藓类植物遗传多样性的SRAP分析

为藓类植物分子系统学研究提供基础,本研究利用正交设计法建立藓类植物SRAP反应体系,并对8种藓类植物的遗传多样性进行研究。结果表明:在20μL SRAP-PCR反应体系中,最佳扩增条件为Taq DNA聚合酶2.0 U、Mg^(2+)浓度1.5 mmol/L、dNTP浓度0.3 mmol/L、DNA模板量50 ng、正反引物0.5μmol/L;15对引物扩增出145个条带,其中有73个多态性条带,多态比率为50.34%,平均每对引物有4.87个多态性位点,每对引物多态性信息量(PiC)为0.51~0.67,平均为0.59;有效等位基因数(Ne)、Shannon信息指数(i)和Nei's遗传相似系数(H)分别为1.602 3、0.540 1和0.357 1;聚类分析结果显示,在遗传相似系数为0.675 5处,将8种藓类植物分为2大类;在0.710 0处,第一大类分为2个亚类。研究表明,同属的藓类植物物种之间遗传差异较小;藓类植物遗传多样性受生境的影响。所建立的藓类植物SRAP反应体系稳定可靠、重复性好,条带清晰且多态性好,可为展开藓类植物遗传多样性及亲缘关系、有效基因资源的挖掘研究提供有效参考。

The peripheral driver stimulating theory states that as a driver passes along a certain meridian during acupuncture; the driver provokes nerve sense devices along the meridian, resulting in the nerve impulse entering the central nervous system. Accordingly, volunteers have reported propagated sensations along the meridians （PSM）. The present study was designed to utilize a cortical somatosensory-evoked potential （CSEP） topographic map for determining whether stimulation expansion occurs in somatosensory area i when sensation was provoked in individuals with obvious PSM. The sensation was blocked by mechanical compression, and the sensation was imitated in individuals without PSM. Results revealed a red, high-potential signal in the representative area of the lower limbs in individuals with obvious PSM symptoms when the gall Bladder Meridian （GBM） sensation passed to the head and face. This representative area was near the middle line of the CSEP topographic map, and a red, high-potential signal, which jumps over the representative area of the upper limbs, also appeared in the representative face area, which was at the external region of the CSEP topographic map. However, in individuals exhibiting no PSM, only a red high-potential signal appeared in the representative lower limb area. When Hegu （Li 4） was stimulated in individuals without PSM, an obvious evoked response appeared only in the representative upper limb area. However, when Hegu was stimulated in individuals exhibiting PSM, the response area was larger in the representative upper limb area and extended to the representative face area. When Guangrning （GB 37） was stimulated in PSM individuals, the face representation response disappeared and was confined to a foot representation of the somatosensory area i when PSM was blocked by mechanical pressure. AiM:To determine the role of CD133 in cholangiocarcinoma progression. METHODS:CD133 protein expression was evaluated by immunohistochemistry in 34 cholangiocarcinoma *** addition,proliferation,chemoresistance and invasive properties of CD133-enriched(CD133 + ) and CD133-depleted(CD133 )RMCCA1 cholangiocarcinoma cells were studied and compared. RESULTS:Strong CD133 expression was observed in 67.6%(23/34)of the cholangiocarcinoma specimens. Strong expression of CD133 was significantly associated with nodal metastasis(P=0.009)and positive surgical margin status(P=0.011).in the in vitro study, both the CD133 + and CD133 cells had similar proliferation abilities and resistance to chemotherapeutic ***,the CD133 + cells had a higher invasive ability compared with CD133 cells. CONCLUSiON:CD133+cells play an important role in the invasiveness of *** of the CD133+cells may be a useful approach to improve treatment against cholangiocarcinoma.

baCKGROUND One of the most popular bariatric procedures is sleeve gastrectomy,and it has become significantly more common in recent *** To evaluate the research activity in sleeve gastrectomy over the last two decades,and to visualize the hot spots and emerging trends in this type of bariatric surgeryusing bibliometric *** The Scopus database was used to search for publications related to sleeve *** retrieved publications were reviewed in terms of year of publication,type of study,country of origin,institutions,journals,and citation patterns by using descriptive *** network and term cooccurrence analysis were visualized by using VOSviewer *** The search strategy yielded a total of 6508 publications on sleeve gastrectomy from 2001 to *** regards the document type,the majority were articles(n=5230;80.36%),followed by reviews(n=544;8.36%).The top three countries are the United States,with 1983 publications(30.47%),followed by France(600;9.22%)and italy(417;6.71%).The most cited publication was published in 2012 by Schauer et al in the New England Journal of Medicine(n=1435 citations).This publication found that weight loss was greater in the sleeve gastrectomy group than in the medical therapy ***,this study demonstrated that 12 mo of medical therapy plus bariatric surgery greatly improved glycemic regulation in obese patients with uncontrolled type 2 diabetes compared with medical therapy *** focus of the current literature on sleeve gastrectomy was directed toward several themes such as morbidity and potential complications,the complexity of the procedure and different surgical approaches,and diabetes and body mass index in correlation to sleeve *** The number of sleeve gastrectomy publications has gradually grown over the last 20 *** bibliometric analysis could help researchers better understand the knowledge base and research frontiers surrounding sleeve

The effect of chromium addition on the structure and electrical properties of CaCu3Ti4O12 is *** based on the formula CaCu3Ti4-xCrxO12-σ(x = 0, 0.025, 0.050 and 0.075 mol%) are prepared by solid-state reaction. Pellets sintered at 1070℃ for 12 h are characterised by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy/energy dispersive spectroscopy and impedance spectroscopy. Current densityelectric field, dielectric loss and permittivity measurements are also carried out. Rietveld refinement showed the substitution of Cr(Ⅲ) on the Ti(Ⅳ) site, with the maximum substitution for x = 0.025 mol%.The generation of electrical defects in the grain boundary region by chromium doping is responsible for increasing the electric breakdown field strength and nonlinearity coefficient at room temperature from 1723 V/cm and 5.29 for x = 0 mol% to 3431 V/cm and 8.16 for x = 0.025 mol%. This composition shows the greatest improvement in ceramic varistor parameters.
