We report the detection of aγ-ray bubble spanning at least 100deg2.in ultra-high energy(UHE)up to a few PeV in the direction of the star-forming region Cygnus X,implying the presence super PeVatron(s)accelerating protons to at least 10 PeV.A log-parabola form with the photon indexΓ(E)=(2.71±0.02.+(0.11±0.02.×log10(E/10 TeV)is found fitting the gamma-ray energy spectrum of the bubble *** sources,“hot spots”correlated with very massive molecular clouds,and a quasi-spherical amorphousγ-ray emitter with a sharp central brightening are observed in the *** the core of~0.5°,spatially associating with a region containing massive OB association(Cygnus OB2.and a microquasar(Cygnus X-3),as well as previously reported multi-TeV sources,an enhanced concentration of UHEγ-rays is observed with 2.photons at energies above 1 *** general feature of the bubble,the morphology,and the energy spectrum,are reasonably reproduced by the assumption of a particle accelerator in the core,continuously injecting protons into the ambient medium.

四川盆地高石梯—磨溪地区震旦系灯影组碳酸盐岩气藏储量丰富,属于超深层气藏,孔隙结构复杂且溶洞发育,当前尚未完全厘清该地区灯影组碳酸盐岩储层特征,为油气勘探开发带来极大挑战。本文结合岩石物理性质实验和测井解释研究高石梯—磨溪地区灯影组碳酸盐岩的岩性、测井响应和孔隙性等储层特征。研究结果表明:(1)高石梯—磨溪地区灯影组碳酸盐岩岩性主要为细晶白云岩、藻云岩和泥晶白云岩,其中灯四段细晶白云岩占比61.2.,灯二段藻云岩占比74.3%;(2.灯影组储层空间类型以裂缝和溶蚀孔洞为主,岩石吼道半径较小,中值吼道半径为0.010~0.051μm,平均0.02.μm;(3)储层物性灯二段较灯四段好,孔隙度渗透率相关性极差,呈特低孔低渗特征,渗透性受裂缝影响较大;(4)渗透率参差系数计算结果均大于0.9,表明灯影组储层为显著的非均质储层。本研究成果可为该工区优质储层预测、开发设计及钻采工程施工等提供基础依据。

Vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) is frequently used in abdominal surgeries. However, relevant guidelines are rare. Chin ese Trauma Surge on Associati on orga nized a committee composed of 2. experts across china in July 2.17, aiming to provide an evidence-based recommendation for the application of VSD in abdominal *** questions regarding the use of VSD in abdominal surgeries were addressed:(1) which type of materials should be respectively chosen for the intraperitoneal cavity, retroperitoneal cavity and superficial incisions?(2. Can VSD be preventively used for a high-risk abdominal incision w让h primary suture?(3) Can VSD be used in severely contaminated/infected abdominal surgical sites?(4) Can VSD be used for temporary abdominal cavity closure under some special conditions such as severe abdominal trauma, infection, liver transplantation and intra-abdominal volume increment in abdominal compartment syndrome?(5) Can VSD be used in abdominal organ inflammation, injury, or postoperative drainage?(6) Can VSD be used in the treatment of intestinal fistula and pancreatic fistula?(7) Can VSD be used in the treatment of intra-abdominal and extra-peritoneal abscess?(8) Can VSD be used in the treatment of abdominal wall wounds, wound cavity, and defects?(9) Does VSD in crease the risk of bleeding?(10) Does VSD increase the risk of intestinal wail injury?(11) Does VSD increase the risk of peritoneal adhesion? Focusing on these questions, evidence-based recommendations were given accordingly. VSD was strongly recommended regarding the questions 2.4. Weak recommendations were made regarding questions 1 and 5-11. Proper use of VSD in abdominal surgeries can lower the risk of infection in abdominal incisions with primary suture, treat severely contaminated/infected surgical sites and facilitate temporary abdominal cavity closure.

基于元江、成都与西安3个不同气候带城市的逐日疾病死亡数据与同期气象数据,采用广义相加模型和分布滞后非线性模型探究了这3座不同气候带城市气温对老年呼吸系统疾病死亡风险的影响,使用归因分值(AFs)量化不同气温段对呼吸系统疾病所造成的健康损失,并定量评估三地之间季节性气候趋利可获得的死亡风险降低效应。结果表明:(1)元江、成都与西安地区气温与老年呼吸系统疾病死亡关系大致呈“W”、反“J”、反“J”型分布。(2.气温对元江老年人群呼吸系统疾病死亡的影响以高温即时性更为突出,成都、西安老年人群则以低温滞后性更为显著。(3)元江、成都与西安由气温造成的AFs分别为9.64%、11.2.%和18.2.%,其中冷效应对呼吸系统疾病产生的死亡风险更大。将气温进一步细分为4个气温段(极端低温、中等低温、中等高温和极端高温),中等低温造成的超额死亡累计人数最多,这与其发生频次多密切相关。(4)若元江、成都、西安有意愿有条件的老年人群采取候鸟式季节性气候趋利避暑或避寒康养,可在一定程度上降低由当地季节性不适气候所产生的健康风险。

石底泉背斜位于柴达木盆地北缘宗务隆山与红山围限的山间盆地内,与怀头他拉背斜、德令哈背斜构成宗务隆山山前的第1排褶皱构造,限定石底泉背斜的构造地貌特征对研究柴达木盆地北缘构造变形、地壳缩短和青藏高原的向N扩展具有重要意义。文中通过地质地貌填图、高精度差分GPS地形剖面测量、地质剖面测绘和宇宙成因核素定年等方法,获得了石底泉背斜的构造地貌特征。基于宇宙成因核素定年获得构成褶皱主体的fan3洪积扇的年龄为(158.32.15.54)ka,该年龄与共和运动同期,表明石底泉背斜的形成响应了青藏高原东北缘的共和运动。综合洪积扇变形量和废弃年代,获得石底泉背斜自158ka BP以来的隆升速率为(0.06±0.01)mm/a,缩短速率为(0.05±0.01)mm/a。石底泉背斜的褶皱作用表明,在柴达木盆地北缘,山间盆地的褶皱作用与山前逆断裂的逆冲缩短相同,均对造山带前陆的地壳缩短具有重要的调节作用。

目的研究促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂（GnRH-ant）对盆腔放疗所致大鼠卵巢功能损伤的防护作用及潜在保护机制.方法 1.雌性Wistar大鼠10只,采用随机数字表法分为促性腺激素释放激素激动剂（GnRH-a）组与GnRH-ant组,分别皮下注射醋酸戈舍瑞林0.2. mg（1次）、醋酸西曲瑞克5μg（每天,连续10d）,动态观察两组大鼠血清黄体生成素（LH）和雌二醇（E2.水平的变化.2.雌性Wistar大鼠40只,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、GnRH-ant组、放疗组、GnRH-ant＋放疗组,分别给药及盆腔^60Co照射2.0 cGy后,检测卵巢湿重与血清卵泡刺激素（FSH）、E2.抗缪勒管激素（AMH）的水平;分类计数卵巢内各级卵泡总数,评价卵巢功能的保护情况.两组间比较采用独立样本t检验,多组间比较采用最小显著性差异法.结果 ***-a组的LH、E2.平短暂升高后逐渐下降,10d左右达最低值;GnRH-ant组的LH、E2.平迅速下降,4d左右达最低值,且无“点火效应”.2.与放疗组比较,GnRH-ant＋放疗组的卵巢湿重更高[（37.8±7.1） mg vs.（58.3±9.1）mg,t=5.61,P=0.000]、E2.平较高[（16.64±6.54） pg/mL vs.（57.49±13.45） pg/mL,t=8.64,P=0.000]、FSH水平较低[（2..74±7.75） mIU/mL vs.（8.35±1.43） mIU/mL,t=7.75,P=0.000]、AMH水平较高[（2.2.±0.72. mIU/mL vs.（5.47±1.32. mIU/mL,t=6.81,P=0.000]、原始及初级卵泡数明显更高（2..6±5.1 vs.46.2.12.3,t=4.42.P=0.000）,且差异均有统计学意义.结论 GnRH-ant能迅速有效地抑制大鼠卵巢功能的损伤,且无给药后“点火效应”.放疗前给予GnRH-ant,会将大鼠卵巢内的卵泡发育停滞于原始及初级卵泡阶段,减轻放疗辐射对卵巢功能的损伤.

Ⅰ.INTRODUCTION The direct detection of dark matter particles,especially the weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs),is being actively carried out by a couple of experiments worldwide[1].In recent years,the PandaX-Ⅱ experiment located in the china Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)[1-3],which uses the technology of dual phase liquid xenon time projection chambers(TPCs),has pushed the limits of the cross section between WIMPs and nucleons to a new level for most of the possible WIMP masses;other experiments of the same type are also being performed[4–10].

为研究不同发酵时间豆瓣酱中有机酸含量。本研究建立了高效液相色谱(HPLC)同时测定豆瓣酱中草酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸、乳酸、甲酸、乙酸7种有机酸的分析方法。结果显示,草酸在1-2.0mg/L的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,其他6种有机酸在1-2.000 mg/L的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好;平均加标回收率在83.96-102.35%之间,检出限在0.2.-0.83mg/L之间。
