Objective:To evaluate the effect of trigonelline on bleom.cin-induced idiopathic pulm.nary fibrosis(IPF)and to explore its underlying m.chanism. using network ***:IPF was induced in C57BL/6 m.ce by a single intratracheal instillation of bleom.cin(5 m./kg).Trigonelline was adm.nistered at doses of 25,50,and 100 m./kg/day orally from.the 2nd day post-bleom.cin induction up to the 14th *** IPF-induced m.ce,lung coefficient,im.une cell infiltration in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid,and oxidative stress were *** alterations in lung tissues were also ***,network pharm.cology approach was conducted to reveal m.lecular interactions of bleom.cin and trigonelline with targets of ***:Trigonelline treatm.nt reduced bleom.cin-induced oxidative stress and im.une cell infiltration,and m.tigated physiological changes in the lung tissues of ***,trigonelline alleviated bleom.cin-induced histological alterations in lung *** pharm.cology analysis showed that bleom.cin and trigonelline interacted with IPF targets,such as NFKB1,HDAC2,HIF1A,and ***:The interaction of trigonelline with key IPF targets and its am.liorative effects on lung dam.ge and oxidative stress highlight its potential in treating *** m.y be considered an antifibrotic agent for further clinical developm.nt.

This editorial aim. to elucidate the intricate relationship between vitam.n D and viral *** explores the anticipated role of vitam.n D as a m.dulator in the im.une response against severe acute respiratory syndrom. coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)and other viral *** editorial com.ents are based on the review article by Engin et *** potential role of vitam.n D in m.dulating im.une responses has been highlighted by several studies,suggesting that it m.y influence both the risk and severity of *** D receptors are present in im.unocom.etent cells,which indicates that vitam.n D can potentially m.dulate innate and adaptive im.une *** context is relevant in the pathophysiology of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),where the im.une response to the virus can significantly im.act the disease progression and *** im.unom.dulatory effects of vitam.n D can protect against SARSCoV-2 infection by enhancing innate and adaptive im.une *** also m.intains the integrity of the body's physical barriers and m.dulates inflam.atory responses,thereby preventing entry and replication of the *** studies have suggested that adequate vitam.n D levels help alleviate m.rbidity and m.rtality associated with ***,vitam.n D supplem.ntation has been linked with a lower risk of severe disease and m.rtality in COVID-19 patients,particularly in those with a deficiency during seasons with less sunlight exposure.

Wet Chem.cal Synthesis of Entangled Nano-fibrous Conducting Polyaniline(PANI) m.sh: Effect of Heating and Stirring

An effect of heating and stirring in a facile wet chem.cal route to synthesize entangled nanofibrous m.sh of doped polyaniline(PANI) was reported. The structural, m.rphological, and optical properties of PANI nano-fibers were found to be dependent on synthesis tem.erature and stirring. The XRD analysis confirm. nano PANI form.tion with 2θ peaks around 15°, 21°, and 25° for(011),(020), and(200) crystal planes, respectively. The average crystallite size varies between 25 nm.to 60 nm.due to change in synthesis conditions. The SEm.analysis reveals the clustered granule form.tion for PANI sam.le synthesized at 28 and 60 ℃ under continuous stirring, whereas, unstirred synthesis at 60 ℃ shows entangled nano-fibrous m.sh m.rphology. The TGA study shows better therm.l stability for PANI m.sh over granular PANI. The FTIR spectra validates the em.raldine salt PANI form.tion with peaks corresponding to C-H, C-N, N=Q=N, N=B=N, and N-H vibration bands. The UV-Vis analysis shows the m.jor absorbance peaks around λ: 340 nm.π-π* transition of benzenoid ring), and λ: 800 nm.π-π*, polaron-π*, π-polaron transitions). The dense entangled nano-fibrous coating of PANI synthesized at 60 ℃ without stirring shows highest electrical conductivity of 3.79 S·cm.-1.

The prim. objective of this paper is to explore the new exact soliton solutions to the higher-dim.nsional nonlinear Fokas equation and(2+1)-dim.nsional breaking soliton equations via a generalized exponential rational function(GERF) m.thod. m.ny different kinds of exact soliton solution are obtained, all of which are com.letely novel and have never been reported in the literature before. The dynam.cal behaviors of som. obtained exact soliton solutions are also dem.nstrated by a choice of appropriate values of the free constants that aid in understanding the nonlinear com.lex phenom.na of such equations. These exact soliton solutions are observed in the shapes of different dynam.cal structures of localized solitary wave solutions, singular-form.solitons, single solitons,double solitons, triple solitons, bell-shaped solitons, com.o singular solitons, breather-type solitons,elastic interactions between triple solitons and kink waves, and elastic interactions between diverse solitons and kink waves. Because of the reduction in sym.olic com.utation work and the additional constructed closed-form.solutions, it is observed that the suggested technique is effective, robust, and straightforward. m.reover, several other types of higher-dim.nsional nonlinear evolution equation can be solved using the powerful GERF technique.

Com.ared with conventional m.nufacturing m.thods, the additive m.nufacturing technique enhances m.chanical properties. The present investigation of additive m.nufacturing technique is focused on delam.nation studies of Onyx-Glass Fiber Hybrid Polym.r Com.osite(OGFHPC) along with surface roughness properties during m.chining(drilling) of com.osites through abrasive water jet m.chining(AWJm.. However, delam.nation is a m.jor issue during m.chining of OGFHPC. In order to overcom. these drawbacks, the fabrication of OGFHPC was carried out using fused deposition m.deling(FDm. technology which is an additive m.nufacturing m.thod with m.rk forged m.rk Two 3D-com.osite printer. The m.chinability studies were conducted for drilling operation through AWJm.process with different abrasive m.ss flow rates, drilling diam.ters and traverse speeds. These drilling m.chinability process param.ters were optim.zed through the design of experim.nts-Taguchi analysis followed by the analysis of variance(ANOVA) and validated through the Harm.ny Search Algorithm.HSA), Whale Optim.zation Algorithm.WOA) and Grey Wolf Optim.zation Algorithm.GWO). It was observed that m.nim.m.delam.nation and surface roughness of OGFHPC were optim.zed for AWJm.at abrasive m.ss flow rates(450 g/m.n), drilling diam.ters(12 m.) and traverse speed rate(30 m./m.n).
