Despite a plethora of studies on how corporate social responsibility(CSR)generates favorable consumer outcomes,the existing literature provides limited insights about how CSR may affect inter-consumer connection and brand community *** consumer engagement in the brand community is one of the key marketing objectives for strengthening the brand-consumer *** study aims to explore the role of corporate social responsibility in enhancing brand community engagement and examines the dual mediating role of brand identification and community *** research was conducted and an adapted questionnaire was *** data were collected from 405 Chinese consumers,and structural equational modeling was used to test the *** demonstrated that CSR motivates consumers to engage with the brand ***,brand identification and community identification perform the role of partial mediators.

The present study on the sediment production in natural forests was carried out on an 13,284 ha area,ocated in Guilan Province, in the north of Iran. This area is under intensive management. We first analyzed the physi- sal factors of the area. Then, the amount of road construction, afforestation and harvested wood volume, as well as the harvesting method in the region were determined for the years between 1993 and 2010. The results show that the aver- age annual amount of sediment production in the entire region, over this 18-year period, has increased annually at a rate of 3.54 ***-2 （R2 = 0.56） at a confidence level of 95%. Operations management and management methods used in ：his forest area has affected the amount of sediment production. Clear cutting and extensive harvesting methods in the region caused an increase in the amount of sediment production, as indicated by a coefficient of determination of 0.71, mplying that forest management may be considered effective and in harmony with the environment.

Objective:To compare the protein profile of culture supernatants in stimulated and unstimulated human fibroblasts to find some proteins indicating the presence of fibroblasts and their activation ***:Dermal fibroblasts were stimulated with phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate(PMA)/ionomycine for 72 *** assay was done to determine cell viability and A/E fluorescent staining was used to evaluate the cell death *** analysis was performed by gradient SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis 8%–16%.Results:The supernatant of 24 h cultured both stimulated and unstimulated fibroblasts showed two bands in SDS-PAGE analysis with relative molecular weights of 8.59 and78.8 k *** bands density was decreased during the next 48 h in unstimulated cells while their expression was continued in PMA or PMA/ionomycine stimulated cells and a new 85.3 k Da band was appeared in unstimulated and 72 h PMA stimulated ***,we found another seven small size(10–19.5 k Da) proteins in supernatants of48 h and 72 h unstimulated but not in PMA or PMA/Ionomycine stimulated *** of these proteins expression were down regulated following fibroblast *** down-regulation is consistent with our finding that PMA or PMA/ionomycine stimulated cells exhibited a significant level of apoptosis cell ***:Human fibroblasts produce some small to intermediate sized proteins with specific SDS-PAGE profile upon cell *** of these proteins can be excreted in urine and can be immunogen theoretically so this data provided a reliable clue for fibrosis biomarker screening based on designation of an appropriated immunoassay.

Nowadays,due to the increase in information resources,the number of parameters and complexity of feature vectors *** offermore practical solutions instead of exact solutions for the solution of this *** Emperor PenguinOptimizer(EPO)is one of the highest performing meta-heuristic algorithms of recent times that imposed the gathering behavior of emperor *** shows the superiority of its performance over a wide range of optimization problems thanks to its equal chance to each penguin and its fast convergence *** traditional EPO overcomes the optimization problems in continuous search space,many problems today shift to the binary search ***,in this study,using the power of traditional EPO,binary EPO(BEPO)is presented for the effective solution of binary-nature *** algorithm uses binary search space instead of searching solutions like conventional EPO algorithm in continuous search *** this purpose,the sigmoidal functions are preferred in determining the emperor *** addition,the boundaries of the search space remain constant by choosing binary ***’s performance is evaluated over twenty-nine benchmarking *** evaluations are made to reveal the superiority of the BEPO *** addition,the performance of the BEPO algorithm was evaluated for the binary feature selection *** experimental results reveal that the BEPO algorithm outperforms the existing binary meta-heuristic algorithms in both tasks.

Objective:To study the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity of Butia capitata(***)leaf extracts along with phytochemical analysis of the proposed bioactive ***:Different successive extracts of *** *** were prepared with selective organic solvents and screened for their anti-inflammatory activities in tested animals and invitro antioxidant *** extensive phytochemical investigation of the bioactive extracts through paper chromatography,thin layer chromatography,column chromatography,gasliquid chromatography(GLC),high pressure liquid chromatography and spectral ***,ultraviolet,hydrogen and carbon nuclear magnetic resonance,electron ionization-mass spectrometry,heteronuclear multiple bond correlation and heteronuclear multiple quantum correlation were carried out Results:Results showed that different extracts possess promising antioxidant effect and significant anti-inflammatory activity with variable *** results of the phytochemical investigation of the bioactive extracts revealed the presence of volatile substances,lipoidal matter,α-tocopherol,free sugars,polysaccharides and flavonoidal ***:*** leaf extracts were shown to possess variable antioxidant effect,the most promising was methanol extract Both polar and non polar extracts were proved to have anti-inflammatory activity,the non polar extract was superior in this respect The bioactivity of the extracts was ascribed to the presence of flavonoids,sterols andα-tocopherol.

The outbreak of Covid-19 has taken the lives of many patients so *** symptoms of COVID-19 include muscle pains,loss of taste and smell,coughs,fever,and sore throat,which can lead to severe cases of breathing difficulties,organ failure,and ***,the early detection of the virus is very ***-19 can be detected using clinical tests,making us need to know the most important symptoms/features that can enhance the decision *** this work,we propose a modified multilayer perceptron(MLP)with feature selection(MLPFS)to predict the positive COVID-19 cases based on symptoms and features from patients’electronic medical records(EMR).MLPFS model includes a layer that identifies the most informative symptoms to minimize the number of symptoms base on their relative *** the model with only the highest informative symptoms can fasten the learning process and increase *** were conducted using three different COVID-19 datasets and eight different models,including the proposed *** show that MLPFS achieves the best feature reduction across all datasets compared to all other experimented ***,it outperforms the other models in classification results as well as time.

A series of（90–x）Li2B4O7-10Nb2O5-xNd2O3 glass samples（x=0, 5 mol.%, 10 mol.%, 15 mol.%, 20 mol.% and 25 mol.%） were synthesized using melt quenching technique. X-ray diffraction（XRD）, differential thermal analyzer（DTA）, Fourier transformed infrared（FTIR）, ultraviolet-visible-near-infrared（UV-Vis-NIR） spectrometer and photoluminescence（PL） spectroscopic characterizations were made to examine the influence of Nd3＋ concentration on the physical, structural and optical properties. Various physical properties such as glasses density, molar volume, thermal stability, ion concentration, polar on radius, inter-nuclear distance, field strength, cut-off wavelength, energy band gap and Urbach energy were calculated. The samples were amorphous in nature and confirmed from XRD pattern. The FTIR spectra revealed the presence of BO3 and BO4 functional groups. UV-Vis-NIR spectra exhibited nine prominent bands centered at 353, 430, 475, 524, 583, 681, 745, 803, 875 nm corresponding to the transitions from the ground state to ^4D（3/2）, ^2P（1/2）, ^2G（9/2）, ^4G（7/2）, ^4G（5/2）, ^4F（9/2）, ^4F（7/2）, ^4F（5/2）, ^4F（3/2） excited states, respectively. Moreover, the emission spectra at 355 nm excitation displayed three peaks centered at 903 nm（^4F（3/2）→^4I（9/2））, 1059 nm（^4F（3/2）→^4I（11/2）） and 1333 nm（^4F（3/2）→^4I（13/2））, respectively. Fluorescence lifetime was recorded between 53.69 to 28.43 μs. It was found that varying concentration of Nd^（3＋） ions strongly affected the physical, structural and optical properties of the glass samples.

AIM: To assess the impact of Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) genotypes and patient age and sex on the development of gastric ***: H. pylori-infected patients(n = 233) referred to the endoscopy unit at Tehran University of Medical Sciences(Tehran,Iran) were diagnosed with chronic gastritis(CG),gastric ulcer(GU),or duodenal ulcer(DU). Brucella blood agar was used for biopsy cultures and H. pylori isolation under microaerobic conditions. H. pylori isolates were confirmed with biochemical tests and through amplification of the 16 S r RNA gene. DNA was extracted from fresh cultures of the H. pylori isolates and used for amplification of vac A alleles and the cag A gene. Statistical analysis was performed to determine the association between H. pylori genotypes,age( 40 years) and sex of the patient,and gastric ***: CG was the most prevalent gastric disease(113/233; 48.5%),compared to GU(64/233; 27.5%)and DU(56/233; 24%). More patients were male,and gastric diseases were more frequent in patients > 40 years(P ale and female did not show a significant difference; however DU was more common in males(P 40 years was more common in females(18.5%) than males(11.6%)(P = 0.05),whereas a diagnosis of GU or DU in patients > 40 years was more frequent in males(14.6% vs 10.7% and 12.4% vs 4.3%,respectively). Overall,genotyping of the H. pylori isolates revealed that the vac A s1(82%),vac A m2(70%),and cag A+(72.5%) alleles were more frequent than vac A s2(18%),vac A m1(29.2%),and cag A-(all P alent within the three disease groups. vac A s1m2 frequency was 56.2% with a similar occurrence in all diagnoses,while vac A s1m1 appeared more often in DU patients(33.9%).
