Cardiac toxicity is one of the most common side effects of anticancer *** toxicity results dysfunction of heart including hypotension,heart failure,and even cause death in extreme *** potential risk of cardiotoxicity is a huge concern in chemotherapeutics mediated cancer *** individual with any pre-existing cardiac issues are excluded from clinical trials due to the potential risk of *** of the potential cardiotoxicity,there is an emerging need for alternatives of some very potent anticancer drugs(doxorubicin/DOX,5-fluorouracil/5 FU,trastuzumab).While a patient is being treated with anticancer drugs,early blood screening,biomarker detection,and careful monitoring of cardiac functions are necessary to be able to avoid any irreversible cardiac ***,early detection methodology to monitor cardiotoxicity in real-time,and a drug formulation that prevent interaction between drug and cardiac cell,seemingly have potential to mitigate the *** this review,we have summarized the cardiotoxicity of the most used anticancer drugs,their pathophysiology and some of the conventional and newer screening methods available to manage an individual patient in *** have also incorporated our perspective on how a rationale designing of biomolecules can be used to overcome the cardiotoxicity generated chemotherapeutics.

The modern paradigm of the Internet of Things(IoT)has led to a significant increase in demand for latency-sensitive applications in Fog-based cloud ***,such applications cannot meet strict quality of service(QoS)*** large-scale deployment of IoT requires more effective use of network infrastructure to ensure QoS when processing big ***,cloud-centric IoT application deployment involves different modules running on terminal devices and cloud *** devices with different computing capabilities must process the data generated by the end device,so deploying latency-sensitive applications in a heterogeneous fog computing environment is a difficult *** addition,when there is an inconsistent connection delay between the fog and the terminal device,the deployment of such applications becomes more *** this article,we propose an algorithm that can effectively place application modules on network nodes while considering connection delay,processing power,and sensing data *** with traditional cloud computing deployment,we conducted simulations in iFogSim to confirm the effectiveness of the *** simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in terms of end-to-end delay and network ***,latency and execution time is insensitive to the number of sensors.

故障定位是软件调试的主要任务之一。开发人员花费大量的时间和精力来人工正确定位故障。自动故障定位技术可以辅助开发者。在故障定位领域,已经提出了许多技术,输入测试套件,然后输出程序的故障实体的排序列表。可能程序不变量是发现和分析软件缺陷的主要方式之一,通过分析不变量特性,可以捕获和分析哪些程序代码违背了开发人员的目标。为了改进这方面的工作,本论文研究了基于不变量分析的故障定位方法,并开发了一个称为SILearning的系统,通过学习已知的缺陷信息,来定位程序中的可疑方法。该方法结合了机器学习技术“learning to rank”,程序不变量差异、以及基于程序谱的故障定位方法。将通过执行测试用例和代码覆盖率分析计算获得各方法的不变量差异和基于程序谱定位计算的可疑度值作为特征,来计算各方法导致失效的可疑度并对其进行排序。为了完成这项工作,我们将SILearning划分为五个部分:方法聚类和测试用例子集选择,可能和动态不变量检测,不变量子集选择,特征提取和模型学习以及方法排序。完成所有这些步骤后,SILearning会输出一系列按可疑度排序的方法。实验分析了从数据库“Defects4J”中提取的真实故障数据集,并将SILearning的性能与已有研究进行比较。结果表明SILearning在使用组合功能时表现更好,并且能够成功地将故障方法平均地定位在顶部1,2,3,4和5处的“76.1”,“90.4”,“108.2”,“123”,“和”“143.5”。SILearning优于ER1,ER1,ER5,ER5,ER5,GP2,GP3,GP13,GP19 and Savant。

齿轮箱箱体由于支持着传动件而起着十分重要的作用。箱体里主要有轴、齿轮和轴承。由于整个齿轮箱要承受静态和动态的载荷,所以整个齿轮箱箱体的强度显得非常重要。同时在齿轮箱的起吊和安装过程中,齿轮箱吊耳的强度也显得十分重要。在整个传动装置中,振动主要是由于齿轮啮合激励和轴承处激励引起的。产生的振动能量从齿轮传动轴上,又从轴传递到轴承处,进而从轴承通过轴承座传递到齿轮箱箱体。一部分振动能量被齿轮箱中的弹性元件所吸收,而另一部分振动能量将会激励器振动。振动能量可以通过修改结构来进行控制。然而结构修改可以通过改变齿轮箱箱壁的厚度或在某些部位添加阻尼来实现。本文通过在船用齿轮箱的某些结构上添加适当的阻尼材料来减小振动能量以,并在有限元分析软件ANSYS中完成了模拟仿真。首先,根据齿轮箱的实际工作条件确定了吊耳的工作载荷及齿轮箱箱体的约束条件,对齿轮箱的吊耳进行了静力学分析。先进的子模型技术被用来获取齿轮箱某些局部或指定位置的精确应力情况。子模型技术允许从整体模型中提取一部分模型进行网格细化,以便进一步分析。此外,应用Block Lanczos法进行齿轮箱的无阻尼模态分析,并提取了齿轮箱前10阶固有频率及其振型。本文应用QR法完成了齿轮箱有阻尼模态分析。根据模态分析来分别确定阻尼材料SA-3、DFM和QZD的最佳厚度、阻尼材料的约束以及阻尼材料在齿轮箱表面的最佳粘贴位置。在整个分析中还考虑了阻尼材料的温度特性,分别计算了在25oC、30oC、40oC和50oC下每种阻尼材料对齿轮箱的减振性能。

Early outcomes of limb salvage surgery with mega-prosthesis:A single center experience

Objective:To determine the early outcomes of limb salvage surgery with mega ***:This retrospective study was conducted at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre(SKMCH&RC)from 1st January 2017 till 31st January *** like demographics,histopathology,functional and survival outcomes were retrieved from the Hospital Information *** Tumor Society(MSTS)score was used to evaluate the functional outcomes after the *** survival analyses,Kaplan-Meier curve was *** joint infection,amputation rate,metastasis,mortality rate,and recurrence were also ***:This study included 43 patients who underwent limb salvage surgery with endoprosthesis reconstruction at SKMCH&*** mean age at the time of diagnosis was(26.5±15.8)*** with distal femoral replacement had the highest MSTS scores(81.45±9.70)while those with proximal humerus replacement has the lowest MSTS scores(56.8±11.2).There was a strong association between site of tumor and MSTS(F=3.30,P=0.017).We also found a correlation between surgical site infection and MSTS scores(r=0.484,P=0.001).Patients with recurrence also had significantly lower MSTS scores(P<0.05).The cumulative survival rate at the end of two-year follow-up was(71.4±17.1)%in proximal femur tumor patients,(88.0±7.8)%in distal femur tumor patients,and(50.0±3.5)%in proximal humerus tumor ***,patients with Ewing sarcoma had the highest survival rate(97.5±11.0)%while patients with chondrosarcoma had the lowest survival rate(77.8±13.9)%.Conclusions:Limb salvage surgery with mega-prosthesis can be performed with satisfactory functional and survival outcomes,but further studies are needed to compare it with other limb salvage *** study can be used as a reference for future studies.

The activity of antioxidative enzymes system is affected by salt stress, chlorophyll content (CHL), leaf relative water content (RWC), Na+ and K+ contents, their ratio and some oxidative stress indices were studied in leaves of ten bread wheat cultivarsSehar-06, Lu-26, NARC-09, BARC-09 and Pirsbak-09’(salt-tolerant) and Kaghan-94, Rohtas-90, Soughat-90, Shaheen-94 and Zardana-89’(salt-sensitive), grown under salinity treatments carried out in five levels (1 dS·m-1 as control, 2, 4, 8, 16 dS·m-1) via sodium chloride. Under high salt potency significant increase for activities of antioxidant enzymes such as ascorbate peroxidase (APX) and guiacol peroxidase (GPX), occured in salt tolerant varieties. Meanwhile, under salinity condition the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and (GPX) in sensitive cultivar were lower than control. Regarding (APX) activity there was no significant difference between salinity and control situation. Under salt stress membrane stability index (MSI) of both cultivars were negatively influenced. Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) content of salinity sensitive cultivars was higher than control. Salt tolerant varieties had more amounts of K+ content, K+ and Na+ ratio, relative water content, yield and chlorophyll under salt conditions, and sensitive ones recorded higher Na+ content at tillering stage. The mechanism of salt stress might be achieved due to low lipid peroxidation, assumingly lower changes in membrane stability index and evasion of Na+ combination and amplified activity of antioxidant enzymes.

Neuroimaging has emerged over the last few decades as a crucial tool in diagnosing Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Mild cognitive impairment(MCI)is a condition that falls between the spectrum of normal cognitive function and ***,previous studies have mainly used handcrafted features to classify MCI,AD,and normal control(NC)*** paper focuses on using gray matter(GM)scans obtained through magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)for the diagnosis of individuals with MCI,AD,and *** improve classification performance,we developed two transfer learning strategies with data augmentation(i.e.,shear range,rotation,zoom range,channel shift).The first approach is a deep Siamese network(DSN),and the second approach involves using a cross-domain strategy with customized *** performed experiments on the Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative(ADNI)dataset to evaluate the performance of our proposed *** experimental results demonstrate superior performance in classifying the three binary classification tasks:NC ***,NC ***,and MCI ***,we achieved a classification accuracy of 97.68%,94.25%,and 92.18%for the three cases,*** study proposes two transfer learning strategies with data augmentation to accurately diagnose MCI,AD,and normal control individuals using GM *** findings provide promising results for future research and clinical applications in the early detection and diagnosis of AD.

Augmentation of abnormal cells in the brain causes brain tumor(BT),and early screening and treatmentwill reduce its harshness in ***’s clinical level screening is usually performed with Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI)due to its multi-modality *** overall aims of the study is to introduce,test and verify an advanced image processing technique with algorithms to automatically extract tumour sections from brain MRI scans,facilitating improved *** research intends to devise a reliable framework for detecting the BT region in the twodimensional(2D)MRI slice,and identifying its class with improved *** methodology for the devised framework comprises the phases of:(i)Collection and resizing of images,(ii)Implementation and Segmentation of Convolutional Neural Network(CNN),(iii)Deep feature extraction,(iv)Handcrafted feature extraction,(v)Moth-Flame-Algorithm(MFA)supported feature reduction,and(vi)Performance *** study utilized clinical-grade brain MRI of BRATS and TCIA datasets for the *** framework segments detected the glioma(low/high grade)and glioblastoma class *** work helped to get a segmentation accuracy of over 98%with VGG-UNet and a classification accuracy of over 98%with the VGG16 *** study has confirmed that the implemented framework is very efficient in detecting the BT in MRI slices with/without the skull section.
