In this paper, the robust H∞control problem for a class of stochastic systems with interval time-varying and distributed delays is discussed. The system under study involves parameter uncertainty, stochastic disturbance, interval time-varying,and distributed delay. The aim is to design a delay-dependent robust H∞control which ensures the robust asymptotic stability of the given system and to express it in the form of linear matrix inequalities（LMIs）. Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. The results are also compared with the existing results to show its conservativeness.

This paper is concerned with the problem of delay-dependent robust H∞control for a class of uncertain systems with two additive time-varying delays. A new suitable Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional（LKf） with triple integral terms is constructed and a tighter upper bound of the derivative of the LKf is derived. By applying a convex optimization technique, new delay-dependent robust H∞stability criteria are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities（LMI）. Based on the stability criteria, a state feedback controller is designed such that the closed-loop system is asymptotically ***, numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. Comparison results show that our results are less conservative than the existing methods.

This paper deals with H∞ state estimation problem of neural networks with discrete and distributed time-varying delays. A novel delay-dependent concept of H∞ state estimation is proposed to estimate the H∞ performance and global asymptotic stability of the concerned neural networks. By constructing the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and using the linear matrix inequality technique, sufficient conditions for delay-dependent H∞ performances are obtained, which can be easily solved by some standard numerical algorithms. finally, numerical examples are given to illustrate the usefulness and effectiveness of the proposed theoretical results.

Particulate TiC reinforced 17-4PH and 465 maraging stainless steel matrix composites were processed by conventional powder metallurgy （P/M）. TiC-maraging stainless steel composites with theoretical density 〉97% were produced using conventional P/M. The microstructure, and mechanical and wear properties of the composites were evaluated. The microstructure of the composites consisted of （core-rim structure） spherical and semi-spherical TiC particles depending on the wettability of the matrix with TiC particles. In TiC-maraging stainless steel composites, 465 stainless steel binder phase showed good wettability with TiC particles. Some microcracks appeared in the composites, indicating the presence of tensile stresses in the composites produced during sintering. The typical properties, hardness, and bend strength were reported for the composites. After heat treatment and aging, an increase in hardness was observed. The increase in hardness was at- tributed to the aging reaction in maraging stainless steel. The specific wear behavior of the composites strongly depends on the content of TiC particles and their interparticle spacing, and on the heat treatment of the maraging stainless steel.

Spintronics has received a great attention and significant interest within the past decades,and provided considerable and remarked applications in industry and electronic information *** spintronics,the MgO based magnetic tunnel junction(MTJ) is an important research advancement because of its physical properties and excellent performance,such as the high TMR ratio in MgO based *** present an overview of more than a decade development in MgO based *** review contains three main sections.(1) Research of several types of MgO based MTJs,including single-crystal MgO barrier based-MTJs,double barrier MTJs,MgO based MTJs with interlayer,novel electrode material MTJs based on MgO,novel barrier based MTJs,novel barrier MTJs based on MgO,and perpendicular MTJs.(2) Some typical physical effects in MgO based MTJs,which include six observed physical effects in MgO based MTJs,namely spin transfer torque(STT) effect,Coulomb blockade magnetoresistance(CBMR) effect,oscillatory magnetoresistance,quantum-well resonance tunneling effect,electric field assisted magnetization switching effect,and spincaloric effect.(3) In the last section,a brief introduction of some important device applications of MgO based MTJs,such as GMR & TMR read heads and magneto-sensitive sensors,both field and current switching MRAM,spin nano oscillators,and spin logic devices,have been provided.
