Efficient intracellular delivery of protein drugs is critical for protein *** combination of protein drugs with chemotherapeutics represents a promising strategy in enhancing anti-cancer ***,co-delivery systems for efficient delivery of these two kinds of drugs are still lacking because of their different ***,we show a well-designed delivery system based on dynamic covalent bond for efficient intracellular co-delivery of ribonuclease A(RNase A)and doxorubicin(DOX).Two polymers,PEG-b-P(Asp-co-AspDA)and PAE-b-P(Asp-co-AspPBA),and two 2-acetylphenylboronic acid(2-APBA)-functionalized drugs,2-APBA-RNase A and 2-APBA-DOX,self-assemble into mixed-shell nanoparticles(RNase A/DOX@MNPs)via dynamic phenylboronic acid(PBA)-catechol bond between PBA and dopamine(DA)*** PBA-catechol bond endows the nanoparticles with high stability and excellent stimulus-responsive drug release *** the slight acidic environment at tumor tissue,RNase A/DOX@MNPs are positively charged,promoting their *** cellular uptake into endosome,further protonation of PAE chains leads to the rupture of endosomes because of the proton sponge effect and the cleavage of PBA-catechol bond promotes the release of two *** cytoplasm,the high level of GSH removed the modification of 2-APBA on *** restored RNase A and DOX show a synergistic and enhanced antic-cancer *** system may be a promising platform for intracellular co-delivery of protein drugs and chemotherapeutics.

The increasing demands of multifunctional organic electronics require advanced organic semiconducting materials to be developed and significant improvements to be made to device performance. Thus, it is necessary to gain an in-depth understanding of the film growth process, electronic states, and dynamic structure-property relationship under realistic operation conditions, which can be obtained by in-situ/operando characterization techniques for organic devices. Here, the up-todate developments in the in-situ/operando optical, scanning probe microscopy, and spectroscopy techniques that are employed for studies of film morphological evolution, crystal structures, semiconductor-electrolyte interface properties, and charge carrier dynamics are described and summarized. These advanced technologies leverage the traditional static characterizations into an in-situ and interactive manipulation of organic semiconducting films and devices without sacrificing the resolution, which facilitates the exploration of the intrinsic structure-property relationship of organic materials and the optimization of organic devices for advanced applications.

Panax japonicus, which in the Tujia dialect is known as "Baisan Qi" and "Zhujieshen", is a classic "qi" drug of Tujia ethnomedicine and it has unique effects on disease caused by "qi" stagnation and blood *** paper serves as the basis of further scientific research and development of Panax japonicus. The pharmacology effects of molecular pharmacology were discussed and summarized. P. japonicus plays an important role on several diseases, such as rheumatic arthritis, cancer, cardiovascular agents, and this review provides new insights into P. japonicus as promising agents to substitute ginseng and notoginseng.

In the present study,four new sesquiterpenoids,chimonols A–D(compounds 1–4),together with four known compounds(5–8) were isolated from the Et OAc extract of Chimonanthus praecox *** structures of these new compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic techniques(UV,IR,MS,and 1 D and 2 D NMR),and their absolute configurations were established by comparing experimental and calculated electronic circular dichroism(ECD) *** 1–8 were evaluated for antimicrobial activities and the minimum inhibitory concentrations(MICs) were determined by the broth microdilution method in 96-well culture *** 1,2,and 7 exhibited weak antibacterial effects for ***(ATCC 6538),***(ATCC 11775),and ***(ATCC 10145) with MIC values being 158–249 μg·mL^(-1).Compounds 3–7 showed activities against ***(ATCC 2001) and ***(ATCC 43300) with MIC values being 128–197 μg·mL^(-1).Compounds 1–4 showed activity against ***(ATCC 25923) with MIC values being 162–254 μg·mL^(-1).The present study provided a basis for future evaluation of these compounds as antibacterial agents.

基于配送周期的客户分组以个体最佳配送日期为主要分组标准,基于空间距离的客户分组以客户空间距离的邻近程度为主要分组标准.为了说明客户分组对配送调度方案的影响,构造了均匀分布于50,100,200 km2范围内的3组模拟客户集合,分别基于配送周期以及空间距离进行客户分组研究,得到了相应的分组方案及系统总费用.结果表明,基于配送周期的分组方案在客户分布较为密集时较有优势,基于空间距离的分组方案在客户分布较为分散时较有优势.

基于时空图像法监测流量的测量误差分析

流量测量是开展水文分析和水资源管理的必要任务,有助于了解河流的水量变化,预测洪水风险,优化水资源分配。传统接触式测流方法装置布设复杂、测量效率低,以视频测流为代表的非接触式方法极大地提高施测效率,降低了成本,但对测流结果的误差分析不足,导致测流结果在水文分析与水资源管理中的应用存在风险。为分析视频测流误差,在通过视频图像法计算断面水位、时空图像法(Space-time Image Velocity,STIV)计算断面流速的基础上,假定单次测量的误差分布,推求了水位和流速测量误差、流量测算误差及其主要来源。并定义了误差平均带宽(EAB)来定量评估误差的大小。以栾川县养子沟流域为对象开展实例研究,结果表明:在水位或流速快速上升阶段,测量误差区间较小;仅考虑水位的不确定性、仅考虑流速的不确定性,以及同时考虑水位和流速的不确定性时流量测量误差平均带宽(EAB)值分别为4.98%、10.83%和15.83%,流速测量不确定性对流量的影响比水位测量不确定性对流量的影响更大。考虑水位与流速不确定性影响的视频测流方法有利于提高流量测量准确性,为流域水资源管理提供可靠的数据支撑,特别是在需要对不断变化的水体状况进行监测和响应的情况下。对误差的深入理解也有助于改进视频测流技术,以减小误差并提高其在实际应用中的可靠性。

在磁性SiO_2@Fe_3O_4纳米微球表面原位合成包覆不同含量的Y-MOF,从而制备出新型磁性Y-MOF@SiO_2@Fe_3O_4催化剂。采用XRD、TEM、FT-IR、VSM和N_2吸附-脱附测试等手段对催化剂的结构进行表征,并且评价了催化剂对苯胺和丙烯酸甲酯的Aza-Micheal加成反应性能。结果表明Y-MOF能均匀包覆在磁性SiO_2@Fe_3O_4纳米微球表面,形成具有核壳结构的磁性YMOF@SiO_2@Fe_3O_4催化剂,催化剂具有良好的超顺磁性。Y-MOF含量为43.3%(w/w)的Y-MOF@SiO_2@Fe_3O_4催化剂,在苯胺和丙烯酸甲酯的Aza-Micheal加成反应表现出最好的催化性能,丙烯酸甲酯的转化率为88.3%时,N-(β-甲氧碳酰乙基)苯胺的选择性可达99.8%。反应后的催化剂可以通过外磁场容易回收,并且重复使用5次其转化率和选择性没有明显下降。

Synthesis of rare earth metal-organic frameworks(Ln-MOFs) and their properties of adsorption desulfurization

The rare earth metal-organic frameworks （Ln-MOFs） materials, Ln（BTC）（H2O）-（DMF）, were synthesized using the rare earth metal （Ln=Sm, Eu, Tb, Y） and 1,3,5-trirnesic acid （BTC） as a metal ion center and ligand, respectively. X-ray diffraction （XRD） and infrared spectroscopy （FT-IR） were employed to characterize the Ln-MOFs structural features. The property of adsorption desul- furization of Ln-MOFs materials was evaluated with thiophene/n-octane as model oil. The results showed that Ln-MOFs with rare earth metals Sm, Eu, Tb and Y had perfect crystalline and good adsorption desulfurization ability. Y（BTC）（H2O）-（DMF） material had a comparatively better activity for the adsorption desulfurization with desulfurization rate up to 80.7% and the sulfur adsorption ca- pacity was found 30.7 mgS/g（Y-MOFs）. The Ln-MOFs materials had excellent reusability.
