Cloud systems are tools and software for cloud computing that are deployed on the Internet or a cloud computing network,and users can use them at any *** assessing and choosing cloud providers,however,customers confront the variety and difficulty of quality of service(QoS).To increase customer retention and engagement success rates,it is critical to research and develops an accurate and objective evaluation *** is the emerging environment for distributed services at various *** to the benefits of this environment,globally cloud is being taken as a standard environment for individuals as well as for the corporate sector as it reduces capital expenditure and provides secure,accessible,and manageable services to all stakeholders but Cloud computing has security challenges,including vulnerability for clients and association acknowledgment,that delay the rapid adoption of computing *** of resources in the Cloud is difficult because resources provide numerous measures of quality of *** this paper,the proposed resource allocation approach is based on attribute QoS Scoring that takes into account parameters the reputation of the asset,task completion time,task completion ratio,and resource *** article is focused on the cloud service’s security,cloud reliability,and could *** this paper,the machine learning algorithm neuro-fuzzy has been used to address the cloud security issues to measure the parameter security and privacy,trust *** findings reveal that the ANFIS-dependent parameters are primarily designed to discern anomalies in cloud security and features output normally yields better results and guarantees data consistency and computational power.

The past two decades witnessed a broad-increase in web technology and on-line *** the broadband confinements is viewed as one of the most significant variables that prompted new gaming *** immense utilization of web applications and games additionally prompted growth in the handled devices and moving the limited gaming experience from user devices to online cloud *** internet capabilities are enhanced new ways of gaming are being used to improve the gaming *** cloud-based video gaming,game engines are hosted in cloud gaming data centers,and compressed gaming scenes are rendered to the players over the internet with updated *** such systems,the task of transferring games and video compression imposes huge computational complexity is required on cloud *** basic problems in cloud gaming in particular are high encoding time,latency,and low frame rates which require a new methodology for a better *** improve the bandwidth issue in cloud games,the compression of video sequences requires an alternative mechanism to improve gaming adaption without input *** this paper,the proposed improved methodology is used for automatic unnecessary scene detection,scene removing and bit rate reduction using an adaptive algorithm for object detection in a game *** a result,simulations showed without much impact on the players’quality experience,the selective object encoding method and object adaption technique decrease the network latency issue,reduce the game streaming bitrate at a remarkable scale on different *** proposed algorithm was evaluated for three video game *** this paper,achieved 14.6%decrease in encoding and 45.6%decrease in bit rate for the first video game scene.

Intrinsic photocatalytic water oxidation activity of Mn-doped ferroelectric BiFeO3

The development of stable and efficient visible light-absorbing oxide-based semiconductor photocatalysts is a desirable task for solar water splitting ***,we proposed that the low photocurrent density in film-based BiFeO_(3)(BFO)is due to charge recombination at the interface of the domain walls,which could be largely reduced in particulate photocatalyst *** demonstrate this hypothesis,in this work we synthesized particulate BFO and Mn-doped BiFeO_(3)(Mn-BFO)by the sol-gel *** water oxidation tests showed that pure BFO had an intrinsic photocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction(OER)activity of 70μmol h^(-1) g^(-1),while BFO-2,with an optimum amount of Mn doping(0.05%),showed an OER activity of 255μmol h^(-1) g^(-1) under visible light(λ≥420 nm)*** bandgap of Mn-doped BFO could be reduced from 2.1 to 1.36 eV by varying the amount of Mn *** functional theory(DFT)calculations suggested that surface Fe(rather than Mn)species serve as the active sites for water oxidation,because the overpotential for water oxidation on Fe species after Mn doping is 0.51 V,which is the lowest value measured for the different Fe and Mn species examined in this *** improved photocatalytic water oxidation activity of Mn-BFO is ascribed to the synergistic effect of the bandgap narrowing,which increases the absorption of visible light,reduces the activation energy of water oxidation,and inhibits the recombination of photogenerated *** work demonstrates that Mn doping is an effective strategy to enhance the intrinsic photocatalytic water oxidation activity of particulate ferroelectric BFO photocatalysts.

Active Queue Management Exploiting the Rate Information in TCP-IP Networks

In this paper, we propose a new mechanism called explicit rate notification(ERN) to be used in end-to-end communications. The ERN scheme encodes in the header of transmission control protocol(TCP) packets information about the sending rate and the round trip time(RTT) of the flows. This new available information to the intermediate nodes(routers) is used to improve fairness, increase utilization, decrease the number of drops, and minimize queueing delays. Thus, it induces a better management of the queue. A comparison of our scheme with preexistent schemes, like the explicit congestion notification scheme, shows the effectiveness of the proposed mechanism.

Pulsed Corona Discharges and Their Applications in Toxic VOCs Abatement

Plasma processes are among the emerging technologies for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) abatement[1]. Both thermal plasmas and non-equilibrium plasmas (cold plasmas) are being developed for VOCs cleanup[2,3]. Particularly, pulsed corona discharges offer several advantages over conventional VOCs abatement techniques[4-7]. To optimize the existing technology and to develop it further, there is need to understand the mechanisms involved in plasma chemical reactions. Furthermore, it is strongly desirable to be able to predict the behavior of new VOCs in non-equilibrium plasma environment from the data known for a few representative compounds. Pulsed corona discharge technique is introduced here with citation of relevant literature. Fundamental principles, useful for predicting the VOCs' decomposition behavior, have been worked out from the published literature. Latest developments in the area, targeted to minimize the energy losses, improve the VOCs destruction efficiency and reduce the generation of unwanted organic and inorganic by-products, are presented.

Modelling of electronegative collisional warm plasma for plasma-surface interaction process

An electronegative collisional plasma having warm and massive positive ions,non-extensive distributed electrons and Boltzmann distributed negative ions is modelled for the plasma-surface interaction process that is used for the surface *** the sheath formation is evaluated through the Bohm’s criterion,which is found to be modified,and the variation of the sheath thickness and profiles of the density of plasma species and the net space charge density in the sheath region in addition to the electric *** effect of ion temperature,nonextensivity and collisional parameter is examined in greater detail considering the collisional cross-section to obey power-law dependency on the positive ion *** positive ions are found to enter in the sheath region at lower velocities in the collisional plasma compared to the case of collision-less plasma;this velocity sees minuscule reduction with increasing *** increasing ion temperature and collisional parameter lead to the formation of sheath with smaller thickness.
