Uveal and conjunctival melanomas are relatively rare tumors;nonetheless,they pose a signiﬁcant risk of mortality for a large number of affected *** pathogenesis of melanoma at different sites is very similar,however,the prognosis for patients with ocular melanoma remains unfavourable,primarily due to its distinctive genetic proﬁle and tumor *** of considerable advances in understanding the genetic characteristics and biological behaviour,the treatment of uveal and conjunctival melanoma remains a formidable *** enhance the prospect of success,collaborative efforts involving medical professionals and researchers in theﬁelds of ocular biology and oncology are *** data show a lack of well-designed randomized clinical trials and limited beneﬁts in current forms of treatment for these *** advancements in the development of effective melanoma therapeutic strategies,all current treatments for uveal melanoma(UM)and conjunctival melanoma(CoM)remain unsatisfactory,resulting in a poor long-term *** trials offer hope for positive outcomes in advanced and metastatic tumors.A more comprehensive understanding of the genetic and molecular abnormalities involved in the development and progression of ocular melanomas opens the way for the development of personalized therapy,with various potential therapeutic targets currently under *** comprehension of the molecular pathogenesis of UM and CoM and their speciﬁcities may aid in the development of new and more effective systemic therapeutic agents,with the hope of improving the prognosis for patients with metastatic disease.

We recently read the opinion piece titled“Why people should run after positive affective experiences instead of health benefits”,which was carried out by Maltagliati et al.^(1)and published in the Journal of Sport and Health *** article started an important discussion about a physical activity(pa)promotion approach that encourages the use of affective experience to pa *** we agree with the authors’point of view and believe that its message can generate an important insight for pa promotion,the authors presented a scenario where behavior change seems to be exclusively dependent on the *** the existence of other barriers to an active lifestyle(e.g.,social inequalities)could enhance the authors’suggested approach because many people live in conditions that reduce their opportunities to engage in affective experiences related to pa;furthermore,affective experiences can vary depending on individual context.

目的:分析竞技健美操运动员落地动作的生物力学特征,比较优势侧和非优势侧生物力学指标的偏侧性,探究影响落地稳定性的关键偏侧性因素。方法:以26名高校女性健美操运动员为研究对象,同步采集40 cm高台垂直双脚落地动作中的下肢运动学和动力学数据,比较优势侧和非优势侧的触地时刻关节角度、关节活动度(RoM)、地面反作用力(GRF)、负载率、压力中心(CoP)位移和包络面积的差异,计算对称指数(代表偏侧性),并采用多元逐步回归方法分析指标偏侧性和CoP包络面积的关系。结果:与非优势侧相比,优势侧在触地时刻具有更大的膝外旋和髋外展角(PoM(PoP包络面积呈显著正相关(PoP包络面积差异的83.6%。结论:竞技健美操运动员落地动作存在肢体间的偏侧性,垂直方向负载率和伸膝力矩峰值的偏侧性越大,则落地稳定性越差。此外,垂直方向负载率、伸膝力矩峰值和膝关节旋转角度的对称指数可以作为落地稳定性的预测因子。

Background:Adenosine triphosphatase inhibitory factor 1(IF1)is a key protein involved in energy ***1 has been linked to various agerelated diseases,although its relationship with physical activity(pa)remains ***,the apolipoprotein A-I(apoA-I),a pa-modulated lipoprotein,could play a role in this relationship because it shares a binding site with IF1 on the cell-surface ATP *** examined here the associations between chronic pa and plasma IF1 concentrations among older adults,and we investigated whether apoA-I mediated these ***:In the present work,1096 healthy adults(63.8%females)aged 70 years and over who were involved in the Multidomain Alzheimer Prevention Trial study were ***1 plasma concentrations(square root of ng/mL)were measured at the 1-year visit of the Multidomain Alzheimer Prevention Trial,while pa levels(square root of metabolic equivalent task min/week)were assessed using questionnaires administered each year from baseline to the 3-year *** linear regressions were performed to investigate the associations between the first-year mean pa levels and IF1 *** analyses were conducted to examine whether apoA-I mediated these *** linear regressions were carried out to investigate whether the 1-year visit IF1 concentrations predicted subsequent changes in ***:Multiple linear regressions indicated that first-year mean pa levels were positively associated with IF1 concentrations(B=0.021;SE=0.010;p=0.043).Mediation analyses revealed that about 37.7%of this relationship was mediated by apoA-I(B_(ab)=0.008;SE=0.004;p=0.023).Longitudinal investigations demonstrated that higher concentrations of IF1 at the 1-year visit predicted a faster decline in pa levels over the subsequent 2 years(time×IF1:B=0.148;SE=0.066;p=0.025).Conclusion:This study demonstrates that regular pa is associated with plasma IF1 concentrations,and it suggests that apoA-I partly med

研究对象统一和规范了所有政治经济学的一般性特征,中国特色社会主义政治经济学也必须符合这个一般性。研究方法、内容、范式和目的决定或赋予不同经济学流派的特色。中国特色社会主义政治经济学的特色有三个维度,在基本方法论维度可能有两个方面的创新或特色:一是发展和完善了的、本质主义与历史主义结合的历史唯物主义;二是有意识地从中华传统的、优秀的文化中寻找相关的、既符合人类合作性又切合中国作为公有制为主体的实际情况的文化元素,提炼成为经济学基本方法论的“主义”。在创建和完善中国特色社会主义政治经济学的过程中,需要处理好几个重要关系:一是处理好“一般”与“特色”的关系;二是处理好积累和传承与创新的关系;三是处理好通用学术语言与学术话语权的关系;四是处理好学理支撑与联系实际和服务现实的关系。

Design of Slant-Form Tool in Precision Reuse of Digital paper Display

A reuse fabrication module using micro electroetching as a precision machining process with a new design of a slant-form tool to remove the defective indium-tin-oxide （ITo） nanostructure from the optical polyethyleneterephthalate （PET） surfaces of digital paper display is presented in current studies. The low yield of ITo thin film deposition is an important factor in optoelectronic semiconductor production. The adopted precision reuse process requires only a short period of time to remove the ITo nanostructure easily and cleanly, which is based on technical and economical considerations and is highly efficient. In the current experiment, a large inclined angle of the cathode and a small end radius of the anode take less time for the same amount of ITo removal. A higher feed rate of the optical PET diaphragm combines with enough electric power to drive fast micro electroetching. A small rotational diameter of the anode accompanied by a small width of the cathode corresponds to a higher removal rate for the ITo nanostructure. A pulsed direct current can improve the effect of dreg discharge and is advantageous to couple this current with the fast feed rate of the workpiece. This improvement is associated with an increase in current rating. High rotational speed of the slant-form tool can improve the effect of dregs discharge and is advantageous to associate with the fast feed rate of the workpiece （optical PET diaphragm）.

Color filters are produced using semiconductor production techniques although problems with low yield remain to be addressed. This study presents a new means of selective removal using excimer irradiation, chemical etching, or electrochemical machining on the fifth generation TFT LCDs. The selective removal of microstructure layers from the color filter surface of an optoelectronic flat panel display, as well as complete removal of the ITo thin-films, RGB layer, or resin black matrix (BM) layer from the substrate is possible. Individual defective film layers can be removed, or all films down to the Cr layer or bare glass can be completely eliminated. Experimental results demonstrate that defective ITo thin-films, RGB layers, or the resin BM layer can now be recycled with a great precision. When the ITo or RGB layer proves difficult to remove, excimer light can be used to help with removal. During this recycling process, the use of 225 nm excimer irradiation before chemical etching, or electrochemical machining, makes removal of stubborn film residues easy, effectively improving the quality of recycled color filters and reducing fabrication cost.
