AIM:To investigate the association of serum gammaglutamyl transferase(GGT) levels with chronic hepatitis B infection and hepatitis B e antigen(HBe Ag) ***:A retrospective study was performed on clinical data collected from patients who had been positive for hepatitis B surface antigen for > 6 mo and who were antiviral-treatment na?ve(n = 215) attending the Hepatitis Clinic at nanjing Drum Tower Hospital between August 2010 and December 2013. Healthy individuals without liver disease(n = 83) were included as controls. Patients were categorized into four groups based on disease status as recommended by the European Association for the Study of the liver:immune tolerance(IT; n = 47),HBe Ag-positive hepatitis(EPH; n = 93),HBe Ag-negative hepatitis(ENH;n = 20),and inactive carrier(IC; n = 55). Prediction of complete response(CR) based on serum GGT was also examined in EPH patients(n = 33) treated for 48 wk with nucleos(t)ide analogue(na) therapy,including lamivudine plus adefovir combination therapy(n = 20) or entecavir monotherapy(n = 13). CR was defined as a serum hepatitis B virus Dna level suLTS:Serum GGT levels were significantly increased in EPH and ENH patients relative to the IT,IC,and healthy control groups(P line serum GGT levels were significantly higher in patients who achieved CR(7/33; 21.2%) compared to patients in the non-CR group(26/33; 78.8%; P = 0.011). In addition,the decline in serum GGT was greater in CR patients compared to non-CR patients after 24 wk and 48 wk of treatment(P = 0.012 and P = 0.008,respectively). The receiver operating characteristic curve yielded a sensitivity of 85.71% and a specificity of 61.54% at a threshold value of 0.89 times the upper limit of normal for baseline serum GGT in the prediction of CR following na therapy. Chlamydia trachomatis （Ct） genital infection is the most common sexually transmitted disease （STD） in China and the US. The morbidity of Ct genital infection in China has increased from 32.48/100,000 in 2008 to 37.18/100,000 in 2015.[1] The major areas of Ct infections are concentrated in the Zhujiang Delta, Changjiang Delta, minjiang Area, and West China. In these areas, the highest incidence of Ct infection reaches 615.99/100,000 citizens. In the US, there are 1,441,789 reported Ct, which include 627.2 females and 278.4 males per 100,000 population. It is now the most prevalent STD, with its rate increasing to 22% in males and 6% in females.[2] Ct genital infection can cause epididymitis, prostatitis, cervicitis, annexitis, infertility, and atopic pregnancy, which have been identified as the major public health problems.

Background Data on the epidemiology of hypertension in Chinese non-dialysis chronic kidney disease （CKD） patients are *** aim of the present study was to investigate the prevalence,awareness,treatment,and control of hypertension in the non-dialysis CKD patients through a nationwide,multicenter study in *** The survey was performed in 61 tertiary hospitals in 31 provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions in China （except Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan）.Trained physicians collected demographic and clinical data and measured blood pressure （BP） using a standardized *** was defned as systolic BP ≥140 mmHg and/or diastolic BP ≥90 mmHg,and/or use of antihypertensive *** 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg were used as the 2 thresholds of hypertension *** multivariate logistic regression with adjustment for sex and age,we analyzed the association between CKD stages and uncontrolled hypertension in non-dialysis CKD *** The analysis included 8927 non-dialysis CKD *** prevalence,awareness,and treatment of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients were 67.3%,85.8%,and 81.0%,*** hypertensive CKD patients,33.1% and 14.1% had controlled BP to 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg,*** successive CKD stages,the prevalence of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients increased,but the control of hypertension decreased （P〈0.001）.When the threshold of BP 〈130/80 mmHg was considered,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension in CKD 2,3a,3b,4,and 5 stages increased 1.3,1.4,1.4,2.5,and 4.0 times compared with CKD 1 stage,respectively （P〈0.05）.Using the threshold of 〈140/90 mmHg,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased in advanced stages （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension Chinese non-dialysis CKD patients was high,and the hypertension control was *** successive CKD stages,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased.

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

研究植物种群的分布格局及空间关联性是揭示植物种群与环境间关系、自身特性以及种间相互作用的一种重要手段。本研究以甘南高寒草甸为对象,沿海拔梯度(2900、3500、3800 m)设置3个样地,采用Ripley K函数对不同海拔矮嵩草(Kobresia humilis)与火绒草(Leontopodium nanum)种群的空间分布格局及种间关联性进行了分析。结果表明:(1)随着海拔的上升,矮嵩草种群的重要值、盖度、株数等呈递增趋势,火绒草种群的重要值、盖度、株数等则呈递减趋势。(2)矮嵩草种群在不同海拔的研究尺度内均表现为聚集分布,但其聚集的程度有所不同;火绒草种群在海拔2900 m处呈聚集分布状态;海拔3500 m处,火绒草种群在0~2.8 m尺度上呈聚集分布,但其聚集强度随着研究尺度的增加而逐渐减弱,最终转变为随机分布;3800 m处,火绒草种群在0~2 m尺度内呈聚集分布,在较大尺度(2~5 m)上呈随机分布。(3)海拔2900 m处,矮嵩草与火绒草种群在小尺度(0~1.1 m)内表现为正相关,较大尺度上表现为无相关;海拔3500 m处,在整个研究尺度内表现为负相关;海拔3800 m处,在小尺度范围(0~1.4 m)内表现为无相关,较大尺度上表现为负相关,且随研究尺度的增大,其关联性增强。

原发性免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)中少见但至关重要的危重出血事件,给患者的预后、生活质量和治疗决策带来严重影响。尽管有一些研究探讨了ITP中与危重出血相关的风险因素,但目前尚缺乏大样本数据、大规模多中心研究结果以及针对ITP患者致命出血事件的预测模型。本研究首次采用国际血栓与止血学会新提出的ITP致命出血标准,利用大样本数据开发了首个基于机器学习的在线应用,用于预测ITP患者的致命出血.研究中,我们使用中国各地大型多中心数据进行开发,并对全国39家医疗中心进行为期一年的外部测试,得到了较好的训练、验证和测试数据集预测能力该基于新算法的便捷网络工具能够快速识别ITP患者的出血风险,辅助临床决策,有望未来降低不良事件的发生。

背景:在多种移植细胞中,成体自身骨髓单个核细胞以其取材简便、无排异反应、无伦理学争议等优势成为具有临床应用价值的细胞来源。干细胞移植后,如何从受体辨别供体细胞,并观察其在受体中的生存状况,一直是让人困扰的问题。目的:应用超顺磁性氧化铁颗粒标记小型家猪骨髓单个核细胞,观察磁共振成像示踪磁探针标记细胞的可行性。设计:对照观察实验。单位:东南大学附属中大医院心血管病研究所。材料:实验于2006-04/2006-08在东南大学心血管病研究所完成。健康中国小型雄性家猪,三四月龄,体质量20～30kg,由东南大学实验动物中心提供(SYXK(苏)2002-0012)。方法:分离培养小型家猪自体骨髓单个核细胞,采用超顺磁氧化铁颗粒对骨髓单个核细胞分离当日细胞悬液中进行标记,普鲁士蓝染色显示细胞内铁,台盼蓝拒染法评估细胞活力。将11只用于心肌梗死模型制备的猪分为实验组9只和对照组2只。选择经皮行左或右颈动脉或股动脉穿刺途径,以1.5～2.0mm球囊封堵左前降支下1/3,304～405kPa,持续封堵60min后,术前反复予缺血预适应三四次。由猪体表心电图证实心肌梗死模型成功后,经皮冠脉内骨髓单个核细胞输注:梗死模型建立24h后,经皮股动脉穿刺行冠脉造影,应用OTW导管冠脉内输注骨髓单个核细胞细胞悬液,然后将盛放细胞的注射器及OTW导管以肝素生理盐水冲洗注入残余细胞,注射时间10min,对照组2只猪经同样方法注入未标记细胞。术后磁共振活体示踪骨髓单个核细胞并与心肌组织切片普鲁士蓝染色对照。结果:实验组7只和对照组1只小型家猪进入结果分析,两组各1只死于心肌梗死模型制备,实验组1只死于磁共振检查前麻醉意外。①骨髓单个核细胞的超顺磁氧化铁颗粒标记率近100%,在含Fe2O3-多聚左旋赖氨酸的培养基中骨髓单个核细胞可继续增殖,细胞形态无明显变化。②8只心肌梗死模型中,5只标记细胞移植后T2*WI序列心肌梗死周边见模糊的低信号区,4周后低回声信号均消失,离体T2*WI序列示梗死区周边一个呈点状分布的低信号区。③组织学检查发现5只(细胞数106以上)普鲁士蓝细胞阳性,分布部位与磁共振信号减低区一致。结论:超顺磁氧化铁颗粒标记骨髓单个核细胞安全、有效;T2*WI对磁标记骨髓单个核细胞的示踪最敏感;磁共振可对经冠脉途径植入的磁标记的干细胞进行活体示踪,磁共振信号改变与干细胞数目及分裂增殖状态相关。
