Spiropyrimidines vanquish a significant situation in the field of heterocyclic chemistry, they are broadly utilized as an antibacterial, an inhibitor of multidrug opposition, or an antiplatelet and antithrombotic drug. Phosphate, the principal Moroccan mineral wealth occupies a vital spot in the economic sector and its valuation is a goal continually looked for. Among the conceivable outcomes of valorization, its utilization in heterogeneous catalysis which thought about an exceptionally encouraging new way. In this context, the focus on the reaction of the synthesis of spiropy-rimidine, catalyzed by natural phosphate (NP) and by fluoroapatite (Fap), are used alone or doped by cobalt. These phosphate catalysts were characterized by XRD, IR and SEM, while the synthesized spiropyrimidine was identified by IR, GC-MS and NMR. The obtained yield with fluorapatite doped by cobalt (Co/Fap), at room temperature in ethanol is very high and shows a high impact performance induced by a synergistic effect compared to that of NP alone.

Objective:Diagnosis of atypical pathogens as an aetiology for community-acquired pneumonia(CAP) in children is a challenge world *** aim of this study was to detect the frequency of atypical pathogens as a cause of community-acquired pneumonia(CAP) in Egyptian ***:From 50 children(with age ranged from 2 months to 12 years) hospitalized for community-acquired pneumonia;respiratory sputum samples were collected by induction or *** samples were subjected to conventional cultures and Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR) technique DNA extraction for identification of Mycoplasma,Chlamydia pneumoniae and Legionella ***;A definite pathogen was identified in 78%of the studied children;30% typical bacteria,8%Candida albicans and atypical bacteria in 40%of the pneumonic *** pneumoniae was isolated from 26%of the children while Mycoplasma pneumoniae was isolated from 14%, whereas Legionella pneumophilla was not isolated at ***;Atypical pathogens are evident as a potential aetiology for community-acquired pneumonia in(13.3%) of young and(80%) of older Egyptian children.

parkinson's disease is a neurodegenerative disorder caused by loss of dopamine neurons in the substantia nigra pars compacta. Tremor, rigidity, and bradykinesia are the major symptoms of the disease. These motor impairments are often accompanied by affective and emotional dysfunctions which have been largely studied over the last decade. The aim of this study was to investigate emotional processing organization in the brain of patients with parkinson's disease and to explore whether there are differences between recognition of different types of emotions in parkinson's disease. We examined 18 patients with parkinson's disease(8 men, 10 women) with no history of neurological or psychiatric comorbidities. All these patients underwent identical brain blood oxygenation level-dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging for emotion evaluation. Blood oxygenation level-dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging results revealed that the occipito-temporal cortices, insula, orbitofrontal cortex, basal ganglia, and parietal cortex which are involved in emotion processing, were activated during the functional control. Additionally, positive emotions activate larger volumes of the same anatomical entities than neutral and negative emotions. Results also revealed that parkinson's disease associated with emotional disorders are increasingly recognized as disabling as classic motor symptoms. These findings help clinical physicians to recognize the emotional dysfunction of patients with parkinson's disease.

We use the pair Approximation method to analyze the magnetic and magnetocaloric behaviors of diluted mixed spin sa=1 and spin SB=1/2 with the anisotropic Heisenberg model, on a cubic lattice with coordination number z=6. Our system is described in presence of an external magnetic field;the phase diagram and thermodynamic properties related to the concentration of magnetic atom(A or B) and the single ion anisotropy are constructed and *** attention is paid to magnetocaloric properties provided by isothermal entropy change as well as the cooling capacity. These cooling power keys are plotted and discussed as a function of interaction anisotropy and magnetic component concentration of two sublattices ions A and B. Numerical results show a double peak structure in the entropy change curve and the inverse magnetocaloric effect related to the presence of the negative single-ion anisotropy.

This study examined the effects of combined anti-inflammatories and specific nutrients on recovery from resistance exercises. Trained individuals （n = 14） performed three sets to failure at a 8-12 repetition maximum load for six resistance exercises, then repeated this workout after 24 h. participants consumed a protein-carbohydrate shake （330 ml; 20 g protein; 45 g carbohydrate）, vitamin C （1000 mg）, vitamin E （400 I.U.） and ibuprofen （100 mg） immediately after the initial workout. Another dose of vitamin C and ibuprofen were respectively consumed 1 h or 30 min before the second workout. On another occasion （counterbalanced） a placebo of flavored water, two imitation vitamins （gummy candies）, and two replica ibuprofen （sugar pills） were consumed. A 10-cm visual analog scale （VAS） assessed pain, ratings of perceived exertion （RPE）, and ratings of perceived recovery （RPR）. Treatment enhanced performance-based recovery （repetitions after 24h） for the chest press （P 〈 0.010） and latissimus pull-down （P 〈 0.010）. Within-condition comparisons revealed performance decrements （P 〈 0.050） after 24 h for 83% of the exercises under placebo, compared to 50% of exercises under treatment. Treatment enhanced RPR （P = 0.038） compared to placebo, but had no significant effects on residual （P = 0.215） or exercise （P 〉 0.050） pain. RPE was lower under the treatment for the chest press （P = 0.016） and overall workout （P = 0.038） on Day 1, but similar among all exercises on Day 2 （P 〉 0.050）. This treatment may promote increases in performance without increasing pain or RPE.

The Egyptian Nubian Shield(ENS)represents the northwestern part of the Arabian-Nubian Shield and the northern extension of the East African *** ENS is regarded as being formed due to northward-directed escape *** is characterized by mild accretion and suture zones dominated by major strike-slip zones with a commonly sinistral sense of movement;some shear zones display a dextral sense of *** is dominated by gneisses and migmatites in the south,arc volcaniclastic metasediments and highly dismembered ophiolites in the central parts,whereas its northern part is dominated by late-to post-tectonic *** southern Sinai,the Neoproterozoic rocks are grouped into four complexes,namely Feiran–Solaf,sa’al–Zaghra,Kid and *** ENS ophiolites were formed between 730–750 Ma,mainly in a supra-subduction zone *** ENS has undergone a Neoproterozoic deformation history involving three successive phases:(1)Early N–S shortening phase(D1),(2)Syn-accretionary phase(D2)and(3)Post-accretionary phase(D3).The initial island-arc stage(780–730 Ma)is a N–S shortening phase initiated by collision between the Eastern Desert tectonic terrane to the north with both the Gebeit and Gabgaba terranes to the south(830–720 Ma).During the arc-splitting and back-arc spreading stage(730–620),voluminous syn-tectonic granitoids intruded into the ENS(750–610 Ma).The E–W-directed compressional/transpressional phase(620–450 Ma)led to the overall uplift of the central part of the ENS and consequently the development and exhumation of the core complexes in oblique convergent *** E–W intense shortening deformation resulted also in the formation of NW-and NE-striking sinistral and dextral strike-slip shear zones,*** latest periods of the E–W-directed compressional/transpressional regime were characterized by deposition of the molasse-type Hammamat Sediments unconformably over the Dokhan Volcanics,or interbedded with *** combined thrusting,folding and sin

patient medical information in all forms is crucial to keep private and secure,particularly when medical data communication occurs through insecure ***,there is a bad need for protecting and securing the color medical images against impostors and *** this paper,an optical medical image security approach is *** is based on the optical bit-plane Jigsaw Transform(JT)and Fractional Fourier Transform(FFT).Different kernels with a lone lens and a single arbitrary phase code are exploited in this security approach.A preceding bit-plane scrambling process is conducted on the input color medical images prior to the JT and FFT processes to accomplish a tremendous level of robustness and *** confirm the efficiency of the suggested security approach for secure color medical image communication,various assessments on different color medical images are examined based on different statistical security ***,a comparative analysis is introduced between the suggested security approach and other conventional cryptography *** simulation outcomes acquired for performance assessment demonstrate that the suggested security approach is highly *** has excellent encryption/decryption performance and superior security results compared to conventional cryptography approaches with achieving recommended values of average entropy and correlation coefficient of 7.63 and 0.0103 for encrypted images.
