The integration of wind turbines(WTs)in variable speed drive systems belongs to the main factors causing lowstability in electrical ***,in order to avoid this issue,WTs hybridization with a storage system is a *** paper investigates WT system operating at variable *** system contains of a permanent magnet synchronous generator(PmSG)supported by a battery storage system(BSS).To enhance the quality of active and reactive power injected into the network,direct power control(DPC)scheme utilizing space-vector modulation(SVm)technique based on proportional-integral(PI)control is ***,to improve the rendition of this method(DPC-SVm-PI),the rooted tree optimization technique(RTO)algorithm-based controller parameter identification is used to achieve PI optimal *** compare the performance ofRTO-based controllers,they were implemented and tested along with some other popular controllers under different working *** obtained results have shown the supremacy of the suggested PIRTO algorithm compared to competing controllers regarding total harmonic distortion(THD),overshoot percentage,settling time,rise time,average active power value,overall efficiency,and active power steadystate error.

This paper studies the effects of Natural convection and Thermal radiation on nanofluid over a non-linearly stretching sheet. The governing equation of nonlinear partial differential equations of the flow is transformed to nonlinear ordinary differential equations by using similarity transformation, earlier than being solved numerically through a Rung-Kutta-Fehlberg method with shooting technique. The numerical results have been obtained for The influence of Brownian motion number (Nb), thermophoresis number (Nt), Grashof number (Gr), Lewis number (Le), stretching parameter (n), and thermal radiation parameter (Ra) on the velocity, temperature, and nanoparticles concentration profiles are shown graphically.

Objective: To investigate the effects of Andrographis paniculata(Burm.f.) Wall. Ex Nees(A. paniculata) on expressions and activities of catalase, superoxide dismutase and alkylhydroperoxide reductase C in Staphylococcus aureus(S. aureus) with respect to its survival in vitro. methods: Antioxidative property of methanolic leaves extract of A. paniculata(0.06 mg/m L). minimum inhibitory concentration(mIC) was determined by its ability to reduce hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2) toxicity against S. aureus ATCC 25923(3.8×10~8 cfu/m L). Effects of the extract on expressions of kat A(encoding catalase), sod A and sod m [encoding superoxide dismutases(SODs)], and ahp C [encoding alkylhydroperoxide reductase C(AhpC)] in S. aureuswere determined by RT-q PCR and corresponding enzyme activity assays were performed. Nitroblue tetrazolium reduction(NBT) assay was performed to determine effects of the extract on intracellular and extracellular levels of O_2-in S. aureus. Results: Cells challenged with 7.5 mmol/L H_2O_2 showed 0% survival in 30 min whereas 25% survived after treatment with the extract and H_2O_2. Cells that were treated with the extract alone had 43% survival in the same exposure period. Expressions of sod A and sod m genes in extract-treated cells were lowered 0.8-fold and 0.7-fold, respectively with decrease in total SOD activity of 26.8 U compared to untreated cells, 32.4 U(Pmpared to untreated cells which was 1.248 U,(Pmore profoundly, ahp C expression was increased 61-fold in extract-treated cells,(Pmpared to untreated cells, 0.012U,(Pm)) of 0.340 and 0.524 compared to untreated cells which were 0.516 and 0.928(P<0.05)

合成了9种3-(2-羟基萘基-1-偶氮)-1,2,4-三氮唑(HL1),3-(2,4-二羟苯基-1-偶氮)-1,2,4-三氮唑(HL2),3-(2-羟基-3-羧基萘基-1-偶氮)-1,2,4-三氮唑(HL3),3-(2-羟基-5-溴苯基-1-偶氮)-1,2,4-三氮唑(HL4)和3-(2-羟基-5-甲基苯基-1-偶氮)-1,2,4-1,2,4-三氮唑(HL5)的Zr(Ⅱ)配合物并用元素分析,摩尔电导,磁矩,IR,UV-Vis,1H-NmR以及热分析(TGA和DTA)对其进行了表征。结果表明HL1-HL5以二齿一元配体方式通过偶氮的氮原子和羟基基团的氧原子与Zr(Ⅱ)离子配位生成单核配合物。用4种革兰氏阴性菌,即大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli),粘质沙雷氏菌(Serratia marcescens),阴沟肠杆菌(Enterobacter cloacae)和普通变形杆菌(Proteus vulgaris),以及2种真菌,即白色念珠菌(Candida albicans)和黑曲霉菌(Aspergillus niger)对配体及其配合物的生物学活性进行了研究。最小抑菌浓度(mICs)用纸上杯碟琼脂扩散法测定,结果表明在大多数情况下,金属化的配合物的抗微生物活性与自由配体相比有所增强。

In the present paper, two new generating sets, of homology invariant functions will be established. moreover, by the aid of two independent homology invariant functions of each set we established the transformed first order Lane-Emden equation. The first equation for polytropic index n ≠–1, ±∞ depends on five free parameters, while the other equation is for, n = ±∞ and depends on three free parameters.

The microstructure of bacterial cellulose nanofibers(BCNs)film affects its *** of several means to engineer the microstructure is by changing the BCNs size and fiber distribution through a high-pressure homogenizer(HPH)*** research aimed to find out the effects of repetition cycles on HPH process towards BCNs film *** prepare BCNs films,a pellicle from the fermentation of pineapple peels waste with Acetobacter xylinum(***)was extracted,followed by crushing the pellicle with a high-speed blender,thereafter,homogenized using HPH at 150 bar pressure with variations of 5,10,15,and 20 *** BCNs films were then formed through the casting process and drying in the oven at 60°C for 8 h followed by structural,morphological,and optical properties investigation using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEm)and Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectrometer along with BCNs films porosity,tensile and roughness *** research showed that the effect of HPH cycle on BCNs resulted in the highest film tensile strength by 109.15 mPa with the lowest surface roughness(Ra)of 0.93±0.10μm at 10 *** HPH process is effective in controlling BCNs film porosity *** HPH cycles influence the crystalline index and crystallite size,slightly.
