The nonlinear Schrodinger equation equation is one of the m.st im.ortant physical m.dels used in optical fiber theory to explain the transm.ssion of an optical *** field of chiral soliton propagation in nuclear physics is very interesting because of its num.rous applications in com.unications and ultra-fast signal routing ***(1+1)-dim.nsional chiral dynam.cal structure that describes the soliton behaviour in data transm.ssion is dealt with in this work using a variety of in-depth analytical *** work has applications in particle physics,ionised science,nuclear physics,optics,and other applied m.them.tical *** are able to develop a variety of solutions to dem.nstrate the behaviour of solitary wave structures,periodic soliton solutions,chiral soliton solutions,and bell-shaped soliton solutions with the use of applied ***,in order to verify the scientific calculations,the stability analysis for the observed solutions of the governing m.del is taken into *** addition,the3-dim.nsional,contour,and 2-dim.nsional visuals are supplied for a better understanding of the behaviour of the *** em.loyed strategies are dependable,uncom.licated,and effective;yet have not been utilised with the governing m.del in the literature that is now *** resulting outcom.s have im.ressive applications across a large num.er of study areas and com.utational physics phenom.na representing real-world *** m.thods applied in this m.del are not utilized on the given m.dels in previous literature so we can say that these describe the novelty of the work.

Predictive Factors of Renal Failure in COVID-19 Patients at the Anti-COVID Center in Lom., Togo

Background: Angiotensin-converting enzym. 2 has been identified as the receptor that allows the entry of SarsCov2 into the hum.n cell. Its expression in the kidney is 100 tim.s higher than in the lung;thus, m.king the kidney an excellent target for SarsCov2 infection m.nifesting as renal failure (RF). The objective of this study was to determ.ne the predictive factors of RF during COVID-19 in the Togolese context. Patients and m.thods: This was a retrospective descriptive and analytical study conducted at the Lom. Anti-COVID Center including the records of patients hospitalized for COVID-19, of age ≥ 18 years and having perform.d a creatinem.a. RF was defined by a GFR 2 calculated according to the m.RD form.la. Patients were random.zed into 2 groups according to GFRResults: 482 patients were selected for this study with a m.an age of 58.02 years. Sixty-five percent of the patients were m.n, i.e., a sex ratio of 1.88. Fifty-two patients had RF, i.e., a frequency of 10.8%.There were 65% m.n (315 cases), for a sex ratio (m.F) of 1.88. Risk factors for renal failure in COVID-19 were age ≥ 65 years (ORa 2.42;CIa95% [1.17 - 4.95];p = 0.016), anem.a (ORa 2.49;CIa95% [1.21 - 5.26];p = 0.015), m.derate (ORa 13;CIa95% [2.30 - 2.44];p = 0.017), severe (ORa 26.2;CIa95% [4.85 - 4.93];p = 0.002) and critical (ORa 108;CIa95% [16.5 - 21.76];p Conclusion: Renal failure would therefore be related to the severity of COVID-19 and is the m.st form.dable factor, conditioning the course of the disease and the patient’s vital prognosis.

Risk Factors for m.rtality in Acute kidney Injury in Intensive Care Units in Togo

Context: Acute kidney injury (Aki) in intensive care unit (ICU) is com.on and associated with very high m.rtality. In Togo, a tropical country with lim.ted resources and only one nephrology departm.nt in the north, acute kidney injury seem. to be a real tragedy with high m.rtality. Aim.: to determ.ne risk factors for m.rtality in acute kidney injury in the intensive care units. m.thods and m.terial: We m.de a m.lticentric cross sectional study during 6 m.nths in the four referral centers in northern Togo. Univariate and m.ltivariate logistic regression was used to identify factors associated with m.rtality. Data were analyzed using RStudio 2023.04.1. Results: A total of 12.6% of patients adm.tted to intensive care had presented with Aki. The m.an age was 49.6 ± 17.9. The sex ratio (m.F) was 2.1. Com.unity-acquired Aki was in the m.jority (67.7%). Oligo anuria was the m.st frequent functional sign (38.4%). In our series, 81.6% of patients were in KDIGO stages 2 to 3. Aki was organic in 56.2% of cases. m.rtality was 44.3%. In m.ltivariate analysis, the m.in factors predictive of death were: respiratory distress (OR = 2.36;p Conclusions: Acute kidney injury in intensive care is com.on in northern Togo, and m.rtality is high. Identification of associated factors should help anticipate prognosis.
