m.m.ry loss and dem.ntia are m.jor public health concerns with a substantial econom.c burden.Oxidative stress has been shown to play a crucial role in the pathophysiology of hippocam.al dam.ge-induced m.m.ry im.airm.nt.To investigate whether the antioxidant and anti-inflam.atory com.ound vanillyla cetone(zingerone) can protect against hippocam.al dam.ge and m.m.ry loss induced by cadm.um.chloride(CdCl_(2)) adm.nistration in rats,we explo red the potential involvem.nt of the nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2) signaling pathway,which is known to m.dulate oxidative stress and inflam.ation.Sixty healt hy m.le Wistar rats were divided into five groups:vehicle-treated(control),vanillylacetone,CdCl_(2),vanillylacetone+ CdCl_(2),vanillylacetone+ CdCl_(2)+ brusatol(a selective pharm.cological N rf2inhibitor) groups.Vanillylacetone effectively attenuated CdCl_(2)-induced dam.ge in the dental gyrus of the hippocam.us and im.roved the m.m.ry function assessed by the m.rris Water m.ze test.Additionally,vanillylacetone m.rkedly decreased the hippocam.al tissue levels of inflam.atory biom.rkers(interleukin-6,tum.r necrosis factor-α,intracellular cell adhesive m.lecules) and apoptosis biom.rkers(Bax and cleaved caspase-3).The control and CdCl_(2)-treated groups treated with va nillylacetone showed reduced generation of reactive oxygen species,decreased m.londialdehyde levels,and increased superoxide dism.tase and glutathione activities,along with significant elevation of nuclear Nrf2 m.NA and protein expression in hippocam.al tissue.All the protective effects of vanillylacetone we re substantially blocked by the co-adm.nistration of brusatol(a selective N rf2 inhibitor).Va nillylacetone m.tigated hippocam.al dam.ge and m.m.ry loss induced by CdCl_(2),at least in part, by activating the nuclear transcription factor Nrf2.Additionally,vanillylacetone exerted its potent antioxidant and antiinflam.atory actions.

Utilization of Sm.ll Size Bolti (<i>Talibia nilotica</i>) and Sardine (<i>Sardina pilchardus</i>) Fish in Preparing Canned Weaning Food Purees

Utilize sm.ll size of bolti and sardine fish in preparing fish based weaning foods rich in protein, essential am.no acids, fat high in om.ga 3 fatty acids, m.nerals and vitam.ns was investigated. The proxim.te com.osition, nutritional value, physical and sensorial properties were evaluated, The results of the chem.cal com.osition showed that the m.isture content of fish based weaning food purees ranged from.67.73% to 72.05%. On dry weight basis, the five prepared form.lations considered rich in protein (37.39% - 44.86%), fat (26.55% - 30.43%), ash (6.53% - 12.23%) and low in carbohydrates (20.70% - 22.18%). Using fish bones with muscles in preparing weaning food puree caused a marked rise in its content of Ca, P, Fe, and Zn levels especially in purees formulated from bolti. Weaning food purees containing sardine fish rich, in fat, were higher in vitamin A and D than those formulated from bolti one. Palmitic acid (C16:0), stearic acid (C18:0), and myristic acid (C14:0) represented the major saturated fatty acids in the prepared formulations. Weaning food purees containing sardine fish had relatively higher levels of sulfur-m.ly:Verdana;">containing am.no acids and slight lower values of lysine, alanine and glycine than these including bolti fish. The In vitro protein digestibility index (IVPDI) of the different form.lations was found to be 100%. The

World Wide Web enables its users to connect am.ng them.elves through social networks,forum.,review sites,and blogs and these interactions produce huge volum.s of data in various form. such as em.tions,sentim.nts,views,etc.Sentim.nt Analysis(SA)is a text organization approach that is applied to categorize the sentim.nts under distinct classes such as positive,negative,and neutral.However,Sentim.nt Analysis is challenging to perform.due to inadequate volum. of labeled data in the dom.in of Natural Language Processing(NLP).Social networks produce interconnected and huge data which brings com.lexity in term. of expanding SA to an extensive array of applications.So,there is a need exists to develop a proper technique for both identification and classification of sentim.nts in social m.dia.To get rid of these problem.,Deep Learning m.thods and sentim.nt analysis are consolidated since the form.r is highly efficient owing to its autom.tic learning capability.The current study introduces a Seeker Optim.zation Algorithm.with Deep Learning enabled SA and Classification(SOADL-SAC)for social m.dia.The presented SOADL-SAC m.del involves the proper identification and classification of sentim.nts in social m.dia.In order to attain this,SOADL-SAC m.del carries out data preprocessing to clean the input data.In addition,Glove technique is applied to generate the feature vectors.m.reover,Self-Head m.lti-Attention based Gated Recurrent Unit(SHm.-GRU)m.del is exploited to recognize and classify the sentim.nts.Finally,Seeker Optim.zation Algorithm.SOA)is applied to fine-tune the hyperparam.ters involved in SHm.-GRU m.del which in turn enhances the classifier results.In order to validate the enhanced outcom.s of the proposed SOADL-SAC m.del,various experim.nts were conducted on benchm.rk datasets.The experim.ntal results inferred the better perform.nce of SOADLSAC m.del over recent state-of-the-art approaches.

In a beam.ouse,lim.ng plays a key role in the rem.val of hair/wool and epiderm.s,but problem. are created when waste lim.ng sludge is discharged to the environm.nt.The treatm.nt of tannery wastewater is another m.jor challenge to the industry.In this study,therm.lly-activated biochars derived from.lim.ng sludge were studied for their effective adsorption of chrom.um.Cr)from.the tannery wastewater.The therm.lly activated biochars(B500,B550,B600,and B650)were prepared at different tem.eratures from.the lim.ng sludge.Their characteristics before and after the treatm.nt were investigated using Fourier transform.infrared spectroscopy,energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy,Bru-nauer-Em.ett-Teller,and scanning electron m.croscopy analyses.The related functional groups(C-H,O-H,C-N,and=C-O)and chrom.um.adsorption capacity were determ.ned according to the surface m.rphology,elem.nt contents(C,O,Ca,Na,Al,m.,and Si),surface area(5.8-9.2 m.(2)/g),pore size(5.22-5.53 nm.,and particle size(652-1034 nm.of the experim.ntal biochars.The biochar originated at 600°C from.the tannery lim.ng sludge(B600)had a greater surface area with a chrom.um.adsorption capacity of 99.8%in com.arison to B500,B550,and B650 biochars.This study developed an innovative way of utilizing lim.ng sludge waste to m.nim.ze the pollution load and wastewater treatm.nt cost in the tannery industry.

Application of AVO and Seism.c Attributes Techniques for Characterizing Pliocene Sand Reservoirs in Darfeel Field, Eastern m.diterranean, Egypt

m.diterranean Sea considered as a m.in hydrocarbon province in Egypt as a huge reservoirs have been discovered till now. Port Fouad m.rine is a gas and condensate field located in Eastern m.diterranean Sea about 30 Km.off Egyptian coast, in a water depth of about 30 m. The Concession is operated by PETROBEL on behalf of Petrosaid (Port Said Petroleum.Com.any). The field was put on production on April 1996, from.the m.ocene turbidities sands of Wakar Form.tion plus Pilocene Kafr EL Sheikh Form.tion. Darfeel field is located within Port Fouad Concession, seven wells have been drilled till now and producing from.Pliocene section (Kafr El Sheikh Form.tion). Pliocene is the m.in reservoir in Darfeel field which characterized by turbidities sand stone. The aim.of this work is to identify the distribution of turbidities sand and characterize sand reservoirs using AVO (am.litude verses offset) and seism.c attributes techniques. The workflow is starting from.conventional seism.c interpretation, m.ps (tim., depth, and am.litude), depositional environm.nts, and finally structure setting. In addition to use som. of unconventional seism.c interpretation such as seism.c attributes. AVO analysis and attributes had been applied in a tem. of differentiate between gas sand reservoirs and non-gas reservoirs. The final result aid to identify the reservoir distribution and characterization of sand reservoirs through the field. So, the use of different seism.c techniques is powerful techniques in identifying reservoir distribution.

Spatial correlation of pit and m.und topography with canopy gaps in a virgin m.xed beech forest, northern Iran

In a reserved forest parcel in a virgin eastern Hyrcanian m.xed beech forest,80 ha was surveyed to determ.ne the pit and m.und topography,canopy gaps and dead trees.The aim.was to investigate the spatial patterns and correlation of pit and m.und features with canopy gaps.Seventy-five canopy gaps and 61 pit and m.und features were identified.The univariate first order nearest neighbor(R_(CE))and bivariate second order test(Ripley’s K)statistic were applied.R_(CE) statistics highlighted a general aggregation pattern for canopy gaps and pits and m.unds,while pits and m.unds alone were m.re clum.ed.Distances between canopy gaps were 130 m.average,whereas distances between pit and m.und features and dead trees were 60 and 78 m.respectively.Spatial positive correlation of canopy gaps with pits and m.unds were observed with all distances.The result of spatial correlations between canopy gaps with pits and m.unds confirm.d that windthrows cause m.cro successions in fallen tree ecosystem.scale correlated with gap phase dynam.cs in the forest com.unity-scale.

Constraints on the nuclear sym.etry energy and its density slope from.theαdecay process

We study the im.act of the nuclear sym.etry energy and its density dependence on the α-decay process.Within the fram.work of the preform.d cluster m.del and the energy density form.lism. we use different param.terizations of the Skyrm. energy density functionals that yield different equations of state（EOS）. Each EOS is characterized by a particular sym.etryenergy coefficient（asym. and a corresponding density-slope param.ter L. The stepwise trends of the neutron（proton） skin thickness of the involved nuclei with both asym.and L do not clarify the oscillating behaviors of the α-decay half-life Tα with these quantities. We find that the change of the skin thickness after α-decay satisfactorily explains these behaviors. The presented results provide constraints on asym.centered around an optim.m.value asym.= 32 m.V, and on L between 41 and 57 m.V. These values of asym.and L, which indicate larger reduction of the proton-skin thickness and less increase in the neutron-skin thickness after an α-decay,yield a m.nim.m.calculated half-life with the sam. extracted value of the α-preform.tion factor inside the parent nucleus.

To m.et the food requirem.nts of the seven billion people on Earth,m.ltiple advancem.nts in agriculture and industry have been m.de.The m.in threat to food item. is from.diseases and pests which affect the quality and quantity of food.Different scientific m.chanism. have been developed to protect plants and fruits from.pests and diseases and to increase the quantity and quality of food.Still these m.chanism. require m.nual efforts and hum.n expertise to diagnose diseases.In the current decade Artificial Intelligence is used to autom.te different processes,including agricultural processes,such as autom.tic harvesting.m.chine Learning techniques are becom.ng popular to process im.ges and identify different objects.We can use m.chine Learning algorithm. for disease identification in plants for autom.tic harvesting that can help us to increase the quantity of the food produced and reduce crop losses.In this paper,we develop a novel Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)m.del that can detect diseases in peach plants and fruits.The proposed m.thod can also locate the region of disease and help farm.rs to find appropriate treatm.nts to protect peach crops.For the detection of diseases in Peaches VGG-19 architecture is utilized.For the localization of disease regions m.sk R-CNN is utilized.The proposed technique is evaluated using different techniques and has dem.nstrated 94%accuracy.We hope that the system.can help farm.rs to increase peach production to m.et food dem.nds.

Background The Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)is a widely used instrum.nt to m.asure anxiety and depression sym.tom..Aim. This study aim.d to translate,validate and test the applicability of the Urdu version of the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS/UV)am.ng pregnant wom.n.m.thods The original English version of the HADS was translated into Urdu by three bilingual experts and retranslated to English using the forward-backward approach.The questionnaire was adm.nistered to a sam.le of 200 pregnant wom.n availing obstetrics and gynaecology services for routine prenatal checkups of Ayub Teaching Hospital,Abbottabad,Pakistan.Psychom.tric properties of the instrum.nt,including reliability(internal consistency,test-retest analysis and interitem. correlation),were tested.Face and content validity were also assessed.Content Validity Index(CVI)was determ.ned using the average approach and Item.evel Content Validity Index(I-CVI)and Scale-Level Content Validity Index(S-CVI)were calculated accordingly.Construct validity was exam.ned through exploratory factor analysis.Results Cronbach's alpha coefficient has been found to be 0.82 for the anxiety subscale and 0.64 for the depression subscale,while overall alpha of the HADS/UV is 0.84.The Urdu version is content valid,and the SCVI of anxiety subscale,depression subscale and HADS/UV are 0.947,948 and 0.947,respectively.Test-retest reliability is 0.884 and 0.934 as m.asured by Pearson correlation and intraclass correlation,respectively.HADS/UV item. correlated positively with the whole scale(pm.x rotation revealed that two factors explained 42.75%of the variance.Item.'distribution was quite sim.lar to the original HADS.Conclusion The HADS/UV is a psychom.trically sound instrum.nt with satisfactory m.asurem.nt,including good internal consistency.The instrum.nt shows prom.se to be a sound tool to assess anxiety and depression in pregnancy.
