A high-resolution customized numerical model is used to analyze the water transport in the three major water passages between the Andaman Sea(AS)and the Bay of Bengal,i.e.,the Preparis Channel(PC),the Ten degree Channel(TdC),and the Great Channel(GC),based on the daily averaged simulation results ranging from 2010 to *** analysis and Empirical Orthogonal Function(EOF)methods are employed to investigate the spatiotemporal variability of the water exchange and controlling *** results of model simulation indicate that the net average transports of the PC and GC,as well as their linear trend,are opposite to that of the *** indicates that the PC and the GC are the main inflow channels of the AS,while the TdC is the main outflow channel of the *** transport variability is most pronounced at surface levels and between 100 m and 200 m depth,likely affected by monsoons and circulation.A 182.4-d semiannual variability is consistently seen in all three channels,which is also evident in their second principal *** on sea level anomalies and EOF analysis results,this is primarily due to equatorial winds during the monsoon transition period,causing eastward movement of Kelvin waves along the AS coast,thereby affecting the spatiotemporal characteristics of the flow in the *** first EOF of the PC flow field section shows a split at 100 m deep,likely due to *** first EOF of the TdC flow field section is steady but has potent seasonal oscillations in its time ***,the first EOF of the GC flow field section indicates a stable surface inflow,probably influenced by the equatorial Indian Ocean’s eastward current.

BACKGROUNd Peripherally inserted central catheters(PICCs)are an essential infusion route for oncology patients receiving intravenous treatments,but lower extremity veni-puncture is the preferred technique for patients with superior vena cava syndrome(SVCS).We report the case of a patient with a lower extremity PICC ectopic to the ascending lumbar vein,to indicate and verify PICC catheterisation in the lower extremity is safe and *** hope to provide different per-spectives for clinical PICC venipuncture to get the attention of *** SUMMARY On 24 August 2022,a 58-year-old male was admitted to our department due to an intermittent cough persisting for over a month,which worsened 10 d *** and laboratory investigations suggested the patient with pulmonary malignancy and *** was not an absolute contraindication in this *** extremity venipuncture is the preferred technique because administering upper extremity venous transfusion to patients with SVCS can exacerbate oedema in the head,neck,and upper *** patient and his family were informed about the procedure,and informed consent was *** successful puncture and prompt treatment,the patient was discharged,experiencing some relief from *** Inferior vena cava catheterisation is rare and important for cancer patients with SVCS,particularly in complex situations involving ectopic placement.

The structure of the oxide film on FGH96 alloy powders significantly influences the mechanical properties of *** this study,FGH96 alloy powders with various oxygen contents were investigated using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and atomic probe technology to elucidate the structure evolution of the oxide *** dispersive spectrometer analysis revealed the presence of two distinct components in the oxide film of the alloy powders:amorphous oxide layer covering the γ matrix and amorphous oxide particles above the *** alloying elements within the oxide layer showed a laminated distribution,with Ni,Co,Cr,and Al/Ti,which was attributed to the decreasing oxygen equilibrium pressure as oxygen diffused from the surface into the γ *** the other hand,Ti enrichment was observed in the oxide particles caused by the oxidation and decomposition of the carbide *** analysis of the oxide film with oxygen contents of 140,280,and 340 ppm showed similar element distributions,while the thickness of the oxide film varies approximately at 9,14,and 30 nm,*** findings provide valuable insights into the structural analysis of the oxide film on FGH96 alloy powders.

The intelligent electronic devices have urgent demands for electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding films with excellent heat dissipation ***,it is challenging to obtain excellent EMI shielding and thermal conductivity performances ***,inspired by mille-feuille structure,the multifunctional EMI shielding films developed by a layer-by-layer self-assembly and hot-pressing *** ingenious introduction of silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)with large specific surface area and highly conductive into the network formed by TEMPO-oxidized cellulose nanofibrils(TOCNFs)with large aspect ratio to form the TOCNFs/*** the graphene nanoplates(GNPs)with high conductivity loss distributed alternately with TOCNFs/AgNPs to construct mille-feuille structure,which had highly efficient conductive network,complete thermally conduction pathway and rich heterogeneous ***,the designed films presented high electrical conductivity of 8520 S/cm,superb EMI effectiveness(SE)of 98.05 dB,and excellent thermal conductivity of 18.82 W/(m·K).Furthermore,the films possessed outstanding Joule heating performances with low voltages,including high heating temperature(100℃),fast response time(d impressive heating stability and ***,such high-performance EMI shielding films with fascinating thermal conductivity and Joule heating performances have substantial application in flexible electronics,electromagnetic waves shielding and thermal management.

Using first-principles calculations,we predict a new type of two-dimensional(2d)beryllium(Be)-decorated T-graphene named BeC_(2),where Be atoms are inserted into C–C bonds linking the carbon tetrarings of *** band structure shows that BeC_(2)is metallic,thus,the possible phonon-mediated superconductivity is explored based on the Eliashberg *** calculated electron-phonon coupling(EPC)constantλis up to 4.07,and the corresponding superconducting critical temperature(Tc)is 72.1 K,approaching the liquid nitrogen *** reason for the high Tc is the strong *** it is proved to be an anisotropic single-gap superconductor by analyzing the superconducting gap?kof BeC_(2).The electronic susceptibility calculation shows strong nesting effect in BeC_(2).Since rare 2d superconductors show such a strong EPC constantλwhich originates from the coupling between electrons in C-pzorbital and in-plane vibrations of Be and C atoms,the predicted BeC_(2)provides a new platform for investigating strong EPC 2d superconductor.

Epstein–Barr virus(EBV)-associated lymphoproliferative diseases(EBV-LPds)are common complications that occur after solid organ transplantation or allogeneic hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation(HSCT).However,their occurrence and treatment post-chimeric antigen receptor-modified T(CAR-T)cell therapy has not been *** patients had been diagnosed with EBV-positive aggressive B-cell lymphoma and experienced relapses after multiple lines of *** receiving CAR-T cell therapy in tandem with autologous HSCT,the patients achieved complete ***,with a median time of 38.5 months after CAR-T cell therapy,B-cell-derived EBV-LPds were diagnosed,and they were relieved through the administration of immune checkpoint inhibitor or B-cell-depleting ***,our report suggests that EBV-LPds may represent a long-term adverse event after CAR-T cell therapy,especially in patients who previously had EBV-positive disorders,and they can be resolved by immune normalization strategy or B-cell depleting therapy.

BACKGROUNd Insulin antibodies(IAs)affect blood glucose control in patients receiving insulin *** To investigate the relationship between different hypoglycemic treatments and IAs in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2dM).METHOdS This cross-sectional,retrospective study included 1863 patients with T2dM who were receiving exogenous insulin *** patients received stable antidiabetic therapy in the last 3 months and IA levels were measured using an iodine-125 *** A total of 1863 patients were *** were 902(48.4%)patients who had positive IAs(IA level>5%),with a mean IA level of 11.06%(10.39%-11.72%).IA levels were positively correlated with high fasting blood glucose(odds ratio=1.069,Pd highest in patients using human insulin only(70.3%),Pdes(8.3%),metformin(9.6%),and dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitors(8.2%)were all lower than in patients without these drugs(all Pdies,and IA antibody levels are associated with blood glucose *** glargine and a combination of oral glucose-lowering drugs were correlated with lower IA levels.

dendritic cell(dC)-targeted delivery of mRna is a prominent method to boost the efficacy of mRna tumor *** targeting ligands are often modified on nanocarriers by polyethylene glycol(PEG)linker in mRna delivery *** the PEG linker length influences the targeting delivery efficiency of mRna nanocarrier in vivo remains ***,we designed and constructed dC-targeted mRna delivery systems modified by mannose via different PEG linker lengths(100/400/1000/2000)(MPn-LPX).The top candidate MP_(400)-LPX(the linker was PEG400)showed the optimal mRna expression and antigen presentation owing to the highly efficient uptake by ***,MP_(400)-LPX could better inhibited tumor growth and extended survival in the E.G7-OVA lymphoma and TC-1 cervical tumor mouse ***,these results demonstrated that PEG400 was the optimal linker for the PEGylated dC-targeted mRna *** findings provided a new platform for the rational design of targeted mRna nanovaccines with shorter-length PEG.
