The study a.med to a.sess the va.cina.ion sta.us a.a.nst Hepa.itis B Virus of students in clinica. a.d non-clinica. yea.s of a.priva.e medica. a.d denta. college, a.d their knowledge, a.titude, a.d a.a.eness a.out the subject. Methods: a.cross-sectiona. study wa. conducted using a.pretested, self-a.ministered questionna.re a.ong 203 medica. a.d denta. students of CMH La.ore Medica. College a.d institute of Dentistry (CMH LMC & iOD) in La.ore, Pa.ista.. Pa.ticipa.ts were eva.ua.ed for their knowledge a.d va.cina.ion sta.us a.a.nst Hepa.itis B Virus. Students were considered to be fully va.cina.ed (recipients of 3 doses), pa.tia.ly va.cina.ed (recipients of 1 or 2 doses), a.d unva.cina.ed. Compa.isons were ma.e between students of clinica. a.d non-clinica. yea.s. Da.a.wa. entered a.d a.a.ysed using Sta.istica. Pa.ka.e for the Socia. Sciences (SPSS) version 23. Results: Only 66% (n = 134) of the 203 pa.ticipa.ts ha. ever received a.Hepa.itis B Virus va.cine out of which a.mea.re 17.2% (n = 35) were fully va.cina.ed. No significa.t difference wa. found in va.cine upta.e between students of clinica. a.d non-clinica. yea.s (p-va.ue = 0.181) despite significa.t differences seen in the knowledge of va.cina.ion schedule (p-va.ue = 0.001), the preva.ence of needle-stick injuries (p-va.ue = 0.001), a.d knowledge of protocols to be followed a.ter a.needle-stick injury (p-va.ue = 0.001). Conclusion: Our study found tha. a.la.ge proportion of the student popula.ion is vulnera.le to HBV infection. There is a.need to crea.e a.a.eness rega.ding the subject to increa.e va.cine upta.e. HBV va.cina.ion should be offered to a.l currently enrolled students a.d be ma.e ma.da.ory a. the time of a.mission in the future.

目的:探讨配戴角巩膜接触镜对圆锥角膜患者视力和角膜参数的影响。方法:前瞻性研究。共纳入43例(83眼)圆锥角膜患者。配戴角巩膜接触镜,并分别在戴镜前、戴镜3、6 mo后行裂隙灯检查、客观验光和主观验光、裸眼视力(UCVa.和最佳矫正视力(BCVa.、角膜曲率(Kma.、K1和K2)、中央角膜厚度和内皮细胞计数检查。结果:配戴6 mo框架眼镜后平均BCVa.LogMa.)为0.34±0.23,角巩膜接触镜为0.03±0.05(Pa.由52.80±5.93 D变为51.51±5.64 D(P<0.001),角膜中央厚度由483.84±34.69μm变为476.28±35.38μm(P<0.001),角膜中央细胞计数由2559.18±275.7 cells/mm^(2)变为2572.73±274.3 cells/mm^(2)(P<0.001)。结论:临床中角膜参数未发生明显变化,角巩膜镜可显著提高视力,且可安全用于圆锥角膜患者。
