The discussion about the use of the bicycle as a means of transport has been gaining importance on a global scale,although countries like Brazil still have urban mobility difficulties caused by how urban densification occurs,the growing number of motor vehicles and the lack of space for the construction of cycle paths in *** general objective of this manuscript is to analyze the result of public policies aimed at the implementation of bicycle paths,with the“Passo Fundo Vai de Bici”Program created to investigate the variations in intensity in relation to the areas served by the current incentive for active cycling mobility in the city of Passo Fundo(South of Brazil).Methodologically,Google Earth Pro satellite images were used to map the existing bike paths in the ***,geographic coordinate points and altitudes of specific locations on the bike paths and bike sharing stations were collected,generating a database,transferred to the Qgis 3.10 software for the preparation of heat *** results showed the lack of integration between the cycling systems analyzed by the distance factor,needing to encourage discussions about its expansion and functionality,consolidating it as an urban public policy of local functionality to foster sustainable transport.

Bus stops are key elements of public transport system performance and in attending the *** general objective of this article is to evaluate the physical conditions of public bus stops in the city of Passo Fundo/***,statistical analysis of linear regression was used to elaborate the index of functionality of the bus stops,using the city of Passo Fundo/RS as a case *** report the conditions of urban public bus stops and discuss assessment and subsidy parameters for public policies for urban restructuring,aiming at improving the quality of public transport in medium-sized cities on a national and international scale.

Clostridium difficile is a nosocomial enteric pathogen, considered the main etiological agent of antibiotic-associated diarrhea in hospitals. C. difficile is resistant to several antimicrobial agents used in empiric treatment protocols, which confers selective advantages to this species as compared with other members of the intestinal microbiota. The aim of this study was to evaluate and identify possible alterations of the intestinal microbiota population resulting from the use of antimicrobials associated with infections by C. difficile (CDI). Denaturing Gradient Gel Electrophoresis (DGGE) was used to evaluate fecal samples from two groups: healthy subjects and patients with C. difficile-associated diarrhea (CDAD). A decrease in bacterial diversity was highlighted by the low number of bands in samples from CDAD patients, compared with healthy subjects. This may indicate that antibiotic treatment would affect bacterial diversity, leading to a significant difference between the intestinal microbiota of these two groups, but further studies are still needed. Firmicutes and Verrucomicrobia phyla were detected mainly in healthy individuals, and these could be related to protection factors against the CDI. Klebsiella variicola/K. pneumoniae were found mostly in samples from CDI patients. This study shows the effects of antimicrobials and the CDI itself on human intestinal microbiota.

依据南海低纬地区sa09-040孔高分辨率的孢粉记录,自下至上划分了4个孢粉组合带。从孢粉成分的变化,重建了22.25ka B P以来的植被与气候变化历史。结果表明:孢粉主要来源于婆罗洲和周围岛屿,孢粉1带(22.25～16.6ka B P),低山雨林植被发育,为暖热气候,从测年时间看,当时为末次冰期晚期。孢粉2带(16.6～10.82ka B P,为末次冰消期),植被以热带低山雨林和低地雨林为主,针叶的松数量较多,当时的气温比现在低。孢粉3带(全新世早期,10.82～6.43ka B P),植被以热带低山雨林和低地雨林为主,针叶松属数量减少,气温比前期升高,海平面也上升。孢粉4带(全新世中晚期,6.43ka B P至今),全新世中期为炎热、湿润的气候环境,全新世晚期可能与婆罗洲现今的植被景观相近,为热、湿的气候环境。

In a recent article,[1] we have demonstrated a significant difference in the theoretical knowledge of both junior and senior emergency department (ED)medical offi cers (MOs) from salem, Tamil Nadu, India,and the Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH) Adelaide, South Australia, in the management of severely injured trauma patients, when comparing MOs who had completed an ATLS-type program with those who had not undertaken such a program.

目的:观察手针对急性心肌缺血大鼠心率变异性(HRV)的影响。方法:通过结扎冠状动脉左前降支建立大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,手针内关穴并记录心电图,分析造模以及针刺前后HRV的差异。结果:急性心肌缺血模型复制后,HRV分析显示造模后低频成分/高频成分(LF/HF)比值升高;针刺内关穴后,LF/HF比值降低。结论:手针内关穴可改善急性心肌缺血引起的HRV改变。
