Accelerated materials development with machine learning(ML)assisted screening and high throughput experimentation for new photovoltaic materials holds the key to addressing our grand energy ***-driven ML is envisaged as a decisive enabler for new perovskite materials ***,its full potential can be severely curtailed by poorly represented molecular descriptors(or fingerprints).Optimal descriptors are essential for establishing effective mathematical representations of quantitative structure-property *** we reveal that our persistent functions(PFs)based learning models offer significant accuracy advantages over traditional descriptor based models in organic-inorganic halide perovskite(OIHP)materials design and have similar performance as deep learning *** multiscale simplicial complex approach not only provides a more precise representation for OIHP structures and underlying interactions,but also has better transferability to ML *** results demonstrate that advanced geometrical and topological invariants are highly efficient feature engineering approaches that can markedly improve the performance of learning models for molecular data ***,new structure-property relationships can be established between our invariants and *** anticipate that our molecular representations and featurization models will transcend the limitations of conventional approaches and lead to breakthroughs in perovskite materials design and discovery.

The outstanding optoelectronic performance of lead halide perovskites lies in their exceptional carrier diffusion *** the perovskite material dimensionality is reduced to exploit the quantum confinement effects,the disruption to the perovskite lattice,often with insulating organic ligands,raises new questions on the charge diffusion ***,we report direct imaging of>1μm exciton diffusion lengths in CH3NH3PbBr3 perovskite nanocrystal(PNC)***,the resulting exciton mobilities in these PNC films can reach 10±2cm^(2)V^(-1) s^(-1),,which is counterintuitively several times higher than the carrier mobility in 3D perovskite *** show that this ultralong exciton diffusion originates from both efficient inter-NC exciton hopping(via Forster energy transfer)and the photon recycling process with a smaller yet significant ***,our study not only sheds new light on the highly debated origins of the excellent exciton diffusion in PNC films but also highlights the potential of PNCs for optoelearonic applications.

兰德斯与波斯纳的《侵权法的经济结构》是本集大成之作,但其以管制的投入产出模型去分析具自治本质的侵权法,必然是失败的。在大多数情况,兰德斯与波斯纳将防害投入仅限于物理资源,因此交易成本以及冲突活动间的价值抵换,都被排除在考虑之外。但问题是,前者正是制度选择的基础,而后者则是正确计算社会损失的保证,因此其模型就空空如也。其结果是:一、将侵害人的效益加入了故意侵权之分析;二、在分析各种赔偿责任制的利弊时,混淆了(事前)无责任制与(事后)个案中侵害人的无庸负责;三、在过失认定时,恰好颠倒了侵害人应适用的高低标准。漠视法律定性(基于制度分工),经济分析将无所附丽。

Benign esophageal lesions have a wide spectrum of clinical and pathologic features. Understanding the endoscopic and pathologic features of esophageal lesions is essential for their detection, differential diagnosis, and management. The purpose of this review is to provide updated features that may help physicians to appropriately manage these esophageal lesions. The endoscopic features of 2997 patients are reviewed. In epithelial lesions, the frequency of occurrence was in the following order: glycogenic acanthosis, heterotopic gastric mucosa, squamous papilloma, hyperplastic polyp, ectopic sebaceous gland and xanthoma. In subepithelial lesions, the order was as follows: hemangioma, leiomyoma, dysphagia aortica and granular cell tumor. Most benign esophageal lesions can be diagnosed according to their endoscopic appearance and findings on routine biopsy, and submucosal lesions, by endoscopic resection. Management is generally based upon the confidence of diagnosis and whether the lesion causes symptoms. We suggest endoscopic resection of all granular cell tumors and squamous papillomas because, while rare, these lesions have malignant potential. Dysphagia aortica should be considered in the differential diagnosis of dysphagia in the elderly.

过失是私法赔偿之核心,但其往往不为人正确理解,以至于法律体系混乱。传统的过失罪责化,无法解释为何能力较差的行为人仍须适用强人所难的高损害赔偿责任标准。所谓＂过失客观化＂,只是回避了问题,因为其未说明为何客观化及其如何可得出此客观标准。有经济分析论者,直接将能力效益化,计算出客观的过失标准,得出如＂过失罪责化＂的结果。事实上,基于损害之相互性质,损害若要移转（填补）,其必须是行为人应该而且能够预见的,否则法律即是徒生滋扰;在行为人应预见且能预见的讯息条件下,可得出一个行为标准,行为人若逾越之,即应负损害赔偿责任;损害对于行为人是否可预见,取决于其行为的危险性——愈是危险行为,愈是可预见。简言之,过失责任即是危险责任。一旦明乎此,私法的损害赔偿责任体系即清楚了：严格责任不再与过失责任决然可分;故意与过失也不再是心理之区分,而在于损害预见可能性的高低;契约法的归责事由不再与侵权法的过失有矛盾;公示制度效能为何决定了物权效力的范围;过失不可能分离于不法而在后认定;侵权损害赔偿责任是填补性的而非惩罚性的。

本文记述中国花蝇科及蝇科三新种及一新亚种。除第二种外,各新种或新亚种模式标本均存上海昆虫研究所。花蝇科 1.黑胸拟花蝇 Calythea atra Fan新种(图1,2) 体长4.0毫米。头黑色。眼:高约为长的1(1/2),有少数很微的毛。额最狭处间额消失,侧额如线,仅前方1/2长度内有额鬃,间额鬃长,间额及沿侧额鬃列一线黑色。头前面粉被略带银色的灰色。触角黑,第三节为第二节的1(1/2)倍,芒基部半段有很短的毳毛。侧颜裸,狭于触角第三节的宽,颜鬃长大,髭在口缘一线,口上片明显。颊高约为眼高
