Background Patients with severe full-thickness burn injury suffer from their inability to maintain body temperature through perspiration because the complete destructed sweat glands can not be regenerated. Bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells （BM-MSCs） represent an ideal stem-cell source for cell therapy because of their easy purification and multipotency. In this study, we attempted to induce human BM-MSCs to differentiate into sweat gland cells for sweat gland regeneration through ectodysplasin （EDA） gene transfection. Methods The dynamic expression of EDA and EDA receptor （EDAR） were firstly observed in the sweat gland formation during embryological development. After transfection with EDA expression vector, human BM-MSCs were transplanted into the injured areas of burn animal models. The regeneration of sweat glands was identified by perspiration test and immunohistochemical analysis. Results Endogenous expression of EDA and EDAR correlated with sweat gland development in human fetal skin. After EDA transfection, BM-MSC acquired a sweat-gland-cell phenotype, evidenced by their expression of sweat gland markers by flow cytometry analysis. Immunohistochemical staining revealed a markedly contribution of EDA-transfected BM-MSCs to the regeneration of sweat glands in the scalded paws. Positive rate for perspiration test for the paws treated with EDA-transfected BM-MSCs was significantly higher than those treated with BM-MSCs or EDA expression vector （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Our results confirmed the important role of EDA in the development of sweat gland. BM-MSCs transfected with EDA significantly improved the sweat-gland regeneration. This study suggests the potential application of EDA-modified MSCs for the repair and regeneration of injured skin and its appendages.

BACKGROUND Many guidelines have recommended renin-angiotensin system inhibitors(RASI)as the first-line treatment for patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).We studied RASI prescription trends from 2010 to 2019,and analyzed the characteristics associated with RASI prescription in Chinese hospitalized CKD *** To study the prescription of renin angiotensin system inhibitors in hospitalized patients with CKD in *** It was retrospectively,cross-sectional reviewed RASI prescriptions in hospitalized CKD patients in China from 2010 to *** prescribing trends were analyzed from 2010 to 2019,and bivariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were conducted to identify characteristics associated with RASI *** A total of 35090 CKD patients were included,with 10043(28.6%)RASI *** these patients,18919(53.9%)met the criteria for RASI treatments based on the 2012 kidney disease:Improving global outcomes *** these,7246(38.3%)patients received RASI *** prescriptions showed an initial rapid increase from 2011 to 2012,reached its peak around 2015 and 2016,and then exhibited a subsequent slight decreasing *** bivariate and multivariate analyses showed that several characteristics,including the male gender,age less than 60-year-old,nephrology department admission,lower CKD stage,history of hypertension or diabetes,proteinuria,glomerulonephritis as the CKD etiology,and non-acute kidney injury were associated with RASI *** The frequency of RASI prescriptions showed an initial increase but a slight decreasing trend in more recent *** patients with certain characteristics such as elderly age,advanced disease stage,surgery department admission,or acute kidney injury were less likely to receive RASI *** the application of RASI in hospitalized CKD patients is *** actual clinical practice needs to be *** development of related research

ST-LSTM-sa:A New Ocean Sound Velocity Field Prediction Model Based on Deep Learning

The scarcity of in-situ ocean observations poses a challenge for real-time information acquisition in the *** the crucial hydroacoustic environmental parameters,ocean sound velocity exhibits significant spatial and temporal variability and it is highly relevant to oceanic *** this study,we propose a new data-driven approach,leveraging deep learning techniques,for the prediction of sound velocity fields(SVFs).Our novel spatiotemporal prediction model,STLSTM-sa,combines Spatiotemporal Long Short-Term Memory(ST-LSTM) with a self-attention mechanism to enable accurate and real-time prediction of *** circumvent the limited amount of observational data,we employ transfer learning by first training the model using reanalysis datasets,followed by fine-tuning it using in-situ analysis data to obtain the final prediction *** utilizing the historical 12-month SVFs as input,our model predicts the SVFs for the subsequent three *** compare the performance of five models:Artificial Neural Networks(ANN),Long ShortTerm Memory(LSTM),Convolutional LSTM(ConvLSTM),ST-LSTM,and our proposed ST-LSTM-sa model in a test experiment spanning 2019 to *** results demonstrate that the ST-LSTM-sa model significantly improves the prediction accuracy and stability of sound velocity in both temporal and spatial *** ST-LSTM-sa model not only accurately predicts the ocean sound velocity field(SVF),but also provides valuable insights for spatiotemporal prediction of other oceanic environmental variables.

组织内的间充质干细胞是人体重要的间充质干细胞来源,作为组织间充质干细胞的一种,肺常驻间充质干细胞(LR-MSC)主要位于肺泡微血管壁中,具有与骨髓间充质干细胞相似的特性,但在治疗肺部疾病时的效果较骨髓间充质干细胞更好。特发性肺纤维化(IPF)是一种以局部组织破坏和细胞外基质沉积为特征的不可逆性慢性肺部疾病,在病理条件下,LR-MSC参与IPF的发病过程,其受部分细胞因子的驱动可分化为成纤维细胞、血管内皮细胞,进而促进肺局部组织纤维化和微血管重构,因此深入研究其具体作用机制对IPF的治疗具有重要意义。

The incorporation of partial A-site substitution in perovskite oxides represents a promising strategy for precisely controlling the electronic configuration and enhancing its intrinsic catalytic *** methods for A-site substitution typically involve prolonged high-temperature *** these processes promote the development of unique nanostructures with highly exposed active sites,they often result in the uncontrolled configuration of introduced ***,we present a novel approach for synthesizing two-dimensional(2D)porous GdFeO_(3) perovskite with A-site strontium(Sr)substitution utilizing microwave shock *** technique enables precise control of the Sr content and simultaneous construction of 2D porous structures in one step,capitalizing on the advantages of rapid heating and cooling(temperature~1100 K,rate~70 K s^(-1)).The active sites of this oxygen-rich defect structure can be clearly revealed through the simulation of the electronic configuration and the comprehensive analysis of the crystal *** electrocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction application,the synthesized 2D porous Gd_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)FeO_(3) electrocatalyst exhibits an exceptional overpotential of 294 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2)and a small Tafel slope of 55.85 mV dec^(-1)in alkaline *** study offers a fresh perspective on designing crystal configurations and the construction of nanostructures in perovskite.

The traits of rural domestic sewage emission are unclear,negatively affecting rural domestic sewage treatment and sewage *** study used data from the Second National Pollution Source Census Bulletin to establish a data *** spatial distribution characteristics and main factors influencing rural sewage discharge in the Northern Region were studied using spatial autocorrelation analysis and structural *** findings demonstrated that(l)a significant Spearman correlation between drainage water volume(DwV),chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen(NH_(3)-N),total nitrogen(TN),and total phosphorus(TP)and that the correlation coefficients between DWV and COD,NH,-N,TNand TP were 0.87**,1.0**,0.99**,0.99**,respectively;(2)rural sewage discharge showed spatial autocorrelation,and rural domestic sewage discharge in the districts and counties with an administration was significantly higher than in the surrounding areas;and(3)social development was the main driver rural domestic sewage changes(path coefficient was 0.407**),and the main factors influencing rural domestic sewage discharge were the urbanization rate,years of education,and population age *** study obtained the spatial variation law and clarified the main influencing factors of rural domestic sewage to provide data support and a theoretical basis for subsequent rural sewage collection and *** of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in northern China as a typical case,provides a theoretical foundation for scientific decision-making on rural domestic sewage treatment at the national and regional levels and offers new perspectives for managing pollutants.

目的探讨优质护理服务对胸外科恶性肿瘤患者的影响。方法整群选取该院胸外科2012年1月—2014年2月收治的65例恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上行优质护理干预,比较两组患者干预前后saS评分(焦虑自评量表)、SDS评分(抑郁自评量表)、生活质量及护理满意度评分。结果两组干预后saS评分[(42.6±2.5)VS(51.4±3.0)]分、SDS评分[(42.0±2.6)VS(51.2±3.4)]分、生活质量评分[(88.2±8.6)VS(75.5±9.4)]分、护理满意度评分[(92.6±6.7)VS(85.2±5.0)]分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务能明显缓解胸外科恶性肿瘤患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高护理满意度,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

目的分析循证护理在胸外科患者呼吸道管理中的实践效果。方法随机选取该院2012年6月—2014年6月收治的80例胸外科患者为研究对象,按照入院前后顺序将其分为两组,各40例,对照组患者给予常规呼吸道管理护理,实验组患者则在呼吸道管理中应用循证护理干预,比较两组干预前后肺功能变化、并发症发生率及护理质量评分。结果两组干预后FEV1[(2.90±0.04)VS(1.90±0.05)]L、FEV1/FVC[(0.59±.02)VS(0.45±0.03)]比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率5.0%,与对照组的32.5%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,实验组护理质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论胸外科患者呼吸道管理中应用循证护理,能明显改善患者肺功能,减少并发症发生,护理质量高,值得临床推广。
