results in improved environmental stability and bending durability.

Natural polysaccharides named PEP-0.1-1， PEP-0-1 and PEP-0-2 from edible mushroom species Pleurotus eryngii were obtained in the present study. Results showed that molecular weights of these polysaccharides were 3235 kDa， 2041 kDa and 23933 Da， respectively. Further， structural characterization revealed that PEP-0.1-1 had a →4-α-D-Glcp-1→ backbone and contained →4)-α-D-Glcp and →4)-β-D-Glcp reducing end groups. PEP-0-1 backbone contained →4-α-D-Glcp-1→ and →6-α-3-O-Me-D-Galp-1→， and the side chains contained α-D-Glcp， β-D-manp-1→ and α-D-Glcp-3→. However， PEP-0-2 backbone consisted of →4-α-D-Glcp-1→ and →6-α-3-O-Me-D-Galp-(1→6)-α-D-Galp-1→ while the side chains contained α-D-Glcp and β-D-manp-1→. Biological activity analysis was then carried out and found that all these polysaccharides could significantly suppress the relative mRNA expression of TLR4， nitric oxide (NO)， TNF-α， IL-1β and IL-6 in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced inflammation of RAW 264.7 cells， as well as the over secretion of the above cell cytokines. Moreover， western blotting analysis revealed that all these purified fractions displayed significant inhibition effects on the expression of JNK protein induced by LPS in maPK pathway， along with the relieving on the inhibition effect of LPS on IκB-α protein expression. In summary， the information generated by the present study could provide a theoretical basis for the exploration of novel healthy food materials from edible mushroom with anti-inflammation activities.

All-inorganic CsPbIBr_(2) perovskite has attracted widespread attention in photovoltaic and other optoelectronic devices because of its superior thermal stability.However,the deposition of high-quality solutionprocessed CsPbIBr_(2) perovskite films with large thicknesses remains challenging.Here,we develop a triple-component precursor(TCP) by employing lead bromide,lead iodide,and cesium bromide,to replace the most commonly used double-component precursor(DCP) consisting of lead bromide and cesium iodide.Remarkably,the TCP system significantly increases the solution concentration to 1.3 M,leading to a larger film thickness(~390 nm) and enhanced light absorption.The resultant CsPbIBr_(2) films were evaluated in planar n-i-p structured solar cells,which exhibit a considerably higher optimal photocurrent density of 11.50 ma cm^(-2) in comparison to that of DCP-based devices(10.69 ma cm^(-2)).By adopting an organic surface passivator,the maximum device efficiency using TCP is further boosted to a record efficiency of 12.8% for CsPbIBr_(2) perovskite solar cells.

伪装目标检测(camouflage object detection,COD)在众多领域中有着重要的应用前景。现有COD算法主要针对特征表达以及特征融合的问题进行研究,但是忽略了目标边缘特征的提取和推断目标真实区域的位置。针对上述问题,提出了基于边缘注意力及反向定位的伪装目标检测算法。算法由边缘注意力模块(edge attention module,EAM)、临近融合模块(close integration module,CIM)和反向定位模块(reverse positioning module,RPM)构成。EAM模块用于特征编码阶段,增强从Res2Net-50主干网络提取的多级特征的表达,突出边缘特征。CIM模块促进多层次特征的融合,减少特征信息丢失。使用RPM模块处理来自不同特征金字塔的粗糙预测图,反向定位目标的真实区域,推断出真实目标。在3个公开数据集上的实验表明,该算法优于其他8个最新模型。在COD10K数据集上,平均绝对误差(mean absolute error,maE)达到了0.038。

为了应对视觉目标跟踪中常见的目标尺寸变化、运动模糊、目标被遮挡、目标受相似物干扰等问题,提出一种基于补偿注意力机制的Siamese网络跟踪算法CDAM-Siam。首先采用Res Net-50网络构建Siamese的骨干网络以进行不同层次的特征提取,加深网络同时充分利用不同层所提取的特征;其次在骨干网络中融入具有补偿机制的双重注意力网络CDAM,强化特征图中的有效特征并减弱一些边缘特征,以提高CDAM-Siam算法面对复杂场景时的鲁棒性;最后构建特征融合网络并将其添加到主干网络中,对来自不同层次的特征图进行有效融合以获得高分辨率和信息丰富的特征图,最终实现准确的目标跟踪。在GOT-10K和You Tube-BB数据集上对CDAM-Siam算法进行训练后,在OTB100数据集上进行检测,结果表明,CDAM-Siam的跟踪成功率和精度分别达到68.3%和89.5%,在面临跟踪任务中的常见挑战时其仍能保持较好的跟踪效果,跟踪速度可达56帧/s,满足实时跟踪需求;在VOT2018数据集中的测试结果显示,该算法的准确率、鲁棒性和平均重叠率分别可达53.8%、39.4%和26.5%。

目的观察耳聋左慈丸联合西医疗法治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效,并分析其作用机制。方法选择2022年1月—2022年12月于医院耳鼻喉科治疗的200例慢性分泌性中耳炎患者,采用随机数字表法将上述患者分为对照组和试验组,每组100例,对照组患者予以西医常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上予以耳聋左慈丸治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状和不良反应情况,以及治疗前后听力水平、耳积液炎症因子水平变化。结果对照组患者的有效率为(80.00%,80/100),试验组患者的有效率为(90.00%,90/100),与对照组比较,试验组的有效率明显升高(P0.05);治疗后3周后,试验组患者的ETDQ-7水平相较于对照组均明显下降(P0.05);干预完成后,试验组患者耳积液中IL-1β、IL-8以及TNF-α水平相较于对照组均明显下降(P0.05)。结论耳聋左慈丸联合西医疗法治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎具有良好的临床效果,提高患者听力水平,改善临床症状,抑制局部炎症反应,且无不良反应增加。
